The staff at this Walgreens location are always helpful and friendly, and courteous. When I need help finding an item, whom ever I ask is always willing to help me find the item or sometimes takes me right to the location of the item.

The pharmacist and staff took my disabled mother, elderly father, and me for flu and COVID vaccines on short notice after another pharmacy cancelled our reservation at the last minute. They were understanding of our situation, kind and patient with my elderly parents and me assisting us throughout the process from filling out forms to administering the vaccine. It was very difficult for to get my parents prepared for an outing and they saved us from making a very tiring and difficult second trip.

What is the point of your doctor sending your prescription to this place, if it’s not ready by the time you’re ready to pickup?! This is the second time I’ve had prescriptions filled here, and both times I’ve been told they aren’t ready. First time they told me to come back in two hours, this time it’s 45 minutes. There has been a window of at least 4 hours from the time my doc sent the prescription, to me attempting to pick up. This place sucks

Meds are rarely ready when you go pick them up. Getting the pharmacy on the phone is almost impossible. Short staffing always! Now closing at 7pm.

I had requested a refill of my prescription via the app. I was nearby after an MD appt. Stopped in to ask about my Rx. I was asked to wait and it will be filled soon. I waited (too) patiently. One hour later, I returned to the window and asked re my Rx. Oh! The staff person said. I’ll go check on that. No one had begun to fill it. I should mention that they were not particularly busy at the time. Returned to window again (now 1.25 hrs later) and the staff person told me she filled the Rx herself - just waiting for pharmacist to check. So 1.5 hours later, my Rx was ready. Medication was available and in stock. They just chose to ignore me! Additionally, no one there knows how to use their app. My membership # doesn’t show and I got no credit for the many items purchased that day. So “My Walgreens” program is a bait & switch, IMHO.

I can no longer use Walgreens as my pharmacy after 8 years. They continue to botch up prescription after precription. They continue to make some type of mistake getting the prescription correct (or refilling a script in a timely fashion). During the past half year, I have averaged better than 1 hour per week trying to straighten out some problem created by their pharmacy or their IT department. I will be signing up at a smaller, local pharmacy tomorrow.

I went to the pharmacy here and I saw that they were so under staffed, i watched rude person after rude person bug on all the staff unkindly, i saw three different old men get loud and irate, with each person working, they deserve raises, and the pharmacist, with whom i spoke with personally with all the madness going on was still super helpful, and took time with me and helped me get my medicine i needed badly at this time. 10 10 10 across the board, as far as service. Only problem was they tried to steal my emotional support animal, which i totally understand cause shes a princess and everyone loves animals. EVERYONE

Ordered Christmas cards online on 12-17-2022 at 11:00am (after my online order I placed with Walgreens on 12-11-2022 which was supposed to be delivered by 12-16-2022 never came) and was told they would be ready the same day after 1:00pm. Called at 4:00pm since I never received an email to check on the status. No one answered the phone in the Photo department and spoke to a gentleman who stated no one was in the photo department and that it was very busy in the store. He said he would call me back. Never received a call and my husband called at 7:30 to check on the order and was told the same thing. Needless to say I never got a call back and don't even know if they were ever done. Had to go somewhere else.

One of the best pharmacies I have had the pleasure to use. Everyone there is nice and helpful. Store is great, too!Update: The new staff that has taken over is absolutely horrible! When I'm not feeling well, and have to pick up a prescription, I choose to use the drive thru. The new staff routinely ignore the drive thru, I have waited over a half-hour at the drive thru. Waiting time has increased, too at the pharmacy.

Terrible customer service! My husband needed his prescription filled on a Friday the doctors office sent it over to the pharmacy. My husband then called the pharmacy since you have to micromanage them and they then told him they didn’t have the medication but they would order it and he could pick it up on Saturday. Saturday rolls around and he calls the pharmacy and he finds out the person didn’t actually order the medication so now he can’t get it until Monday and apparently no other Wallgreens in the area had the medication in stock. Now Monday comes and again we call because you have to micromanage the staff and they tell us no the medication is not in, then they transfer us to the dispensing department in which the staff member Maria was so unprofessional stating it was our fault that we didn’t get the medication. She then said that the medication wasn’t covered under our insurance in which this is not a new medication and has been covered many times before, then I asked if she was running the correct insurance bc we have two insurance companies and she became nasty bc she was not running the correct insurance. She then pretended that she couldn’t hear me and kept putting me on hold even though I told her we were driving, upset that this situation was happening and there was a terrible storm happening. Honestly they need to train staff much better and teach them how to actually do their job! Every time we go to this Wallgreens for the pharmacy there is always some sort of issue or you wait on a huge line to then find out the prescription is not ready.

My new Pharmacy is CVS.Who tells their customers to drive around the block because they are too busy. And then I wait in line as the customer in front of me takes 20 minutes. Classless and clueless. All just to put 20 pills in a bottle for a prescription that was called in more than 2 hours before. My next email is to the new CEO Rosalind Brewer. Selling all their stock and telling her "the business is broken and I've had enough.

Terrible service. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Drive thru is backed up. Prescriptions are constantly late. Took three days to get one filled. Was told to come back multiple times. Had to go inside to get my prescription and three people including pharmacist are laughing at the counter while phone is ringing and I’m complaining about the service. Corporate is trying to get too much done with this pharmacy. Covid testing through drive thru at a small pharmacy is not a good idea but hey I guess you give terrible service to turn a profit. Avoid this pharmacy. Terrible!

Walgreens at 370 White Plains Road, Eastchester, N.Y. 10709 cancelled my COVID 19 booster shot on the day of my appointment and 19 minutes before I had to be there. My appointment was scheduled for December 10, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. but this Walgreens called me at 10:11 A.M. to cancel my appointment. The woman told me that they were closing early, that nobody was there to administer the booster shot if I came in before 10:30 A.M. and that they did not have the vaccine. They should have a message on their website and Facebook a.k.a. Meta pages to alert customers of potential cancellations.

Went in yesterday. There was nobody at the cash register while there was 2+ people on floor. Customer ahead of me waited five minutes then just left money on the counter and walked out with his item. If you’re looking for a quick-stop go next door to CVS.

EVERY TIME you wait more then 20 min on line. They need to hire more people or become faster. Honestly never experienced something like this every single time … I’m currently in line two people just left the store … and there is only one person at the counter with three registers… 2 people in front of me and 4 people behind me.

I personally do not recommend Walgreens because I bought a gift card without funds and they did not want to refund my money and the manager behaved not very friendly, there was a lot of racism in them

Arrived for a drive-through COVID testing appointment this morning to be told that it had been cancelled as of last Friday due to their running out of tests. I was never notified and had even received an appointment reminder e-mail earlier this morning (Tuesday) stating “Nothing’s changed. We’re just sending this as a reminder” with the scheduled date and time.

This location has changed their pharmacy hours to a temporary schedule. Their website, Google Maps and their automated phone system that tells you their hours when you call are not updated. Ensure you call and speak to a human BEFORE relying on what Walgreens states on their website and phone message.

Walgreens located at 370 White Plains Road, Eastchester, NY 10709 called my daughter at 10:11 A.M. to cancel 19 minutes before her scheduled 10:30 A.M. COVID 19 booster shot appointment. We are very disgruntled and we are trying to alert others who may encounter a similar dilemma.

Due to an issue with a product I asked to speak to the manager. The staff reported back to her on the phone but I was told she was too busy working and was not coming out to speak to me and they would not let me speak to her over the phone. So much for customer service!! Clear lack of compassion. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this branch over the years for my home and for my kids in college on their supplies. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Submitted prescription request a week ago and it hasn't been filled. Website says call the pharmacy. Their phone system makes you go through the menus and places you in line. Then when you get the front of the line 30 minutes later, they don't answer. As if people need another barrier to overcome before getting their medicine.

This is the local Walgreens in the area. It's half empty shelves are a disgrace and they are out of sale items quite often. I don't shop there much anymore because of it!

The pharmacy reduced its hours, noe closing at 7 pm. This isn't convenient for working folks and trails behind it's competitors. Unacceptable! If I had a choice, I would go elsewhere, but my drug plan doesn't allow for it.
