I was driving from NYC to Montauk and needed a cable. I googled this shop and detoured south and sat outside for 15 mins to see if it would open as the sign indicated.. When it did there were two customers in front of me. I've never witnessed a more helpful customer service person in my life. I think his name was Cliff. I ended up buying a guitar that Im convinced will finally be the one that teaches me to play. I won't go anywhere else again. Ive seem my last Guitar Center. This place should be protected with landmark status. 2020 has its surprises and this was a good one. Amazing. What a cool little store with an honest Abe behind the counter.

I've been a customer for years now and I challenge anyone to find better , more sincere and enthusiastic customer service. Dealing with the owner, Cliff, is always a pleasure and always educational. His return customer rate must be over 95%. He services instruments, rents out a wide variety of instruments -there is just no reason to shop anywhere else; period, full stop. Go to the store in Eastport, N.Y., shop on line, whatever - but do not buy anywhere else without checking out the Eastport Music Scene first !!

My favorite music shop on Long Island.Eastport Music Scene delivers personal service like no place else I've been.They've got a wide selection of instruments, amps and accessories and they are far more interested in getting you the right instrument than they are in selling you the most expensive. This is the sort of place you'll be going to for years, because you'll get the kind of personal service and attention that larger chain stores just can't, or won't, offer.

I stopped by this store on my way home and was shocked by the sheer quantity and quality of everything. The owner was incredibly helpful and was clearly passionate about music. I will definitely be coming back here for all my guitar needs.

This is what the brick and mortar is about. However, they will also ship and ship quickly just like any of the larger online retailers. Definitely a shop worth returning to again and again. The selection of instruments were clearly carefully considered. Finally, they have an extensive lesson plan for every level musician with a private lesson room for each student. Eastport music scene makes the grade.
