There is never donuts in the afternoon. We always have to drive 30 plus miles to another dunkin. And the donuts are not the same they are very small and puffy and the Boston creme barely have any cream. But the staff is so so nice , it's not there fault they don't have donuts left. But the staff is great. They greet me as soon as I walk in the door with a smile even if it's super busy. They always keep it very clean and it's just a pleasant place to come for a coffee..Parking: Parking is great.

This bad review is solely based the service.Every single time I get a donut with frosting on it it is thrown in my bag frosting side down, with no paper so that my donut is now stuck to the bottom of the bag and when I take it out the frosting is now still on the bottom of the bag.I now inspect my donuts before I drive away because it's a problem every single time.

Every time I go here to try a new drink the first thing I ask is is it sweet. And I get the same answer every time. Yes it is. 99.9999 percent of the time the drink is not sweet and then the employees get mad at you when you get upset with them because they don't know the difference between bitter and sweet. 0 out of 5 Stars if that was possible. Do not recommend

The young girl working that night was extremely friendly fast and efficient. No complaints at all with her customer service. The lobby was clean and practically empty allowing myself and family member to sit inside safely. The cleanliness I give 5 stars! Absolutely great visit.

So for a few years now, my kids unfortunately like a bagel sandwich from here, 1 day out of the weekend. It's becoming unbearable to me at this point. I always have to ask for the receipt, which they don't like to hand over, probably because they know that they are doing it wrong.....or on purpose I think at this point.. I know they are young and probably it's their first job, but 2 bagel sandwiches is not too hard.. HERE we go.. a plain bagel bec not toasted, an everything bagel, bec( no cheese ) not toasted. The end...... Sometimes I'll say it like , an everything bagel not toasted, with just bacon and egg. Just to see if that helps.. it doesn't. Omg, if was just a few times , I wouldn't care at this point. But, I finally get the receipt just now, I tell them and show them that it's completely different than what I ordered, he goes in the back to tell them.. and I get sausage for some reason.. that's just today.. it's either they are just messing with me, or they shouldn't have THIS job, YET!! CRAZYINESS!! please let me know if it's me, or everyone ordering from ellenville NY Dunkin Donuts???? 5/12/23 asked for a refresher.. they are out of it. asked for a large lemonade, they are out, asked for snakinbacon, they are out.. so I'm sitting here, typing this.. because it's not NEARLY the first time.. omg!! this world is crazy!!! Ten minutes later.. out of crasants also

had one cashier here a little while ago who was so very rude to my husband and i. I am not a fan of being treated like i am less than by anyone. On top of all of this they got our order wrong. never going back.Parking: Such a tiny parking lot. You are better off going to mcdonalds.

The worst Dunkin In the area. Every single time I go through the drive through they mess up the order. Every single time, either wrong items, missing items and the latest a hair inside the cream cheese of the bagel. This place is garbage and does not deserve any loyalty what’s so ever.

The place have friendly staff. I've been going here for your years now and they were always fast. However, Service has now been slow for the pass 2 to 3 months especially on the drive thru. I noticed a couple of folks who slow it down and i wonder to prevent order mix up maybe but jeez 15 minutes on a drive thru.

This is a great drive-through Dunkin' donuts. The staff are really sweet and polite and friendly. Food is always perfect.Inside it is clean and well kept.

Went there on a weekend out of the city. The few workers I saw were all very nice and were working well together. I am not a huge fan of DD coffee in general but the employees made the experience of buying coffee for a group of friends pleasant. Thank you Ellenville DD team!

I've been going here for years (unfortunately the only one around) and I'm disappointed almost every time. There's always a mistake or something missing with my order. I ask for my bagel not to be toasted, they immediately throw it in the toaster. I ask for coffee with cream only, they put sugar in it. They also just throw the donuts in a bag, and more times than not, they're face down which sticks to the bag and peels all the frosting off and ruins the donut. I've had to ask them to remake my orders many times when I've gone inside. Now with the drive thru, I've gone twice and both times it's been messed up, and I even ordered online first so they had it written down. I really wish they had better training or another location would open up nearby because this is the worst location ever.

I placed a mobile order earlier tonight at 5:14PM (Order #574 if anyone that works there reads this) which you think no way can they get it wrong. They have the time to get it correct and they were not busy. I ordered 2 beyond sausage wraps, instead I recieved 2 egg and cheese wraps instead. No beyond sausage which is crazy since I paid for it because 2 of the beyond wraps cost $5.10 where as if I had ordered what they gave me, those would have cost $3.50. Wasted $1.60 I guess. Would not recommend this location if you want your order to be right. The only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of one, is the drive thru employee was nice and whichever employee made my iced coffee that was the only correct item.

One of the best cups of tea I have had in the last 6 months from a Dunkin'. It was piping hot, excellent flavor, and the amount of cream and sugar were exactly as requested. The request for one teabag and to stir the tea before giving it to me were followed and it was not a problem to provide a straw to drink the tea while traveling. Very pleased with this store in Ellenville, NY today.

I'm giving dd 4 stars because I usually have an excellent experience there.Today is not a complaint, more of a suggestion.When ordering I was rudely cut off to be told no turbo shots "The machine is broken "... what a classic line. Never gets old. Fine. I adjust.Then I go to pay with Samsung pay, as I always have, surprise, the machine is broken. I went to walk away but luckily a friend behind me paid.In the interests of customer service, may I suggest a small card on the counter, or register apologizing for the inconvenience if (... is broken) its a small courtesy and would most likely save employees from repeating the same line over and over.

The most disappointing experience I ever had from a Dunkin Donuts. After a 20 minute wait in line just to get to the window The food was cold told them it was and gave it back to heat it up correctly. Instead it comes back crushed burnt and inedible . Avoid this place!!!!

I stopped here yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received! I messed up my order by asking for the wrong drink and the gentleman at the register did everything he could to fix it. He was so polite and kind to try to help me, even though I was the one who forgot what the words frozen and iced mean. I would 100 percent recommend this store. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who helped me so I could give him a shout out here. Thank you sir.

After all the renovations they still cant get things together! Their drive thru is always backed up, normal wait time is 10-15 minutes wait. My order has never been right! Plus the last few weeks their mobile app services have been down. Front door is locked only drive thru. Poor excuse of a dunkin.

I dont typically go here, I normally just hit up mcdonalds but I am getting sick of it lol, I only been here 4 times to be honest, The staff is super friendly, Never had an attitude with me ever. The customers in front of me kept chit chatting and I had to get to work and the guy couldn't finish his order that was the only thing that pissed mee off. I know they hired a few new people so getting drinks for everyone took a little while, but like I said they were new, so its not normally like that too. Nice little local dd. No real complaints

Constantly messing up orders and when you address it, the young staff laugh and are rude. This place is really starting to go down hill. Not only does the staff need attitude adjustments but from the other reviews that validate my own, they seem to lack consistency when fulfilling orders. Disappointed in what Ellenville Dunkin has become.
