The cashier with the long black hair is extremely rude and not friendly. Clicked a button to sign me up for emails, when I specifically said I did not want to receive emails. Not welcoming at all and needs to get off her phone when ringing up a customer.

Absolutely horrible service. They NEVER answer the phone, extremely SLOW. And have attitudes when asking simple questions! Go somewhere else, this pharmacy is horrible!

Retail part of the store is fine. The pharmacy is horrible: poor, surly service. I asked for price of new over the counter product and pharmacy lady said: "i don't know the price. You buy it and then you will know how much it cost." Is this really Rite Aid policy?

The pharmacy is so so so horrible. No one ever answers the phone, they ignore you when you’ve been standing there for over 5 minutes, they all have a nasty attitude. Always are just so unpleasant and unprofessional.The retail part is amazing the staff is friendly and fast. But the pharmacy, forget about it. You’re better off getting your medications from another place.

Most of the staff are decent; however, there are two men in the store that are clearly racist and constantly profiling me. I spend a lot of money at this store and do not at all appreciate such treatment. I’ve contacted the manager about the behavior and yet it continues. It is embarrassing and uncomfortable.

I have a medical condition and I asked to get access to the restroom, and the woman at the pharmacy told me “yeah just give me a minute” in a nasty tone. i waited for over 15 minutes. the rest room is right next to the pharmacy and there were associates just standing talking to each other. I went back after 10 minutes and asked again if they could unlock it for me. I would understand if there was a line, and i didn’t want to bother anyone but it was just really inconsiderate. No one at the pharmacy seemed professional or like they cared at all.

Great prices but the staff is completely incompetent. Everytime I go there they just can't get it right. Wrong pricing.Wrong amount of medications. Please fix it! Eastport location.P.S. If you try calling they don't answer.

Fred and his staff are great BUT the tall nasty lady in the pharmacy is horrible. She is never pleasant. Nasty before you can even finish a question. I've heard most staff and customers complain about that nasty women. I wont go back to the pharmacy if she is there

I was surprised to see the low rating on Rite Aid - seemed fishy. My experience in Rite Aid was completely normal. I did meet Fred and found him to be helpful. He quickly jumped on the register to expedite the check-out process when the line got a few people deep. I also met the cashier, Alyssa. She was polite and nice. I suspect there might be bullies lurking on this site writing false reviews.

I don’t know what all these weird reviews are all about, but I had as good of an experience as one could expect at a pharmacy. The staff was polite and helpful and I got what I need for a fair price. Can’t ask for more!

The young man that works in the pharmacy works professionally and efficiently. I have great experiences every time I go and am in and out *If my doctor sends my prescriptions in a timely manner.* I suggest to go here and am not sure why it's been given these previously low reviews... probably because I don't try and waist my time telling them my life story and prefer to be in and out when it comes to these type of situations.

Pharmacy is stuck in the 18th century. No respect or concern for customers. No sense of urgency. It's a shame. Go to CVS and save yourself a headache. I don't know how businesses stay open with this kind of mentality in this day and age.

I don’t know why this has negative reviews. Best pharmacy in the Hamptons by far as far as product selection so you don’t have to go to multiple different places to get everything. They even have an ample natural products section. People aren’t warm and fuzzy but that’s NY.

The staff Kathy and Barbra in the pharmacy are always very nice and Rocki is always avaible to talk about any concerns that I have had with side effects from medications. Truly I am very pleased.
