My favorite store for a quick escape … I always find the perfect gift and of course, something for myself! Faye and her daughters are so very special…they are kind, welcoming, helpful and have exquisite taste! They truly go above and beyond to provide a wonderful shopping experience for their customers and assist my husband when he has no idea what to buy for me!!! Please shop local and go check out this lil jewel in the heart of Eastport! I am tempted to purchase every item in the store! You won’t be able to leave without at least one perfectly wrapped gift in hand and a smile on your face…

So kind and thoughtful too. My husband came in to buy a gift for me and came home with a gift and kind words from the owner, Faye when he expressed what I've been going through. That gesture filled my heart.

Buyer beware is the moral of the story. Before making a purchase at this store check to see that your merchandise is exchangeable or refundable because there are no signs posted nor does the owner make you aware that certain things you buy you better love because your stuck with them like it or not. My daughter purchases a pair of rhinestone earrings for me for Christmas. I hadn't even taken them out of the pink mesh bag they came in when I went to return them to get something I would wear more since I rarely have the opportunity to wear rhinestone hanging earrings. When I brought them back the owner Fay told me they don't take earrings back for exchange or refund. When I took them out of the bag they were broken. So Fay said she would have them fixed but anyone who is familiar with rhinestones knows that they can't be glued. Finally after well over a month of waiting I went into the store and she told me she got me a brand new pair. I told her I didn't want them and I would pick something else instead of the earrings. Then Fay told me that they only replaced the one broken earring which is ridiculous and I told her I wanted a new pair and then she said that the one broken earring had been fixed. In a matter of under one minute she changed her story 3 times and never blinked while making these things up as she went along. I told her that I'd purchased many thing at that store including the earrings and the ring I had on. Together they cost a huge dollar amount. She denied selling either one of these items in her store and I said well they were purchased here together back a few months ago. Again she denied these items at which time I asked her if she was calling me a liar. She finally glanced over and didn't say much but sort or shook her head as to say ok they came from here. I told her that all the things she just pulled was bad business and that she really shouldn't make the customer feel like a liar if she didn't want these stories passed around. I make custom jewelry myself and if a client doesn't like one thing I start over from scratch until the person purchasing the item is 100% satisfied. That is called good business and that's what keeps people coming back for more and they also send their friends. If you put the customer 2nd you will never keep the business going because you can't make the rules as you go along. There needs to be policy signs or verbal policies mentioned when certain products are purchased. She finally called me and told me she would return my money but when I walked into the store she told me to pick something out. I told her I wanted my money back and she could be sure I will never patronize that store ever again and I will pass the word around town about her underhanded way of doing business. The customer should be top priority not saving $24.00 and losing one or more shoppers. If Fay keeps working in this way she will for sure be losing that business to someone who has more retail experience and treats people with a little more respect. She smiles to your face when your buying but when you want to return something she turns her back and acts like you don't exist. Watch your back, your purse and make sure you buy what you like or if your buying for someone make sure you know what they like for sure. I see Eastports Little Secret becoming a big secret that no one has heard of and will not take crap from an owner who is more concerned with money and sales then making people happy. In this small town that could be Eastports huge mistake.

Great gift store with everything from baby gifts to mom gifts / mother's gifts and grandma gifts right in downtown Eastport on Montauk Highway. She is very sweet and wraps the gifts beautifully.

Always top notch!Eastport is one of those little seaside towns that seem to have fallen by the wayside that are being re-celebrated once again in America.It's about time!The owner Faye has a great eye for unusual diverse product and provides great service.The store is fresh and pretty; flanked by other lovely similar but different shops creating the small town feel with "BIG" city style and imagination.I can always find gifts for all ages,stages,men and women...for the home,office and just for fun...any day of the week any month of the year! PLUS great wrapping!You can always walk up the street to Creative Nail for a manicure or pedicure or down the street to Luigi's for Gluten FREE pizza...he'll even put up a pot of fresh "Guiseppe" if you say Bon Giorno and smile!

Buyer beware. No suggestion on return or exchange policy. Tickets cut off by the person working there then when trying to return or exchange the very next day was told that if the tags were on it could be. It felt as though I wasn't good enough to be shopping there and not treated with respect. I can buy many of the same products elsewhere- trying to give a small town business a chance- next time online I shop with a clear return policy!
