I had a wonderful experience! The team member at the front desk was very helpful and patient. She was able to find the right shaving cartridges I needed for my razor. A bonus was that the item was in stock. I’m very grateful.

My doctor prescribed Sildenafil for me, when I want to collect at this pharmacy they said your insurance doesn’t cover it, so you have to pay $500. When I said I can go for generic brand then they gave me price near $ 2500. I showed them price on line $84, she said we couldn’t match online price.

Terrible experience at the drive thru todayNot because of the consistent long wait but for the ineptitude of the employeeI’ve been a long time customer of CVS, always hated this location and missed the one that Chipotle took over on the other side of the road…I was a customer of theirs and the multiple other pharmacies that were thereTurns out they “no longer accept my insurance” & thanks to the “New Year” the prescription I ordered in 2023 that was on “back order” came back in stock, however since I didn’t pick it up “last year”, they refused my pick up todaySuch a joke as I told this inept drive thru “associate” that I received a text when it came back in stock & actually checked it out in their “APP” and offered me “free delivery”Yet I decided to pick it up as I was going to be in the area, I once again wasted about ten minutes waiting on the drive thru line for this inept nasty employee tell me that since I didn’t pick it up “last year” it was restockedWhen asked why the “APP” said it was ready for pick up, she confusingly said, well you’re going to have to discuss this with the pharmacistIt’s been a very long time since I actually had a positive experience with this location, this is now the icing on the cake. Terrible service, nasty employees, please close soon, so another pharmacy might open that values their customers…

This place is dirty. The pharmacist Jessica is very nasty & looks like a duck not the cute kind, she should spend some time addressing that. Also this pharmacy could probably get more done if they cut down on the gossip. Walgreens is much better and right across the street. ❤️

It always takes to long to pick up prescriptions. Today was the last straw! I wanted to pick up my prescription and they asked me ro return in 15 minutes only to be told after 2 hours they don't have my prescription in stock! They just don't care about the long lines or costumer service

This is the worst pharmacy around. There is always 6-8 workers behind the counter yet you'll stand at the counter 15 minutes before you get help

A smaller CVS but it is organized and neat. Hot sale items can be out of stock because the store is popular with couponers. The customer service is always very nice and accommodating.

I went on Thursday night at 5:00am for my flu shot. Walked up to the counter gave my insurance card and in no time the Tech gave me my shot.Never felt a thing.Very nice sweet young women.I said thank you smiled at her and I said have a great evening. Thank you again

You guys really need more workers at your store. It doesn't make any sense as to why there is one individual trying to be there for everyone's needs. That is not right at all. However, I do love this wonderful woman who was absolutely caring about my situation. She absolutely deserves a raise!

I went to the drive through to pick up a prescription, and (surprise!!!!) itwas $208.00, Then suddenly a man came from the pharmacy counter started quick firing questions at me to find a coupon in his phone. He saved me $188.00. AND apologized that the coupon may only work once!!!!! Thanks Matt Houlihan, and CVS, (for hiring Matt for us). Great job.This place has tanked beyond belief!!! Today I went in thinking it would save some time and had a terrible experience with the pharmacy. I have been going for years and one of the technicians I am familiar with is leaving, I brought her flowers and thanked her for years of great work. I will not be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE, this is the worse pharmacy I have ever been to, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I tried to have a script transferred there from another pharmacy for days and they lied saying they called multiple times but didn’t get an answer. I was able to get an answer every time I called the other pharmacy. So I called CVS to give them the number to call again and the pharmacist told them to hang up on me! So I went to the pharmacy to give them the number and she told me they would not spend any time on helping me and all the techs were laughing! Then she told me if I could get them on the phone to do it and then when I did she said she would not take the call! Are you kidding me!

This has got to be the worst CVS on the island. Went today 6/22 at 6 PM. While on line to check out (3 People in line) The cashier starts shouting as I have seen her do many times "There is a self check out machine right there" 10 minutes later when i t was my turn she sees that i have a $100 bill and looks at me and says "I can't change that? Really 6PM and CVS can't break a $100 bill?? So i then asked her If the self Checkout machine would except it and was told by her "How do I know, If you try it and it doesn't then you are stuck" In other words no customer service or helpfulness at this location. Best to try another.

Awful ! Been living here for the past 25 , never have i experienced , inattentive, unprofessional, rude pharmacy staff - since have in the past three years. I actually called the pharmacy to check on my rx and they have not answered the phone for an hour, I stayed on hold and drove there , just for the pharmacist to to tell me she did not hear the phone ringing lol 😂,There were about 7 employees behind the counter just walking around - and no one hearing the phone ring ??? I was there and I heard the phone rings numerous times - they are just tooo lazy to answer it , disgraceful!

WORST pharmacy you will EVER go to! I had used this pharmacy for years, and I had nothing but problems! Every single month, it was something different! Getting the pharmacy on the phone is near impossible, and when confronted about it in person while it was still ringing, I got a "I dont care" shrug! The employees in the pharmacy do not communicate with each other. I used to need one medication with a specific generic! On the phone, they would say its filled with the generic I asked for. I come to pick it up, and it's something else! They will promise to order something and I will find out at a later date it was never ordered. Any special notes they make either never get entered or constantly overlooked! These are not one-time issues. These things are repeated over and over. At the very end, I had medication they were saying was backordered for weeks. This didn't sound right to me, so I called the manufacturer, and they told me there was plenty in stock, and if their supplier orders it, they should get it in several days! I called the pharmacy im with now, they ordered it and it arrived the same day! They will never ever make an exception or go the extra mile for you. Finally, I had enough and ditched them! I decided to try Family RX, which is a family/private pharmacy also in East Meadow! My experience has been night and day! They are amazing! The owners name is Maks, pronounced Max. Hes amazing, and I can't say enough good things about them! He has made several special considerations for me, which CVS would have never done! He will never let you go without your medication, even if he has to give you a few ahead of time! Anything he has to order comes in the same evening every single time! When you call, someone answers after 2 rings! No prompts and options. The owner is personally involved and invested in your needs! They deliver! I can go on and on about how great they are! I will never use a big pharmacy chain again! STAY AWAY!

I wish I could give a minus 5. I've never witnessed such bad, unprofessional behavior in any pharmacy as I witnessed here. Switched to a local little community pharmacy, it was the best move I ever made. Kind, knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL pharmacists.

Jess the pharmacist at this CVS location is so rude and unhelpful. When I ran into an issue with my insurance, she just says “I don’t know” throws her hands in the air and just walks away. Another pharmacist named Jackie, actually took her time went through the system to find the issue. For people who work in the healthcare field and are supposed to want to help people who are sick, Jess showed major lack of care. Thank you Jackie for actually assisting.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star at all. Every single person in this CVS is so rude and doesn’t want to help. The pharmacy has got to be the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. I go there 5-10 mins before they go on break and I’m told I need to come back after 2 bc they can’t help me get my script. Call the place to ask for assistance and Priscilla answers rather rude and tells me she can’t help me. This place has gone down hill and I hope to god for the communities sake they close down for good. Had way too many issues with this place and nothing gets better. Maybe they need to reevaluate the store and the workers that they hire and maybe get some nicer people in there.

The staff at the front end of the store are always pleasant and helpful, they even remember my mom and ask how she's doing every time we're in there. (We frequent this location a lot due to her illness, she has to pick up her Rx frequently and she refuses to switch locations due to the ease of the location and their longer hours.)And honestly I believe the hours and location are the only attributes keeping this location in business.The pharmacy staff is horrible. I'm only giving 2 stars for the rest of the staff, if this was solely for the pharmacy I'd give negative stars if I could. There's been an issue every time I've picked up prescriptions.There was one prescription I was without for 3 weeks due to their incompetence and laziness. I visited a total of 5 times for this one Rx and they told me it needed prior authorization, I called my Dr's and insurance to verify, it didn't need it. Went again, they told me the same issue. By this fifth time I tried getting my Rx they told me they EMAILED my dr office for the authorization and they haven't answered. I called my dr office right then and they said they don't use email in that manner and haven't received anything from CVS and they should call. The tech Maria gave excuses when we asked if they could call the office for the authorization. That's when I gave up and had them cancel it and had my Dr send it to the CVS in the Westbury Target. My Rx was ready in half an hour, with no issue at this different location.Another time I went through their drive thru to get my mom's Rx. I made the mistake to leave the drive thru without double checking that I got my credit card back. I went back hoping the pharmacy still had it, thats when the tech from the drive-thru came up to the counter said that she threw it in the bag..... as in the brown paper shopping bag with all my Rx's she had given at the drive thru, which is a horrible practice and thats a cash wrap no no. A negligent bad habit is one thing but an attitude is another. I was nothing but nice when asking if they had my card, and the tech had such an attitude and kept repeating "but I TOLD you it was in the bag" and got so defensive and rude. I am not a confrontational person, and only asked if they had my card that I left. I wish I got her name but I just wanted to get out of there and be done with this place.I understand firsthand how hard it is to work retail especially during COVID, but it's no excuse to be a b*tch towards your customers.

I’ve realized that most CVS stores are terrible and people only shop at them for convenience. That’s the only reason I do. They hire people that are slow and incompetent, and everything is overpriced. The same(exact) summer themed pineapple cups etc. that I bought at cvs for $6 were all sitting on the shelf at the Dollar store for a $1. Thank god I don’t use their pharmacy or I think I would lose it. I called this particular CVS location the other day because it’s location was more in route of the direction I was going. I needed to print out pictures. I asked on the phone if they had a photo kiosk available to use and they said yes, so I said I would come in. I get there and walk up to the kiosk and see there is an error message on the screen. The lady who works in the front end of store(the same one I spoke to on the phone) not so helpfully says “it doesn’t work”. Well maybe that would of been a helpful thing to mention over the phone when I had just asked 10 minutes earlier if there was a kiosk I could use. I mean really common freaking sense. You can’t assume anything with these people. I guess I should of asked are they working? But I figured that would of been redundant.

I’ve been going to the same CVS Pharmacy for years. They have some people who are cool. All the sudden they’re giving me a problem filling my script. Mind you it’s non narcotic. They told me the doc needs to call a refill, he did. Then they say the dose is high!?? I’m switching pharmacy!! Truly disappointed

I called and was on hold for 11 minutes so drove there while on hold. Currently still on hold and online in the store There are 7 people working in this pharmacy and I have been on hold for 35 minutes. I own a business if no one picked up the phone at my business I would fire everyone

Horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time.stay away from "joseph," from pharmacy dept. He has limited knowledge but a big mouth, guess he couldn't find a job at McDonald's!Walgreens cross the street is soo much better.AVOID IF POSSIBLE
