Got the cheese deep dish. On the phone I was told it was about 14" so I wasn't sure if it was worth paying more than the 16" pizza. It was absolutely more food and was amazing. Normally I eat most of a 16" pizza in one sitting but was full after 2 slices of this stuff. Each slice weighed ¾lb and was about 1.5" thick. Wife got calzone and loved that too. Pizza definitely didn't taste like average ingredients. And the owner responds "thank you" to a bunch of reviews, which shows me they care. We had about 15 pizza places to choose from while staying at the Yogi Bear campground 20 min away and I'm glad we picked this place.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza is vegetarian, tastes good enough you don't need anything else

Last night I ordered 3 Philly steak and cheese subs with sides of fries with each one for under 40 dollars . These were the best Philly steak and cheese subs we have ever had and the fries were crispy and perfect. Thank you PHILLY COOK. AND thank you AL we are really grateful for your great food cooked to order and fare prices.Parking: Plenty of parking. Everyone to the owner is a great people, their nice and personable, and they make great food. They are place me and my family love to order pizza to subs and things for 5 year old nephew on kids menu pasta with sausage and the portions are amazing most places don't give kids that much in take out but their grant with their portions and my nephew loved it. He always asked my mom to take him their if they could go for a slice or two at what he calls his favorite pizza restaurant. Their food it's worth the price. They do not sacrifice on taste. This is the place to order from and deliver and their so kind. Highly recommend.This review is from multiples. I've done their, and they have delivered. Unfortunately you can't select both delivery and take only one or the other but I have dont both snd my snd nephew had singles slices there. They were really nice bringing extras napkins and just talking when they had the chance.Parking: It's next to shoprite and the laundry mat and salon but you can always find parking.Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly options, and they also if you ask for ask and theh have it avsible to make a meal to what you know your child will eat they are very open.to do so as long it's something and this should be obvious what the pizzeria carries.

Stopped in here on way to a family gathering nearby and had dinner. Sort of non-descript exterior, but I had read reviews that were good. The interior is pretty basic as well. We sat down near a window and pretty soon this jovial guy named Alan appears as if from nowhere, takes a seat at a table next to us and asks us what we are thinking to have. I realized then that he was our server. Very laid back and personable. We ordered the mussels as an ap; eggplant lasagna; a Caesar salad, an eggplant sub and fried calamari. The salad and mussels came out first and they were very good. The mussels had a marinara sauce that was loaded with chopped garlic and herbs. There were about a dozen mussels and they were so delicious. Both eggplant orders were excellent as well. The sub was definitely a two meal deal. The lasagna had layers of eggplant stuffed with ricotta, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach. Wonderful dish that easily could have served four. Breading did not overwhelm the eggplant nor mask it's taste. Again terrific sauce and cheese. The calamari were tender and delicious. This was a great meal in a place that serves fresh homemade delicious food.

This is my favorite pizzeria of all time! You must try the meatball! And very often the pies overflow the box! Also there's a great interesting variety in the window at all times so this is perfect if you're just passing through and grabbing something.

Wow. Just wow. The gentleman behind the counter was top notch. My girlfriend and I each ordered a sub and let me say…blew my socks off. The flavor, quality, everything about this visit was 5 stars. From the outside it seemed more a pizza joint, but when you sit down and take that first bite you’ll feel like you’re in a palace. Highly recommend. Seriously. Kudos to the staff. By the way, Pastrami Hero with fries and Italian Combo is what we ordered. Seriously, the Pastrami will blow your socks off.

We order often and usually have a good experience. This time the meat lasagna was like one layer. It tasted good, but was not at all what we expect. When I called to talk to the manager, he was polite but said I had to bring back the food to get my money back. I'm not making a second trip, spending my time and money to get a refund for poor product.

I ate here 1 time, and the service was terrible. We sat ourselves and waited literally 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. Our server finally took our order, and then after bringing our pizza, she never came to our table again.I just attempted to order a pizza from there for carry out and was (once again) treated terrible on the phone. These people are extremely rude for an establishment that had a subpar pizza to begin with. Spend your money elsewhere....they don't appreciate their customers AT ALL.

Good Afternoon! Its beautiful out! I had to hop on here and say how much i appreciate the people at Il Paradiso in Ellenville. I ordered a pizza, a cannoli, and pepsi while at work and had it delivered to my job and i did the tip and paid over the phone and when my pizza arrived not only did i receive my food but i was also greeted with gifts. Garlic knots with sauce, and an extra cannoli. What stuck out most was the wonderful, sweet note that was left for me during a dark time in life and it said "Little extra stuff for being a good person...And for being stuck in that tower.-Il Paradiso" i will forever recommend this restaurant whenever im asked for a place to eat. Il Paradiso is the best. Thank you for your wonderful, sweet, kind, and valuable service!! You've made my month!!

Excellent food great menu with a ton of choices , very friendly staff , fast service, good prices, completely open kitchen so you can see your food being made , outside seating area if you choose very spacious dining room if not, very highly recommended .Had the Italian combo with French fries and a coke it was absolutely delicious.

This probably one of my favorite dining experiences this year! The service was excellent and the food was fantastic! We ordered by the slice and I had the taco pizza and chicken, bacon & ranch. My husband wanted to be surprised and he ended up with a meat lovers and a raging Cajun. We also had some garlic knots that were to die for!! I highly recommend this place for some authentic NY pizza!!

Been going here for over 15 years. Quality has been in decline for the past 5 years.Hit or miss on pizza quality. Say 1 of 5 times you get a good pie.Garlic knots served without any garlic nor herbs, instead plain dough knot with imitation butter (taste like can't believe it's not butter) infused with garlic. Knots were not fresh.Calamari portions shrunken.Pizza pie under cooked last order.We ordered a pie with topping of mushroom and there was little to no sauce under the cheese.So much nostalgia for this place from years back...but don't think I'll be back...Good luck.

For what they charge for wings I expect to receive freshly cooked wings; not reheated, hard, difficult to chew wings. The pies are good but much smaller than average. Customer service is lacking. Sadly, I think we’re done with this place, unless we suddenly get a hankering for an overpriced, small Sicilian pie. Not going to lie, it is good. But is it worth it, especially when the cheese often gets stuck to the top of the box and you’re forced to eat cheeseless pizza? No.

4 times I've tried to order pizza, and the order magically disappears. There's times they found the order slip on the floor or got the time wrong and just blame me. I understand people mess up but when you blame me or someone else for your mistakes and your only solution is to have the customer wait 30 mins to cook the pizza without at least apologizing, then something isn't right. How they stay in business is beyond me.

We stopped for lunch on the way through town, without checking any reviews first. We could not have been happier. The chicken parm heroes were delicious (and enormous) and the kids ravioli was perfect.The owner was great, I enjoyed chatting about Yankee Stadium with him. It was a beautiful day so we ate outside and he even came out and offered to take our picture for us.We'll definitely stop again if we pass through the area. You shouldn't hesitate to do so either.

The most genuine New York pizza joint I have been to. Ingredients are to die for and the deep dish was just so pleasantly delicious. Fam of 4 are for about $46Gigantic pizza , 4 drinks , and 2 slices of specialty.Parking: Shopping center parking. Plenty of spots. Parking not an issue.

Hey Alan Your friend Joyce from Cragsmoor. Ordered pie today 1/2 onion. Got pie and was all onion. Must have been new employee and she seemed confused. After just placing my order she than asked if I had already ordered it. A bit strange. I understand she is new but she should have some supervision. Pizza was good as usual after taking onion off my half.

This restaurant has the best pizza and large portions of food. We find the owner and staff very friendly. Today when we had dinner there they were so busy getting the food prepared & delivered for over 200 responders fighting the fires in the mountains. Dress is casual.

So tonight I called to order dinner. Originally I wanted a delivery to Kerhonkson. After realizing I didn’t have as much cash as I thought and couldn’t tip them properly I called back and told them I was coming to pick it up instead and it was 10 mins to closing and The owner was so nice, he had no attitude whatsoever and I’m a very indecisive individual and they were so patient with me and their food was delicious and great size portions. I forgot my pizza slices and they even offered to bring it out to me, fabulous service and they do a lot of great for the community as well! Wonderful establishment

My review isn't just going to be about Il Paradiso and their food, it's also about the AMAZING owners Alan and Michelle. First about the food, my family and I love to go there either to dine in or take out. We have had many different dishes as well as the pizza and wings and everything has been absolutely delicious. We truly enjoy having Il Paradiso to go to. Now for the owners, I don't even know where to begin... they are the nicest, most generous, sincere, caring people ever. They are always the first to offer up any kind of help they can give. If there is ever an issue with any of their food or staff they try to correct it as soon as they hear about it. Mistakes happen, it's human nature and everyone makes them, it's how you go about correcting them is the most important part. I highly recommend going and not only enjoying the fantastic food but going and meeting these amazing people if you don't already know them.
