I can’t even describe the gratitude I have towards Dr. Sills and his staff. after my 13 year-old lab was misdiagnosed I was seeking a second opinion. A friend referred me to Petchester and it was the best thing that happened to us. The doctors are extraordinary and the front desk staff is amazing And very accommodating.

Always a warm and friendly welcoming atmosphere. The doctors, nurse assistants, and receptionists will work with you and your daily busy scheduling as long as you work with them, too, whilst taking good care of your pooch which is very hard to find in some vets. The prices and service are very reasonable as they do take their time making your pooch feel aware they're in good hands 😌 switched from vetco to Petchester and was the best decision ever made. Always in a good mood after her visits. 🤩

Very clean facility. Our first visit. Dr. Carozza was so caring and gentle with our kittens. I did not get the name of the vet tech, but she was great too. Highly recommend.

Appalled by my treatment here start to finish. I brought my recently rescued dog here for an initial check up for concerns I wanted to speak with a vet professional about. Upon entry, waiting room is filled with dogs and cats, a good portion free roaming off leash. My dog did not handle it well, could not relax and cried constantly. Staff did nothing to help and had us waiting there for 20 mins (despite being on time for appt). When we finally got into a private room, my dog wasn’t given even a minute to adjust/cool off and was met with a vet and assistant who were both rude, fearful, and lacked any compassion or interest. My dog was NOT AT ALL AGGRESSIVE THE ENTIRE TIME but was hyper to the point of jumping on them. The vet had told me my dog would kill a small child, which I found to be an entirely unnecessary and offensive comment. I agreed to bloodwork and they sent him to the back. 2 mins later assistant tells me we are all set to leave. I had to request the vet back because we had spoken only a minute and I had many questions about my dogs health and behavior. He returned to tell me he had no answers for me. I was charged for additional tests I wasn’t informed would be done and I don’t even know what they are for. I alerted the facility and they still haven’t given me a response or even the results of the bloodwork! Do not bring your dogs here, these people clearly cannot be bothered to pretend to care. My sweet dog did not deserve this and neither does yours, and this isn’t even the half of it!

DR. ADI is a complete SCAM and this place should be ashamed!!!!!! Went for bloodwork for dog and they changed his diet to their affiliated dog food brand. Had us do loops of testing and made us do an ultrasound that cost $650 which the bill literally was $650 and zero for TAX?!? How’s that possible? No taxes in New York? They came up with an absolutely bloated number and are taking advantage of pet owners. I’m sorry I’m not a rich Bronxville homeowner with a 7 figure income and just going to have me do test after test without speaking out! Don’t come to Petchester if you love your pet. Went to another VET and all this testing was absolutely unneeded and was a money scam!

I have been using Dr Sills for over 25 years. He is amazing with my dogs. He is extremely knowledgeable and gentle with the animals. I relocated over 2 hours away and still travel to see Dr Sills. The staff is also fabulous, all the techs and front desk. I can not recommend this veterinary clinic enough.

Absolutely love this place. They’re always friendly and the staff truly care for your animal! My dog sees Dr. Ring and I cannot say enough good things about her. She goes above and beyond to make sure you and your animal are comfortable. She calls as needed and makes sure you are fully educated on the situation at hand. She takes her time with you and your animal! She genuinely cares about the well-being of your animal. I highly recommend!!

Dr Ben Adi has been taking care of our Havanese “Marlisimo” since birth and have trusted him with him as he is caring, loving, patient with us and considerate. Most of all extremely knowledgeable. No one like Dr. BenAdi! Marley will be 13 years old October 10th! Thank you and your wonderful staff!

My sweet baby Gabbi had to be put down last night (at a different clinic) and I honestly wish I would of brought her here much sooner before it ever got to this point….Dr. Ring was so understanding and so sympathetic while checking her out on Thursday and I could tell she was very concerned about my baby… but unfortunately my baby was beyond saving and rapidly deteriorating….truly an angel this veterinarian is. If only things could of been different I would of made her Gabbis primary veterinarian…

The waiting area is very clean. The ladies that check you in are great. I have met all three of the vets and I feel very comfortable with any one of the them and their ability to take care of my dogs well being.

I have been using Dr Ben Adi for my cats for about 14 yrs now. Followed him from his previous practice in Scarsdale. Dr Ben Adi is great and never tried to push any expensive treatments on my cat who had lifelong digestive issues as long as my cat was eating and healthy weight. I recently boarded my senior cat while I was away and the overnight charge was actually cheaper than at a regular boarding facility. I would recommend Dr Ben Adi to anyone looking for a caring Vet.

I’ve been a customer of Petchester for over 10 years. Dr. Sills is the most caring, loving and patient vet I’ve ever come across. He’s always available for whatever questions/problems that arise with my dog. His staff are extremely helpful and kind. There’s no other veterinarian that I’d trust with Hudson.

We brought our 2 month old baby girl Izzy to Petchester Veterinary and it was a very easy, fast process to get her up to date on her shots, dewormer, nails clipped, ears cleaned also the doctors educated me on things I need to look out for, what choices of foods and snacks she should be consuming. Due to the current situation we’re all facing with this pandemic I was able to drop her off and an assistant brought her to me less than an hour. They were very affordable and close to home thank you !

I recently visited this vet clinic with my kitten, and unfortunately, I must admit that I wasn't particularly impressed with the overall experience. One of the first things I noticed was the lack of hospitality from the staff. When I entered the clinic and greeted them, I felt like my greeting was barely acknowledged, and I was simply told that someone else would assist me. It would have been nice to receive a warmer welcome and better communication from the staff.The biggest issue I had with this vet was their reluctance to run a UTI test for my kitten. I had concerns about a possible UTI, but the vet dismissed it, stating that it's not common in kittens. However, as it turned out later, my kitten did have a UTI, and I was disappointed with how this matter was handled. UTIs can be serious if left untreated, and I expected the vet to take my concerns more seriously and conduct the necessary tests.To make matters worse, I found the prices for some of the services to be quite unreasonable. Charging $18 to trim my kitten's nails seemed excessive, especially since I already performed this task at home. While I understand it's a legitimate service, I couldn't justify paying that much for something I could easily do myself.Furthermore, there was a mistake regarding the gender of my kittens during my visit. I had informed the vet that one of the kittens was a girl, but he misidentified all three of them as boys. Despite my insistence, I decided to trust his judgment, only to find out later that one of them was indeed a girl. This inconsistency and lack of attention to detail were concerning.Considering these issues, I am not entirely satisfied with the care provided at this vet clinic. The lack of hospitality from the staff, the mishandling of the UTI concern, the high prices for certain services, and the gender misidentification all contribute to my decision to seek another vet for my pet's future healthcare needs. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the clinic to improve their services and communication with pet owners.

This is the best vet in Westchester. Everyone truly cares about the well-being of your pet, from the doctors, to the techs, all the way to the clerical staff. The staff treats you and your four legged friend like family here. They are willing to go above and beyond despite their busy schedules. Dr. Sills once offered to call my wife with difficult news in order to help calm her by explaining our options (he thereafter conducted a successful surgery, giving us extra time with our beloved dog). Finally, you’ll find that they are very reasonable with their pricing. They don’t put profit over the health and happiness of their patients, and they often charge much less than the cost of the services rendered. We cannot thank Petchester enough. We will never bring our dogs anywhere else! Thank you everyone at Petchester, from the bottom of our hearts.

Such a wonderful and caring group of people at Petchester! My sweet old man cat was rapidly deteriorating and in pain, but his regular vet was upstate. I called 12 nearby vets who were unable to fit in a pet that wasn't currently part of their practice. Petchester was lucky number 13. They were very sensitive to the grief that comes with having to put beloved pet down by ushering us into a private room and taking care of the cost of care there, rather than out in the lobby. Dr. Ring was empathetic and warm during the process. I very was touched to receive a condolence card with a thoughtful, personal note from her. I can't recommend this place more, especially when faced with end-of-life decisions for a pet. Thank you Dr. Ring and the staff at Petchester!

Pets are our children and just like humans you want to find the best doctor to treat your furbabies. I am so thankful our dog walker recommended Petchester when we first moved to Eastchester 3.5 years ago. They have been nothing short of fantastic caring for my dog and cat. Unfortunately, we recently had to say goodbye to both of them and I would not wanted to go anywhere else. Everyone was so supportive and caring through the entire process during the decline and having to say goodbye. We are so thankful for the staff and Dr Ring!!!

I loved this place! They were so kind to my dog and very careful ( he has IVDD) and were able to squeeze us in for an appointment! My dog never really liked his previous vets, but this vet hits different! During his appointment, someone had donated a wheelchair and they actually put it on him and he ran to us in the waiting room. He was so happy! And it was the first time we have ever seen people care and understanding to Gavroche so much. And his veterinary assistant Sandro was so kind and knowledgeable. I love this place so much and I will definitely come back.

Overall so great! New to this Vet and area, overall great services and very professional and well educated staff and doctors. Doctor Rings is a true Gem, straight off the bat you can sense her deep love and care for animals, she is very knowledgeable, patient, and listens to everything and any concern you have. I have a pretty anxious pup and he is very very very comfortable with her and doesn't mind the whole experience at all. He comes out with his tail wagging . Even their staff and assistants are very very friendly and you really just sense their true compassion. Highly recommend!!!

We have a senior cat whose health is declining. We were not at all happy with the treatment (none) he was receiving at our vet of 15 years. It was subpar for a while now but we were hesitant to change at this stage. Dr. Ben Adi has been wonderful. The staff is wonderful. You can tell immediately there is a foundation of love for animals just in their handling. We know some things can't be fixed, we just want our cat to be as happy and comfortable as possible, quality of life doesn't stop mattering because he is old. We know he's getting the best care now and that means everything. Highly recommend.Still recommend.
