I was in Yonkers today and decided to go to the nearest stop n shop because my cousin told me stop n shop sells ground lamb. I get there no ground lamb. So I decided to leave while eating I stopped Madeline Sims an employee to ask where the rest room was and she was so pleasant and kind to the point I felt my visit here wasn't in vain. She's very customer friendly professional and an asset to Stop n shop we need more people like this in the world she had a smile that would light up a Christmas tree 🎄

The Stop and Shop on White Plains Road is conveniently located and while it isn’t their largest store has an excellent selection of produce and has a large parking lot. I was very impressed by how all the staff wore masks and were very respectful of social distancing.

I am so aggravated right now. About a week ago an employee literally dented and scraped the entire driver's side of my new car because the carriage would not fit! He thought it was a good idea so lift the carriage. The damage to my car is insane. The manager was nice enough to take my information. However, after three phone calls and three messages no one has returned my call. The other number I called, keeps disconnecting me. This is ridiculous that I cannot get someone to return a phone call! My car is damaged. These pictures reflect the entire driver's side!

The picture you show here is not the Eastchester location of Stop & Shop. The Stop & Shop in Mount Kisco is Superior to this location. I have used the Eastchester location for years and instead of getting better I think it's declined overall.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me get 2 dozen clams only for them to be rude when getting them for me. At least one store associate kept trying to get me help.

The checkout staff here is friendly and phenomenal. It's always a pleasure to shop here and the staff has been around a long time and provides excellent service!My only problem is with the various department managers who cannot seem to keep the shelves stocked effectively (not just now this has been an ongoing problem) and unfortunately, even when you make them aware of the fact that they've run out of something, it's sometimes takes months before they get to it. In the past Mrs. McDuffie was the store manager and she was outstanding and always on top of this issue.

This store is beautiful for the location and limit to size lot compared to other chains of theirs. That said is the only downfall to this stop & shop. They are limited to what they can stock expanding the brands and cost verities. That restricts the few customers needing to by things at cheaper prices or specialty items that work for the specific individual issues the opportunity to be able to purchase all their items in a singular place like the average size stop & shop. Other than that the prices are high, but I figure that is due to the location and value of tax payers and contributions living in the town. So expect them to not have everything most their stores do so but still very good store.

So, they recently renovated this store and it is definitely more welcoming than it was before. There is better lighting and its more appealing. Overall though I would say that this is far from a good supermarket, it seems to be poorly managed as many of the shelves are poorly stocked or empty. I would go here in a pinch because its very convenient to get to but I will not shop here regularly

The store is dingy looking and the meat freezer looks dirty and unkept. The people working in the dairy and meat department are not helpful. I live 40 miles away and my local stop and shop is so clean and all are so friendly and helpful. I will not be shopping here any more rather drive a few more miles to trader Joe's or Deciccos.

Generally a very nice Stop & Shop, very clean and organized. The one thing that has been bothering us is that very often when we purchase meats, they are spoiled even within a day or two of purchasing (for example, we just bought steaks for 4th of July on Saturday, opened on Monday the 4th and they were spoiled...and a whole bunch of those pork shoulders). It's upsetting on many levels, between cost, wastefulness, and mostly the time that it takes to have to go back and forth to the store so we can make a return or at the last minute, buy something new for dinner...

It's a nice all around grocery store, and at a good price compared to the general stores in the area.There's plenty of parking and incredibly rare that you'd be unable to find a spot, although the lot can get a little crowded sometimes.This store does offer self-scanning and self-checkout.

I'm still adjusting to how they rearranged everything and the shelves tend to be more bare than other places but it's clean, staff is helpful, check out gun super convenient. Shop sales to get a fair price.

It is kind of disorganized store ,empty shelves from time to time and very few cashiers while I have observed very unhappy customers waiting on line for a long time while no one from the store seemed to care about it.

I was at the Deli counter and asked the men behind the counter if they were still open. They ignored me and continued their conversation. Placed an order on the computer, and it was never filled. There wasn’t even a manager around to ask for help. Very Poor Service! Will not shop here again.

Very stressful and unpleasant experience albeit good stock and pricing. Lots of workers were restocking goods during peak customer hours, many of which were acting very haphazardly, weaving in and out of customers and blocking them from reaching goods with no regards to them waiting. Was made very uncomfortable by these 2 workers following closely behind at a fast pace, seemingly rushing me to go down the aisle.Please manage your workers better. Nearly every worker on duty was either at the cash registers or restocking items- none were available to help anyone else and all of them working at once really contributed to a loud, stressful experience.

The manager here has to be the least concerned with customer service I have ever met. First the cashier made an honest mistake. Long story short the manager's buffoonery managed to make a cash deposit into my SNAP. Presumably, I didn't matter to him because I was low income.

I unknowingly had a negative encounter with the manager named Jenine. As I was reversing to go into a parking spot, she sped in the spot! I was shopping with my elderly grandmother (90) and I waited to park as close as I could. This manager was very nasty and eventually moved and sped off. I didnt realize, until she came in the store, that she was the manager. I dont think the manager of an establishment should sneakily take a spot of paying customers and then be so nasty when confronted about it. She is unprofessional and I will NOT spend anymore of my money there.It's unfortunate because the other employees were very pleasant and helpful. As for Jenine, she was not.

great store that has a lot of options packed into their smaller store space. slightly smaller than the stop & shop in Cross County, but they have all the same options for staple foods, it's just more niche foods and products where they are lacking. So it is great for quick grocery runs

This is a very small store compared to other locations. With the addition of the self check out counters, there is very little room to even enter the store, through the produce department. They need to keep all isles clear of boxes in order allow more movement for the customers. However, all employees that I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Store and parking lot & carts could be cleaner & shelves should be stocked overnight & during slow times. Customers constantly were maneuvering around each other since stock carts took up much space in every aisle & the stock people don't seem to care about the inconvenience to the customer.

My mother loves this place. Aside from buying groceries, she shops there to buy broiled chickens. She also plays lotto there as well. I use it for small things and Western Union. The parking is free. It's not too big and it has everything you need. The staff is very friendly. It's on the corner of route 22 and mill road in East Chester New York. Like many others, I find it a nice place to shop. Try it one day. A family neighborhood place. Mobbed always!.

This grocery store is decent, but prefer to shop elsewhere. The isles are a little tight and the checkout staff is a little more unhelpful and rude than other establishments. Making a left out of the parking lot is extremely tricky, verging on hazardous, as busy times of day.
