Nice spread of meat, bread, fruits, and vegetables, and everything looked fresh! They also have a large vegan selection. The place is clean and new! I've been frequenting the other big box store, down the road. Thinking this place takes the cake! Did I mention their baking area was impressive, as well! Nice job guys

Don’t order or use their app. Placed order for delivery, my card was charged. Now they harass my grandmothers phone saying she needs to pay a second time because the girl in the billing department Stacia “failed” payment. Now they also refuse to let her order anything , they know my card was successfully charged. This place has some scammers working behind the screens

I always loved your store in Ellenville and love it more after you did upgrade redesign several years ago. Your staff, your store layout, your variety of items at great prices make every visit for me a superlative event.I am broken hearted to hear of the planned store closing in 2024.Is this plan final and irreversible?

Place tried to charge my card twice, instead of contacting me the card holder they harass the address and phone number that the delivery is sent too. She is not Mobile or able to speak. Find it very disgusting they hire scammers behind screen, attorney is in contact with corporate. I hope they fix this store

Nothing ever rings up the right price. You have to pay attention. Otherwise everyone is nice

Most of the staff are rude and when bringing up a price ringing up incorrectly the front end manager raises their voice and goes “I don’t know I don’t have time for this go to customer service”. The store is frequently almost always out of most sale items and will not substitute a comparable item for the same price, they change the price tags on Saturdays before 6pm so that nothing is accurately priced.

I like this store because it is well stocked, fish is very fresh , organic veggies available, deli has good options , workers are helpful and friendly when I am looking for an item. I wish the cashiers at the checkout would bag our groceries. Some are more willing but some don’t even attempt to even when it is an older customer.When a customer bags they are slower and maybe that makes the wait on the line longer.

Beautiful clean store. Well stocked. Update 7/2023 hard to find a lot of products, I'm not used to that . Prices were very high on most items, compared to groceries in South Florida. Pick up order today. Perfect!

OK so let’s start with the basics It’s a great store and all. But every time we go here they’re always out of the empanadas. I just wish they could have more things in stock. Like people stop taking them. They’re always in stock of snacks and everything else we need though so that’s good!

Staff is always friendly and courteous. Deli team is way better than Monticello. Smaller location but still have everything, so I appreciate this location.My only complaint in this area is the produce and changes in their department not just in this store but everywhere. I'm not changing my rating but I'm verbally calling out shoprite corporations. Those bagged string beans are awful and expire way before the date. I asked what they're injected with because it Tastes like fish when they're bad and I don't microwave either i boil.... just gross. And the produce is often rotted, not fresh: broccoli cauliflower potatoes are my biggest complaints. I often just avoid buying produce or go with frozen if I go here to shop. With inflation and everything going on it's just unacceptable and again this isn't pinpointed to one location, this is many stores because I've been shopping around. It was better before the changes that were made but you can't sell green potatoes and for months I had to avoid them and buy red because you were selling rotted potatoes

Very good. First time eating there since they opened. Just stopped in for lunch and a beer. Had the scallop appetizer that was very nice. Since it was lunch I had a burger which was very good and cooked the way I ordered it. Even had dessert of assorted sorbet which was very good after a large lunch. Overall I will be back and would recommend to a friend. Looking forward to having dinner there. On one note I believe the beer prices have lowered since the last owners and this is good thing as they were too high under the previous owners! Good job overall!!

With a holiday they don't get it. You need to open registers. When I was there this morning there was one regular and the express. I was sixth in line. We all have the manager bad looks then they opened two more. Still it satisfied. Seems like the cashiers are overworked or annoyed. They are SLOW. Being you are the only real supermarket close, we kind of forced to shop there. Hope some day you get competition. One good experience was with the young man in produce. He is not only polite and helpful, but he has a smile on his face. Makes all the difference in the world. Just remember if it weren't for use shoppers you wouldn't have to a job there

This store is in decent condition. Has most things available that they say is there. Does not have all the same as the same store in liberty, ny but is in way better condition during the summer months.

Customer service is too notch! We were stranded waiting for the bus in the sun with 3 hungry kids and they gave us a rotisserie chicken when we only asked for a discount because we could not afford the regular price. Thank you SO much for your big hearts ShopRite of Ellenville ♥️

The staff is very helpful, cheerful and nice. The store is well kept and things are easy to find. The down side is that at times especially during the summer they seem to have a staffing issue as the lines can get outrageously long. The other issue is no bags but I think that is a county law and nothing to do with the store itself.

So I have to say that I went there tonight. They were out of a couple of things, but Lou the manager and Marlin were wonderful and very helpful. I had to increase my rating. If I could have found everything it would have been 5 star rating.

I usually go to Google to bash ShopRite because they're more concerned with the number of bags then cleaning their stores or hiring friendly people but today I am giving a five-star review to the ShopRite in ellenville New York, ShopRite uses the worst paper bags have some glass bottles of coffee and cereal in one of the bags and the the double bag I had it and ripped in the parking lot two of the coffees broke and the cereal box got wet, there was an employee outside enjoying her break and playing on her cell phone and she saw this happen she ran over to me and then went inside and replaced all the items and brought out new bagsHer name was onnie

Here you'll find basic groceries at mostly reasonable prices. There tends to be a good selection, but they don't usually have things like fresh vegetable or fruit trays, or other prepared options that larger stores have. We have had issues on occasion with our loyalty card working properly, and some of the staff have showed frustration when they were not able to fix our problems.

Its almost always better to shop here than other grocery stores in the area. It does get crazy with crowds sometimes, but don't be discouraged! There are some perks when shopping for different foods. I love that my family can use a multiple amount of coupons for the cat food cans we get. That always helps us out when we are running low.Using our Shoprite card does dampen the amount of money we spend at check out. But it isn't outstanding. You're better off having a Shoprite card though. Maybe it will make a bigger difference for you than us!But I love this Shoprite, very pleasant cashiers and other employees. It doesn't feel like a chore to shop here (looking at you Walmart).Overall, nice shopping experience. Would reccomend.

Clean Store, as all ShopRites are. Excellent workers. ShopRites pricing and products have lost touch over the past year. Not nearly offering best pricing policies as once noted for. Sale or marked down items must be checked closely for expiration dates.

Extremely poor customer service, especially for the elderly. I was there at about 11 am today when a little octogenarian in front of me was checking out. She struggled with every movement and was obviously going to need help loading her car. When the cashier turned to the woman managing the floor and asked if there was someone outside to load her groceries, her answer was a shrug and a "should be." There was no real concern for this elderly customer. I watched out the window, but the lady must have turned to the right. When I left the store, I saw the outside person lounging at the far end of the breezeway, shirt half off, smoking a cigarette. There's no way he went past that window and helped that lady. She must have had help from another customer.The total lack of concern from the floor manager, who should have walked out with her to make sure she had the proper assistance and the lack of proper supervision for this lazy employee makes me remember why I stopped going to ShopRite. As bad as WalMart's reputation is for some things, if she had been at Ellenville WalMart, an employee would have walked her all the way from checkstand to car--no shrug, no smoking, with his shirt fully on.

The people at the deli counter are always amazing I always have a lot of requests and they are willing to take the time and do what I need. The store is always clean and there is plenty of Staff around to help if you need it. People complain that there is not enough registers open but we are in a small town and I do not mind waiting.
