I can't say enough good things about Dorina, the owner of this 7-Eleven! Not only does she run a top-notch store with all the convenience you could ask for, but she also goes above and beyond to make every customer feel special. During my recent visit, Dorina noticed my interest in the pizza display and kindly offered to make me a fresh one. Yes, you read that right - fresh pizza at 7-Eleven! It was absolutely delicious and made my day. Dorina's dedication to providing exceptional service is evident in every aspect of the store. This is one of the best and cleanest 7-11 I have been to. The staff is also very friendly and are always ready to help with anything. I am a regular customer and they treat me like I am a family to them.

My friend and I just had a very uncomfortable experience with the cashier. He was adamant that people should say Merry Christmas after someone else had said happy holidays and said that people should assimilate when they come here. He said it in a jovial manner, but neither my friend nor I celebrate, and I was annoyed, and my friend felt belittled because she and the cashier are from the same non-western culture. It was a weird experience all around. I just wanted to buy chips in peace.

My friend and i left feeling very unwelcome when, as we tried to pay for our chips and drinks, the desi cashier began complaining about saying "happy holidays" instead of "merry christmas", and that people needed to assimilate to American culture is they moved here. He looked at my friend and another western woman for approval. Neither my friend nor I celebrate that holiday, and we were put out that he kept on belittling other religions in this way. It's also a shame because as a desi myself, it seems he was excited to throw me under the bus for brownie points.I guess, unless you celebrate Christmas, you aren't welcome at this store.

Not 24 7 I'm here at 391 prospect av 711 doors are close a guy inside say it's close so I don't understand I been here so many times about 1-5am it's always open until now it's being close idk why

What a nasty rude woman that answered the phone , I simply asked her nicely not to add any ice on my Big gulp Mountain Dew drink and she has an attitude. She told me she has nothing to do with that yet she’s telling me she’s preparing my order lol.This is an order I did with door dash to have it delivered. Why is it so hard for her to follow simple instructions?

It’s a hot Saturday afternoon when the ac in my car wasn’t working. I walk into 711 to get a big gulp and say to the owner “I’m good but it’s so hot my ac in my car is shot” he then asks for my keys and goes outside and fixes my ac. I say this 711 has the best service

The owner of the store an older woman is very disrespectful and rude on the phone , it’s also irritating that u have to constantly repeat to her the same things because according to her she’s deaf. She’s only available at night atI’m aggravated because it says help wanted yet they don’t cooperate with me and I need a job.The other employees don’t have a clue about anything.

Not sure what the rest of the negative reviews are about. My experience with this 7 11 has been great since day one Jane and Rob really manage the store well and are friendly and know there customers by name which means alot. Keep up the great work guys!

Older skin head man is RUDE acts like he owns the company and has no respect for customers, does not understand we pay him to do his job and does not respect it. He is loud and hates his job and cusses. Will be reporting him for his lack of customer service . He works mostly in the nights! And drives a blue Volkswagen parked in front. Stay away!

I don't know about the other reviews but this was surely one of my best experience at a 711 franchise. If you've had a bad experience here and need help, just ask for Matt. He was very kind and helpful, one of the best at 711.

Wow this place is horrible. The cashiers are absolutely horrible, made me wait when no one was in the store. The store is very dirty and disorganized. The store is small with awkward parking spots. Stay far far away from this hell hole. Also the coffee was old and stale. Bad everything.

Went in for 2 big gulps. Charged me for 4, then she walked away from fixing the transaction. Thank god for a young man named joe who corrected the situation with a kind and helpful attitude.
