I just talk to a front desk associate at 7:11pm feb 10 , saturday. I can’t believe howrude a person can be . if you don’t have any customer service skills please find a different job.

The last 4 times being there for prescriptions either they don’t have my orders done (they’ve had for over 24 hours), lost it, or I get half of my order. People shouldn’t have to make multiple trips and/or have to wait for them to fill out cause it was “missed”. Not to mention just to get help you’re gonna have to wait 5+ minutes just to get helped. Today was 10 minutes!! Why is that even happening with 5 people behind the counter. When I asked this last time there, if I should start going somewhere else cause “they’re too busy”, after all it was my SECOND trip there. The Joke of a Manager Couldn’t even look away from the computer or even answer. Some brunette replied “well if it’s convenient”. My response was this is closer to my house buts NOT Convenient to make multiple trip. Even though she was really snotty about it, at least she had the balls to say something while the coward manager stood there with his tail between his legs. I’m giving them one more shot even though they don’t deserve it and if they mess that up, I will Never spend another penny in that store again

Outstanding pharmacy department, I really like the technicians, Melissa and Patty are amazing pharmacists. I can’t say one negative thing about this store. The entire store has great staff!!!

I was told that if they find anyone that has ever been convicted of *any* crime -- no matter how long ago or how minor it was -- in their store, that the managers are instructed to call the police immediately and have them arrested for trespassing. I verified this information with another employee because of how unbelievable it sounded. If you believe in second chances or that someone guilty of a noisy muffler ticket doesn't deserve to be arrested without warning for trespassing, avoid all Kinney Drugs stores like the plague.

I went to the store to pay my utility bill. I patiently waited in line. The were having some issues with the machine which I understand it happens. When called next I explained that I needed to use that machine . I expected I'm sorry ma'am were having issues right now. No that's not at all what was said. I got its broke I dont know what to tell you. Unbelievable so rude. I will never go to that store again.This happened today at 1pm by a young blonde girl that needs to learn customer service.

The staff here is always friendly. The drive thru works great. They have a lot of great deals via exlusive coupons, which you will need a Kinney's member card (it's free). The pharmacy is fairly quick except for those times of year where it seems everybody is sick. Other than that it's a great pharmacy.

This one star for the passport photos, horrible photos, dark, faded and pixelation is so obvious, do not take a passport photo in this place
