Awesome store, awesome staff, awesome deals, and always an awesome shopping experience. Store is neat, clean and well organized with an excellent variety of items. I was at the Ellenville store today, looking for two items and received superlative service from the staff to locate items.They walked me over to one item on the shelf and brought the other item to me personally.Kudos to all, and thank you to Shane.Please make to put something extra in their paychecks this week.

I stopped shopping here because of the disgusting attitude of one of the employees and her constant eye and neck rolling when asking questions. It's been the months and still no call back from corporate. What purpose does it serve to have policies in place, if they pick and choose when to implement them?! I'd much rather spend my money elsewhere and be valued as a customer, especially when you sell faulty items.
