The owner and staff at Happy Pet Salon are so welcoming, HAPPY and professional. My girl has been here 3x. The last was about a week ago and that was the best cut. I'm not saying they didn't do a good job prior but it was so cute! She recieved lots of compliments and it was her birthday week.Anyway, if you need to visit a salon in the area this is the one! I moved out East a few months ago and was very reluctant on changing her groomer (still miss her lol). However, they put us at ease and are always so cheerful which is also a plus. This is her new grooming salon now. Thank you Happy Pet Salon for keeping us Happy!

I called this salon the night before to schedule an appointment and spoke with Gina who was very friendly and professional. I brought my 7 month old puppy in the next morning for a wash and haircut because her hair had gotten to be about 3-4 inches long, thanks to Petco not properly handling her with care (they didn't cut her hair for 2 months saying that "she has nervous puppy energy and wouldn't let me get near her with the clippers). My dog is an absolute sweetheart. She doesn't bite or scratch. Yes, she is a very nervous puppy, she has separation anxiety. It's normal for a pup her age. When I brought in Peaches to Happy Pet Salon, she was shaking in my husband's arms. Gina noticed this right away and assured me that Peaches would be in good hands. I trusted her. I received the call for pick up a few hours later and when I saw my puppy, clean shaven with perfectly fluffy ears and face, it brought tears to my eyes. She was like a brand new puppy all over again. I couldn't believe it. My sweet Peaches was so happy too! This will definitely be my go to pet salon. They are professional, gentle and get the job done! I highly recommend their services.

They're very quick, do an excellent job and the staff is great. I got a phone call hours after drop off that my dog was ready. His haircut was perfect and he looked nice and clean. She did notice that he had some skin irritation (which I was aware of) and said next time they would give him an medicated oatmeal bath. I will definitely return.

I’ve been taking my dog to this salon for a while and they do a great job. He usually gets a lot of anxiety but Jina is not only good but quick. Very friendly and professional and you can genuinely feel the love they have for pets. I would recommend this salon to pet owners that are looking to find a new place.

I’ve been going to Jina for almost 4 years and she has been nothing but a pleasure to me and my dog, Ruby.She is very accommodating with her early hours and have seen her with a lot of patients with other dogs that can be aggressive, she treats all her dogs with only kindness. Once you try her you will understand why I would not go any where else, can’t believe the negative reviews!

Been going for a while now and owner knows that he has anxiety and nips. He is usually behaved with the owner and she knows how to handle him. But the last couple of times, he was cut in both legs. I didn't complain, but this time she snapped at me because he bit one of her workers. She said, she was bleeding a lot. I asked to see her hand and she wouldn't show me at first until i demanded. There was a scratch, but no signs of broken skin. She was nasty about it, which i was surprised because I didn't complain about the two cuts they gave him the last time. I told her, since you know he has anxiety and nips you should do him or the others should muzzle him or wear rubber tips on their fingers just for precaution. Btw, he's not a German shepherd, he is a Bishon. I won't be going back, because i didn't like the way she approached me about it, made it sound worse than it was. Meanwhile, my dog gets cut twice in the same visit and i didn't complain. 🤦‍♀️

A great place to get your pet groomed. They do not place the pet in a cage if they can avoid it. They seem to generally care for their clients. They are very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Took my baby to be groomed here this morning and was very specific how I wanted her cut.. This Asian lady totally shaved my Aurora and she doesn’t even smell good like she should after being bathed. Her bedside manner is horrible and I would RUN far away from this place ‼️

I will never bring my dog here again. Last Thursday, my dog was budchered such that his back paw was bleeding. I told the groomer and she insisted that there was no need to take the dog to vet. She wanted me to put baby powder for blood to heal. She did not even apologize. When we went to the vet on same day, all four paws had nails that were cut to the meat. My dog or any other dog should not go to through such pain and unprofessionalism from the groomers!

Just got my dog back from trying this groomer. As soon as I walked in the door I knew something was wrong. I watched as the Asian woman (which I assume is the owner) pull combs through his fur very roughly and MUCH to fast.Then when one of the employees suggested using a type of spray which I would assume would have made the combs go through easier the Asian woman barked at her and stayed how expensive that spray was and that she didnt want to use it. Will NEVER bring my dog back.

I bring my dog there for many years but they always shave her down this time I took good care of my dog's hair so I told them I need them not to shave her down So the owner came out with such a bad bad attitude and said no we need to shave her down I was trying to explain to her please I understand but I don't want it to She was telling me that her hair is very tangled when she didn't even come near the dogShave her down I guess they're so busy they don't want to spend the time on your dog but you know what we pay so much money I think they should spend the time on our dogs She had the worst attitude you know what guys I took my dog back I said giving my dog back that's it that was the last time I would ever bring my dog to herThe attitude though it's the worstshoragverbattitude Again very bad attitude
