This has got to be the slowest members service desk ever. I bought something I needed to be picked up at the desk. I checked out 9:28 am and I’m still waiting at 9:47am. I would have left if I didn’t need to pick up my item.Well finally got to the front and the item I needed wasn’t in stock anyway. The card was put on the floor but the item wasn’t in the cage. Thanks for wasting 25 min for nothing.

Place has gone down hill. I went on Superbowl Sunday, the deli was completely shut down at noon on Superbowl Sunday. Definitely done with BJs. Costco is better on every level.

The person managing this BJs is fantastic - both congenial and professional. Seems to be building a great team there. Clean store, caring, hard working associates - a great atmosphere to shop in.You can't beat their gas lettuces, rotisserie chickens and deli meats!

I love this wholesale club. Excellent meats, and they have meat cutters on staff. You can have anything cut to order. Always a nice selection of inventory. I always go home with double of what's on my list.

Something is wrong with their food department. Lots of fruit flies on top of onions, which only happens if it's spoiled, chicken juices leaking onto the bottom of packages which made everything sticky and they even had towels on the top for you to wipe your hands to compensate for that - should NOT be happening!!! Bought a taboule salad and it was rotten even though it was not anywhere near the expiration date. I'd recommend buying your groceries elsewhere.

Really surprised to see that the cashiers are allowed to play on their phones while "doing their job" she even called another coworker over just to tell her all about the text she had received. Where are the managers? Why aren't they doing their job? Custom service is taking a huge dump everywhere, I didn't think your store would be lumped into that group. Do better.

Great gas prices, there is usually a 10to 25 min wait at pump, good store inventory, pump turn off at 9pm sharp it doesn’t matter if your in the middle of pumping lol

The check out area was terrible. The employees very helpful but inorder to check out you need to unload your cart place in item in too small of an area or wait for an employee to use a price gun to check you out. Put the price guns back for you customer!

There is always 2 fuel line down and the wait is minimum of 45 minutes around 5 pm.

This location is usually pretty busy, which can cause anxiety issues for some people. The gas lines are usually very long, as well. That said, they do have some great prices (and many items whose prices could be described as "decent").

Compared to Sam's club prices, it's not that great, but compared to Costco, BJs are definitely better, but they need to work better on their employees because customer services are horrible.

The management in this club store is a joke. Whoever is the big boss is doing a horrible job and needs to be replaced ASAP. I have been shopping there for over 5+ years I have never seen it this bad. Trash everywhere!!!! So unorganized!!! Open merchandise!!! Their competition is starting to seem like a better shopping experience now.- Microphone drop 🎤

Oh my gosh, why do so many idiots shop here. The gas line is bad, but exacerbated by all of the idiots who dont know how to move in the gas line.The AT&T booth people keep harassing me, shut up and let me shop.Express pay is a joke, the employees still need to scan all of my items anyway.

Went into the tire area to get propane filled, waited in line for 10 minutes while the cashier propane tire guy took a phone call. When he was off the phone he called me up and when I told him I need a propane he said I'll meet you outside and then started to wait on everybody behind me. I was the next customer I should be waited on first. As a matter of fact the people that end up behind me while we were waiting for him to get off the phone also needed propane and he moved to the person after that to help them with tires. First come first sir? I'm too lazy to go fill your propane tank right now? I was the next in line, just because I wasn't getting tires doesn't mean I should have to wait. I already wasted $5 a gas waiting in line to fill my gas tank, now I got to sit around and waste more of my time waiting for your attendant to take care of other people because he doesn't want to come out and fill propane tanks? If it's not a service you want to prioritize then don't do it.

There is no way to contact corporate office for leaving a complaint, no way to make a complaint to anyone at all at corporate, so I will leave it here.This is an update on 10/11/22. Went to the meat department, the meat shelves were pretty bare and only had one package of the meat I was wanting to purchase but it was poorly cut so I went to the meat department doors but nobody was in the room. I asked the deli associate to page someone from the meat department to assist me which he did. I waited 30 minutes and nobody came. The deli associate told me that 2 people are working in the meat department but they take their breaks and lunch at the same time. I went to the service desk and spoke to a manager. She went to the back with me and told me they had no more meat cut that I wanted. She paged the meat department associates but after no one showed up, after ten minutes I told her forget it and left. In my opinion BJ'S customer service at Chevy Drive in East Syracuse absolutely not customer focused. I hope they go broke and that store gets shut down for good.Went there the Sunday after Thanksgiving, There were only 2 registers open, and 4 self service lanes. The lines were backed up well into the aisles yet they only kept 2 registers open. I waited longer in line than making my trip through the store getting my items. seems to me they only want people to cash out themselves so that they can cut back on associates, they don't give you a discount for doing it yourself. In my opinion it is way for them to put profits over members convenience. I will be going to Camillus from now on to shop at the other warehouse store that begins with C, they have 2 people per register and I fly through no matter how busy they are because they have many registers open, the staff is far friendlier there and care about your experience. So long BJ's.

This review is specifically regarding BJs gas station. TERRIBLE. The design is worse than terrible. It is situated in such a small space. Cars are lined up down the road, blocking traffic. How there haven't been multiple accidents is a shock..maybe there have been that I'm unaware of. The Air machine is situated in a terrible place. If even one car is getting air, it blocks the through traffic to the pumps. Anyway, terrible design. No effort has been made to change it. The lines just keep getting longer and the experience keeps getting worse.

Shopping for my I'll parents I used my credit card to pay for the groceries. On January 1st I noticed my credit card was charged $91.80 for a membership renewal that I never authorized. I called and they advised to come down and they would fix it. I drove down just to have them tell me that they wouldn't refund my card and that I authorized the renewal by using it on the memberships account. They told me to dispute it with my credit card company. I did this with success but think that this was fraudulent on their part for not receiving specific permission. I will take my business to Costco from now on.

Yesterday I spent 178.00 dollars,today.After long lines at actual cashier, cashed out,got to door cart checker counted 19 items, only 15 items on sales slip,was instructed to go to customer serviceEveryone looking at me like I'm at thief. Gave the entire cart back,had them refund bank card. Last time I'll go there. Not the only place in town. And it won't make a difference in their bottom line. But at least I won't be supporting it..

Just watched an employee sign off on the bathroom being clean, but there was literally urine all over the toilet and a puddle on the floor in front of it. Pubic hair on the toilet seat, too.Also, came here a while back to get the great deal on filling my propane tank, but the guy said my tank had the wrong cap on it, so I'd have to buy a new one. Went somewhere else and they had no issues.Prices are okay, considering it's a members only club. But if you don't have a reason to consistently buy in bulk, you probably don't have a reason to get a membership here; you won't save enough.

Well-stocked location. A bit bigger than the Ithaca location, so better selection. The only issue (to me) is that accessing the gas station can be a pain at times because it's a little bit congested and the entrance is somewhat narrow. But overall a very good location and good selection and prices.

I normally enjoy shopping at this location but today not so much.1) I wanted to wipe my cart down outside but the employees stationed outside didn't want me to use their spray bottle and said there were wipes inside, the disinfectant wipe container inside was empty when I entered and was still empty when I left.2) While at the deli the employees behind the counter were wonderful. However two women were rearranging the display from the front not respecting social distancing markings causing me to keep moving away from them. Also their mask was only covering their mouths not the noses.3) There was no cleaning between customers at self checkout.4) No enforcement that all customers must wear a mask.

One of the store managers accused a cashier of stealing when she found out it wasn’t true she did not apologize. Then she yelled at him for going on break when he was told to. In front of everyone. Worst shopping experience ever. DO NIT WORK IR SHOP THERE NOT A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
