The store was clean ..had everything on my list.. prices were reasonable and even had some bogo I took advantage of. The cashier was pleasant and respectful.

This store is the absolute worst location ever. Dozens of customers including myself were refused entry at 2:45pm by Robert Finnegan who claimed the store closes at 3pm, however no one else can enter the store after 2:45PM. When i asked what time the store closes today, he said "NOW". He then began to intimidate me, and threatened to attack me physically after i claimed the store closes at 3pm, and NOT 2:45pm. If this is a reflection of the employees at Stop and Shop, they should all be avoided.

Prices are a bit more than other grocery sites. Overall never crowded but they do lack on having enough cashiers.Cleanliness is average.We do enjoy their bakery products.

My bill was $124.00. I put 3 bags at the checkout. The person who wrung me up just stood there while I was packing. Then she started ringing up the next person without helping me. I asked why she was not helping me and her answer was I did not ask her!! How rude is that! Also this wasn’t the first time this happened. Not going back to this store again.

Your run of the mill grocery store, they've always had everything I've been looking for and generally at prices below competitors which is just an extra benefit to go. Only downside is the weird robot they have prowling around now. Interior definitely also shows its age, but it's a grocery store, what can you expect? Plenty of parking right in front in the shared lot with the Walmart next door.

I am used to the ones in Queens, so wasn't this a great surprise when I visited and the store had all stocked shelves and upbeat people working there. This was around 8AM. In and out in under 15 minutes. The way shopping should be.

This store location refuse to accept internet coupons even though the company's website said they do accept internet coupons. This store should not make up their own rules and deviate from the company policy. Employees and managers need to be trained. Do not shop at this location as it is very poor customer service. Also shelves are empty and lots of items out of stock.

Shelves are always out if stock on basic necessities. Very limited selection on what is actually in stock. Rotisserie chickens are ridiculously small. Prices on everything are higher than other supermarkets. Even their "sale" prices are high. I wish there was a different supermarket near me. Staff is always friendly. Just go somewhere else.

I have been going to the Hempstead Turnpike and in East Meadow Stop And Shop for months now it’s over stop with products the parking lot they get a little busy during the day but it’s great and empty there in the morning hours the people who work there at Stop & Shop always so friendly and say good morning I get along with everyone

S&S always delivers from stock items and seems to specialize in local ethnic foods for the immediate area. It's always a pleasure to visit S&S wherever I travel, Long Island, NY or New Jersey.

Produce is good and appear fresh with many choices. They have a good variety of groceries but the prices are a little high as well. Parking is a challenge also

While it's traditionally easy shopping, but every time I go, which is regularly, they never carry Cotton Top Always with Wings for size 4 or 5. And for some reason the organic bread is always expiring within 3-4 days. Stock upkeep needs attention.

Good selection of vegetables, not had an issue with any produce (so far) .Good sales , some of the best around for the items I look for at least.Cashiers are always polite and friendly, floor staff (only one or two) are very ignorant and tend to "not hear you" .The robot, is hilarious scared the hell out of me the first time I saw it move from its little area.Great supermarket, never had an issue here.Definitely recommend!Will rate 5 stars if floor staff was more polite.

Three stars because I was very disappointed last night when I went there at 9pm hopeful that I could get some ham and American cheese from the deli section only for them to rudely interrupt me by saying “the deli is now closed”. Closed at only 9pm while the rest of the store remains opened?Why? It doesn’t make sense. Is this a new thing? I just wanted to have something to eat for breakfast.Also the price for gallon milk is ridiculously expensive almost $5

Was nice to see no lines around 2:30-ish on a Tuesday afternoon. Found what I was looking for with proper signage on each aisle. Cashier was very friendly, along with her packer! ONLY problem is something in their store severely slows down use of your cell phone. As a result, it was so embarrassing when I had trouble getting my Samsung pay to boot up! Especially when I had just used it minutes before to pay for the previous customer's 10 paper bags! Luckily, when the cashier called for a supervisor to cancel the $4.55 purchase (I was embarrassed to have patrons behind me waiting), she told me to lift the phone into the air & it worked! All in all, I wnjoyed my quick shopping trip!

Grim. Not the cleanest, always highly crowded, issues with expired stuff left on the shelves despite being a highly trafficked location (items in the back of the shelves don't appear to be checked/cleaned out so thoroughly). A while back, I managed to pick up something that was almost 4 YEARS out of date - luckily noticed before reaching the check out. Employees were helpful when I brought it to their attention and did go to check out the shelf - but literally years out of date? How does that even happen?

I want to report a complain for an employee who accused my Minor Son with a false testimony and false allegations without evidence in front other customers….that is unacceptable and creates bad consequences for him in the future. I suggest that this Corporation will further train their employees with special and through training on how to deal with customers specially Minors.

Large well stocked, stop and shop store. What more can I say except that when you are looking for U Bet chocolate syrup, it's in the international aisle because it's from Brooklyn. IDK, I just shop there...All the other chocolate sauces are over where the ice cream guys hang out? And the staff didn't even know. Tricky, that international stuff that they use to make down home european Brooklyn New York egg creams.

Only went to the deli section and bathroom. Bathroom was super clean and smelling good too. The deli specialist who served me was very nice and professional. I didn't see much of the rest of the store but I'm sure it was nice as well.

Store does not have enough cashiers and they allow people with more than 25 items to use the self checkout where they take forever to ring up their items. I shop most of time at shoprite where they are so much more organized at the checkout.

Went to this store at 6 pm on Sunday night. Only one register open 20 plus people on line. I went to self checkout and 20 plus more on that line also. One scanner was down. I will never again go this store again weekend night and only one register. Unreal
