Super friendly and really helpful staff! They had all the patience in the world explaining the finer details of kids bike helmets to my husband and I. Honestly I was intending on buying helmets on Amazon, but Kreb prices were the same or better than Amazon, so I was even happier that I could support a local brick and mortar store.Thanks Sam and Roger!

I've been in the Eastport location a handful of times and had a few phone conversations with some of the (IMO) VERY knowledgeable/informative, friendly and honest people working at Krebs cycle. I have left with whichever task I needed complete to my satisfaction and timely. The prices are fair (especially compared to most bike shops), and I have recently found out that they will possibly price match (at least the tires I was looking at)...so after yet another great experience there, leaving happy again yesterday, I felt compelled to give an excellent and well earned 5-star review. Keep up the great work!

Just bought a Salsa bicycle from Kreb and while I have bought several bikes through my adult life from various Long Island bike shops, this experience was the best! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel almost like family the first time I walked in. The knowledge base exhibited by the staff led me to the exact make and model bike to fit my needs. I can’t recommend Kreb Cycle enough!!! I’m a customer now for life!!

Best shop on the island! Local, friendly service and always there when you need them. Kreb has gone out of their ways more times than I can count to help me with a repair or a part. They're my go to shop for everything cycling. From cruisers to road bikes Kreb covers it all!

we are lucky to have such a great bike shop in the west hampton area. not only do these guys have a great selection of bikes and accessories but they do fantastic service. while most small town bike shops have one mechanic and you are lucky to get them to work on your ride, but Krebs has 3 and they have collectively over 75 years of experience between them. yeah they can get slammed on holidays and their suppliers screwed them during COVID but you could do a lot worse out here (and we have).

Kreb cycle saved our day. My friends and I were on a 100 mile ride when we got a flat tire 53 miles in. They got the flat patched and sent us back on the ride in no time at all. The service was excellent.

Inquired about a bike outside of the eastport shop(yellow, green, daisey bike) three times with three different answers, was promised a phone call by the owner when no phone call came went down the personality of the owner/employee did not seem so interested in selling a bike.
