Always a great experience coming here. They have so many options that other places don't have, and the fruits and veggies are always fresh, along with the meat, with the delo right on site. The staff are really friendly and are honestly the best part of the trip for me. The only thing I can say I don't like is the prices bit they are high everywhere 😆

After being a loyal customer buying local I had my first horrible experience with a cashier at Shur Fine today. I loaded my groceries on the belt, set my bags at the end and asked if she could help me bag. She said I have other customers!!!! She was not the least bit friendly and proceeded to throw everything in one bag. I have severe hand issues and need help and she was Horrible. I asked for the manager and I was told by another associate that Bill wouldn't do anything. Is customer service a thing of the past. I guess if you need workers you don't care how they interact with customers.

The store is nice and the cashier was very friendly. The prices are somewhat higher but they don't have any competition. I specifically go there for their straight cut frozen French fries. The store is clean.

Don't let the size fool You! This store has pretty much all of your grocery needs at reasonable prices. I shop there at least once a week and have never waited in line. Their foods are always fresh, including the deli which has a great selection. The staff is always cheerful and friendly. And parking is never an issue, you can usually get a spot in the front row quite easily.

My favorite store-they generally have what is needed and the store is small enough so that it is easy to find items. Selection is good-3 or 4 competitive brands . Weekly sales the best anywhere and they also have a give away item each week. Plus they have gas buster savings. How can you go wrong?

I don't think I'm going to ever go back. I'd rather drive to another town over. I live in this town. Most of the cashiers give the impression that I'm bothering them and it is distasteful to cash me out. I like to support the small town business, even though it is markedly more expensive. I guess I'll spend the extra 10 minutes and go to the Tops in Hamburg where it is less costly, way better selection/stock and the people working there don't act creepy.

Only live a mile away, in conjunction with Rite Aid great to shop at both. Friendly staff and they have what I need at excellent prices. Their Gas Busters program is a big plus.

Small town grocery store, carries a decent amount of food and has the essentials covered, and most of what you’d probably be looking for in a larger supermarket. Decent selection for its size, and convenient if you live in town. Gas prices are always 5-10+ cents higher than a few miles away in Hamburg, however.

I have only been there for the pizza and gas. The gas rewards program (the best one in town) is coming to an end this year (2019) since Sunoco purchased the station.The pizza from the deli is very good, best in town.

Convenient local grocery store. Saves patrons from commuting to next town when you forget that all important ingredient your recipe can't do without. I don't however care to make this establishment my main place to shop at. As is usually true, Convenience often comes with a price. Unless you can miander past all the temptations with blinders on and hold true to purchasing only the loss leaders you intended to purchase; you will get the pleasure of experiencing a free rollercoaster ride more frightening than that of any amusement park. It's not uncommon to experience the after effect of lightheadedness and an extreme; well deserved punch to the gut soon after the cashier rings up the total for those now questionable three, yes three small plastic grocery bags. If you are however afforded the luxury of being unconcerned with prices, there is still the issue no patron of this store is immune to. That being the quality and freshness of some of their food products. More often than not, you will come across items far beyond their expiration and best if used by dates. Stock on shelves moves so slowly it is often times found sporting a layer of dust or rotting in the produce, meat or dairy department. In addition shelved items never seem to be rotated correctly leaving older stock left to grow greys behind any newer stock. Now don't get me wrong; I have always had a firm belief in supporting small business, but should this still be the case when that business in my opinion, should be required to post a sign warning shoppers to do so At Their Own Risk.
