Absolutely under no circumstances should anyone rent from this company I’ve dealt with them for over 11 years and towards the end of my time with them it was a disaster. Dawn the “property manager” is a nightmare she lies about everything be careful with her and get everything in writing if dealing with the company. Be careful giving them your credit info as they lie and report to credit bureaus false information

Me and my fiance have had nothing but great results with teso and especially dawn, whenever there is an issue with something it gets addressed and fixed right away. They are very reliable and efficient with us and our rental. Keep up the great work guys, you're amazing!

Incompetent ancillary support, lady who works under the actual real estate agent doesn't know how to explain the paperwork she has you fill out. READ EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY FOR YOURSELF & make sure they explain the purpose of each document you sign.It's been weeks & there's been no follow up calls about listings for low income housing.Pets owners are screwed, was shown one listings for the smallest 2 bedroom sudo apartment made out of a 2nd story of a house. Only a twin bedroom set would fit in those rooms. Smh, money makes the world suck.

I have searched many different management avenues for a company that would handle my properties and suggested Teso as an option. As it turns out, they lied to me about payments, made money on my property without me knowing and billed me an astronomical amount of money for low cost simple repairs. I do not recommend this company to handle any of your realty affairs. Total waste of energy

They have many properties that they never mark pending. It wastes people's time looking up a property that is pending. It is such a simple thing that a real estate company can do and they don't.

They don’t call you back, the women who answers the phone is rude and snotty. They don’t rent to you unless your credit score is 800. I caught the women in a lie over the phone. Just stay clear.
