Such as a empty pharmacy, they should close this location, they never have anything on store , almost every shelf is empty, if you can go the the cvs at Pantigo , go there because they always have everything on stock

I spent 2 days and 4 hours on hold for the pharmacy, listening to music, ads, and request to hold on. I went to the store and the pharmacy manager said they don't answer the phones, he was busy and understaffed, and to call corporate to complain. Prescriptions called in on Friday were still not on the computer on Monday. I waited on line over 20 minutes simply to find out where my prescriptions were after they were not available at the pick up I finally left and had my doctor send the scripts to another non-cvs pharmacy.While I stood at the pharmacy, the phone rang every one or two minutes and never, never, never, never answered while after an annoying voice tree told you to hold, when in fact it was fruitless. I could only image the number of callers waiting vainly for the pharmacist and the collective hours of waisted time. And yet, not an apology at the store or an expression of sympathy, other than "everyone has the same problem" complain to the company.On the way out, I asked to see the store manager, and an assistant was unwilling to hear my complaint. I asked for a complaint form which she refused to give me and she told me the manager was on vacation and there was no-one who could handle the complaint.The store, its management, and its service is a shameful disgrace.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The Worst. I was getting a prescription filled but they refused to ring up other items and said I'd have to pay AGAIN up front. I asked why and the PHARMACIST said "because you came in here with an attitude" no joke.

I was just on the phone with pharmacy at 6:34 pm on August 1st. I was talking to a this woman who was basically attacking me through the phone for no reason at all!What a RUDE person and once I told her come down that’s when she realized how rude she was being! I will tell you something based on the reviews of this store it should have been closed already but I get it why they do whatever they want because at the end there are not a lot of other pharmacies!Horrible staff and if I could give no starts I would!!RUDE!!!!

Wow, I see why they have such poor reviews! This location is a complete farce!! They messed up my order and refused to resolve it because they claim their staff doesn't understand or speak English well enough to communicate with customers over the phone. I spoke with Julianna, and Norma, also someone who refused to disclose his name 🤔. Unacceptable, unprofessional and downright belligerent staff. Hey CVS! If you're handling American pharmaceuticals, you need to be able to communicate with customers!

Excellent staff in the pharmacy. Knowledgeable and very patient with all the customers. They are under staffed though which is not their fault. The wait time is like most CVS stores, the difference is the staff is much better.

I go to this CVS because it's on my way to work. There is NEVER anyone there to help and NEVER anyone at the register. I am in Retail and know how a customer needs to be treated, but today is the straw that broke the Camels back. When I couldn't find anyone i walked to the back where the Pharmacy is and waited a few minutes for him to appear and asked if he could page someone to the front register...he did and she finally came. The first words out of her mouth were " Why didn't you use the self checkout" I told her I would if what I wanted wasn't behind the counter!!! Rude, Obnoxious and you can't find anyone to help... I hope someone from corporate would read this and do something about how they treat people...

I would give this location negative stars if I could.I've been trying to get my blood pressure medication filled and the pharmacist answers only to purposely hang up on me. This has happened three times now. I normally don't leave negative reviews but in this case I'll make the exception because joking around about someone's medication whether young, old or whatever isn't a game and this is pathetic customer service

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. First I called waited 67 min for someone to answer. Gave up and drove down - spoke to them to refill a prescription for my son. They had the meds but not from the manufacturer that I needed - (I need Amneal) they said they would order it and it would be in Monday - Monday goes by prescription pending - Tuesday prescription pending. I call - this time I get through - they say “oh yes it came in - we will fill it now will be ready in 30min”. I go down wait literally 48 min in line - get the meds - come home - open it and it’s the wrong manufacturer.

Great people! My daughter was sick and we couldn't leave the restroom. She was crying, we were no where near home and the store was closing. The manager helped us out and was so sweet and understanding. She got me some meds for my daughter to take hopefully get us home. The store had been closed for an hour and we were still there. I wish i got their names, but.most of the night was a blur. Thank you for everything!!!

It's fine when they're open, but they lie about their hours. They close at 10pm, not 11pm, Sunday through Thursday. I was there trying to get in, and someone else was also trying to get in, and a bunch of people who work there were watching and not caring.

I want to thank your pharmacy manager, Thomas Engel for helping me replace medications that were left at home during a vacation. He arranged the replacement with the insurance company .I am so grateful to him, for reducing the stress during this vacation. He did this within 1 hour. Thank you CVS for having such caring employees .

I called the pharmacy for 3 days trying to speak to a pharmacist about my prescription. I waited on endless hold each time until I gave up. Multiple calls a day. Absolutely irresponsible pharmacy support.

worst place ever! i went to the cvs on montauk hwy to scan about 30 pics onto a cd. After spending 1 hour scanning them the manager hands me a cd. Then another. then another. the cds are no good. I ask if I can scan them to a zip drive. She says yes and proceeds to cancel my order and i have just lost my entire work! I was none too happy to say the least! If you have no idea what you are doing than don't pretend to know! then she couldn't figure out how to return the money she charged me! Go somewhere where people have a clue!

newly constructed CVS is immaculate and organized, staff friendly, full service pharmacy, extensive photo printing service. large public bathroom on lower level. parking lot in back.

The worst pharmacy - do not go here. You will wait on line for 30 minutes. They don't fill prescriptions when doctors send them in. No one ever answers the phone. You will wait on hold for over one hour
