I’ve been using this pharmacy for my prescriptions for over 12 years and been a loyal customer. I appreciate the pharmacist when I get to talk to her despite how busy she is she makes sure I’m happy. Today I called and one of the techs picked up. I asked for my rxs to be billed under a good rx code from my good rx app and was refused. I’ve been doing this for over 3-4 years even if they have already used their discount codes they would try mine over phone. Unfortunately I don’t have rx coverage and rely on getting the best price. She had a attitude and simply did not want to do it. Her reply was “it’s a good price”. That’s not the answer and it’s not the first time I’ve received a attitude and an unpleasant experience from this employee. Rite aid you have lost a customer for sure, i can’t gamble with my rxs on who’s gonna take the time to make sure I’m satisfied.

Came in 10 minutes before closing time for some medicine and had doors closed. Upon them seeing us , told us they were closed and could not help us. Don’t waste time here

I had been filling at the East meadow location from the time Rite Aid took over this pharmacy. The staff before were very nice, our pharmacist then knew us by name. Currently for the last few months I see everything that could possibly go wrong with this pharmacy. The pharmacy technicians/clerks are rude to their customers. Please teach your staff customer service and teach them how to retain their customers. I'm thankful to all the pharmacists who take time to talk to me despite their busy schedule.

This is my go to neighborhood pharmacy. Everyone in there is phenomenal and super helpful. The store is clean except for the front of the store which lost its appeal due to the cluster . The lighting is dim at nights because there is too much signs on the door and boxes of water and other things that could go to the back is at the front . That however does not take away from the fact that this is the best pharmacy as it relates to customer service in the neighborhood

The rudest and laziest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. These people are supposed to help, instead they talk over you and make excuses to NOT do their job. Honestly worst service I've ever received.

I have been a customer for many years. I have NEVERhad a bad experience. The staff, from the pharmacists, to their assistants are outstanding! The knowledge of the drugs they dispense is encyclopedic!!! Great job everybody !!!!! Well done!!!!

I went to pick up my Moms med today, which was send there electronically an hr before, the pharmacist (female)did it right away as it wasnt ready and she was so respectful and professional . I am a pharmacy tech with 15 yrs experience in an hospital setting and 2 yrs in retail .Its a stressful job (especially in retail)but thank you from the bottom of my heart .

I call to have my prescription ready today and the person who was working there refused to fill out the prescription! Very rude and disappointing, Wrost Customer service! Avoid this pharmacy and save your time and having a headache!!!

The pharmacist is nice, but the cashier ( with wig) at pharmacy is rude and have attitude, she doesn’t appreciate clients , she treats you like you’re bothering her work, after years, I can’t take it anymore, I’m switching to another farmacy

Place has been here for forever in on iteration or another like some of the other places in this strip mall. It's a well stocked and neat store. No problem couponing here, the staff is very friendly.

Just called pharmacy to ask a simple question, and got a nasty attitude from Tyler in the pharmacy!!! Not worth it switching to Walgreens. They where much more helpful!

They are very kind, they try to help you and they try to make you feel very good. They are not racist and they care to see if you are well and what else can help you. I love this pharmacy.
