The staff is very friendly here and they do get quite a large shipment of new items each season.The store is fairly clean and maintained. The check out lines are not too long, depending upon the time of day. In the morning, you can run in and out quickly.Although the prices have gone up throughout the entire chain, if you look, you can find some incredibly good buys, especially with condiments and beauty items. Some of the same items are sold for 40%-50% or higher.This location also sells tee shirts which are great if you need something quick. They also have a nice selection of party supplies.

I live in Queens NY, I have to travel to Long Island NY to purchase any type of cards. Birthday, Anniversary, baby shower etc.Because the stores in College Point and Auburndale Queens NY have BARE shelves.Id like to know why do they only sell Seasonal cards??

A good place for buying economical goods and food in a rush. Bath products, such as body wash, shampoo and conditioners are available in large supply here. Brand name products such as White Rain, V05 and Freeman can be found in the health and beauty aisle. Smaller sizes or quantities of packaged food items and some products justify the lower price point here. Not everything is a spectacular value, as some items can actually be purchased at a lesser price at the grocery store or even Walmart. Price comparison shopping is always a good idea when possible. However, you can sometimes find unusual items that are well worth the $1.25. *Make an effort to see what cool new novelty items they have near the checkout counter. You can find items here for the home, stationery supplies, novelty keychains and seasonal holiday decorations that are definitely a good value. A good place to purchase helium balloons for various occasions (when they have helium tanks filled of course). Greeting cards are a really good value at .50 or a $1 (premium) each. Lines can get long during peak times. Cashiers are friendly and the checkout process speeds up once your items get scanned. If you're on a tight budget or penny pinching, this store can really be a helpful ally.

Always good selection of items. They give you bags for your purchase at nocharge. Very efficient check out. Large selection of Christmas items

I didn't feel good in the smaller-sized Dollar Tree Store in East Meadow, next to Texas Roadhouse. They were out of stock in the items I was searching for, and I'd rather go to a different location. It was my first and last time there. The one employee I spoke with wasn't even aware of the main item I was looking for.

Great new items.. but my ONLY & BIGGEST COMPLAINT you need more cashiers instead of just 1 employee to run the registers. Why have multiple cash registers if the majority of the time only 1 is open.

Suuuuuper long lines every time I go there no matter which day or what time. Very understaffed. Very inconvenient and annoying to go here, unfortunately it’s the closest one to me but with the wait time makes sense to just go to Levittown which usually has more inventory and variety anyway.

The Dollar Tree is great for good buys. I go to the one in East Meadow NY. I'd like it better if the lighting was improved and basically the place is a wreck. Stuff and trash on the floor, the place looks filthy. They must be very short staffed.

Very dark and gloomy Dollar Tree compared to the other location by Wantagh Av. It looks like a normal Dollar Tree, stuff that people or staff dropped on the floor and didn't even bother to clean up. At least this location is well stocked compared to the other one.

Love this dollar tree. It has a nice variety of things that you would utilize on a daily basis for a dollar! I recommend the glass coffee cups, the minute maid frozen lemonade ice, Gatorade and Welch 's grape drinks!

This is a very nice store. The shelves are always stocked and the store is clean. The aisles are wide and the staff is really helpful. Seasonal items are easy to find and at four o’clock when I go is never busy.

Clean, organized and well stocked. From cleaning products, health/beauty and food, the Dollar Tree is a better price point compared to Walmart.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Lots of great products. Quite a few are name brands. Social distancing practiced during shopping and online. Must wear a mask to enter the building. Plenty parking spaces and parking for handicapped in front of the building.

Oh it's a wonderful well stocked place. There are several of them around because they are a large chain. I buy a great variety from them. I live next to 110 Broadway and that's where its located in the village of Amityville. I buy boxed tissues for a buck. They have great bargains on dish and clothes detergent. I also buy beautiful artificial flowers for different reasons and paper goods galore. They also sell new good quality clothes, gloves hats and alot of summer items. Its like what Kmart used to be. There is a wide range of assorted practical items. To many to mention. My favorite is a pack of bottled water w real lemon!! It isn't found anywhere else. They are cheap and I buy them for friends to.

This place is organised very very well. I never see dollar tree like this. They got almost all the stuff.Must visit for new stuff with less expense.I gave this place four star just because i didn't find enough staff for assistance but still they organised very well so no complaints.

This is a fairly new store. It is very clean, well stocked and very nice employees. I have a Dollar Tree about 4 blocks from my house but I'd rather shop in this Dollar Tree.

Well stocked store clean and organized but outdated inside looks like a warehouse will dull lighting and some of the bulbs flicker there also these old school loud speakers all over the inside of the building look like an old paging system.

Good customer service. They have a lot of iteams. As you know it no longer a dollar store. They have more than the Hempstead and garden city one.

Fails to provide adequate plastic containers that other dollar tree stores carry. Different types of foods are available. Store is passable so long as your not looking for containers.

Very rude older male employee yelling and pointing fingers at people about which row to form the line. Broken glass on floor & when told employees they left it for 10 minutes & then barely swept it up. Wont be coming here again.

Dollar tree...talk about lies!!! You know you dont walk out of any dollar tree with only a dollar worth of stuff. Its a well stocked store with all my usual buys.
