This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare to deal with. As a medical professional myself, I understand the importance of medication compliance. This pharmacy does not care about their customers. They have me running in circles trying to get a very important medication that I have been prescribed for almost three years now and I have been without it for almost 2 weeks. They do not help you get to the bottom of any issues. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Always nice here. Staff is super helpful. Pharmacy lines can get busy at times, but which one doesn't. Has a large variety of things.

If I could give the pharmacy and the pharmacist at this location negative stars, I would. Negative stars are deserved for the CVS corporate customer service too. I was on the phone with them for half the day and got nothing resolved. The pharmacist is rude, mean and nasty. She was must hate her job because she projects the worst customer service. Because of her, I have changed all of my prescriptions over to Walgreens. CVS just doesn't care.

Incredibly poor pharmacy service.I was told that I would need to call in order to process a refill. I made three calls from work and waited on hold for over 3 hours before being disconnected. The following day, I waited on hold for an hour and 40 minutes before driving to the store, then listened at the counter to the alert saying, "one pharmacy call" over and over and over and over while the staff did other things. So they ignored "one pharmacy call" for almost 2 hours šŸ˜‚Staff had been terrible for many years, and looks like it's just getting worse.

Had hoped theyā€™d improved given all the negative feedback. They continue to be the worst cvs Iā€™ve ever experienced. I called three times today about a prescription, and each time, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me before I could speak to anyone.

Called to simply refill my prescription and Iā€™ve been on hold for 15 minutes, and the girl that answered wasnā€™t helpful - she couldnā€™t figure out how long my supply is for and then came up with the answer that it expired (it didnā€™t).Edit: Called for another prescription a few weeks later than the first review, waited 23 minutes for someone to pick up only to have the phone finally picked up and then HUNG UP immediately without speaking to me at all. Absolutely unacceptable. Iā€™ve been trying to get this prescription for a week, but the pharmacy has been unable to fill it. If theyā€™re unable to fill it then SAY SO. Iā€™ve been entirely without my prescription for days now because of CVSā€™ incompetence . Tried to called Whiteā€™s finally to have them do it, only to be told CVS put my NOT FILLED prescription through to my insurance as FILLED, so unless CVS reverses the claim, I canā€™t get my medication from Whiteā€™s. Iā€™m fuming.

I was being kind with four stars. Older woman at the register was overwhelmed with just two people on line and spent a long two minutes trying to get the intercom to work.

Customer service is horrible at the pharmacy, the pharmacist are nice but the women who work at the register are rude and unhelpful. Iā€™m new to this area and I expected different kind of customer service but not to this level. There was another review about prescription being refilled and not doing it till you come to the counter and itā€™s true. They donā€™t offer any kind of explanation or apology. If this wasnā€™t the most convenient location for me I wouldnā€™t go here.

Horrible customer service. They told me I needed to wait 40 minutes for 30 capsules, when I was the only one in the store. Definitely do not serve customers on a first come first serve basis. Pharmacist was also really rudeā€¦

Iā€™ve been waiting an hour for my childā€™s medication. This is not uncommon and they rarely have prescriptions on site. When they order it takes a week. Definitely changing toā€¦any other pharmacy

I'm in here frequently so I'm on very good terms with the staff who are always friendly and helpful. I deducted one star from my rating because in the summer, the wait to have a prescription filled can be quite long compared to other local non-chain pharmacies. On the plus side, though, CVS does tend to be significantly less expensive when getting your prescription filled, if you can wait a while.

Inventory and choice was pathetic. No choice for Systane eye drops, only one type and size of nail polish removal which turns out to be horrible. One choice of cotton makeup pads which were over sized and over priced. Out of hair accessories. Everything overpriced

Pharmacy unhelpful and rude when trying to get flu vaccine. This summer attempted to refill prescription. They said it would be ready at 2. I got there at 3 and it was not ready and had to return the next day. They do not seem to operate with any care for the customers.

The pharmacy here is a real problem, you go in on any given day and there are 5-6 people working, yet it takes forever to get a prescription filled or a long line to pick up a prescription. I went in today to get 2 scripts filled. There was nobody on line to drop off or pick up. It took the pharmacist over ten minutes to get my new insurance figured out and to get the scripts entered, he then told me it would be 3 hours! By that time it would be 5pm and there would be dozens of people waiting to pick up their meds. I took my prescription to Park Place Chemists, presented them with the scripts and my new insurance card, they said have a seat and we will have them in 5 minutes. thats how long it took!My other issue is the self service checkouts, they sometimes have 2 employees working the "self service" checkouts, why not put those people behind the registers to help those that can't figure out the self serve and leave them open for those of us that can work them? Then they shut them down in the evening making for a longer line with the one checkout person!!VERY FRUSTRATING!

TERRIBLE customer service at the pharmacy. They don't even try to fill a prescription till you show up to pick it up. Then you have to wait for 45 minutes. Whenever I call, I have to I had to wait on hold 10-20 minutes till they pick up.This is not a one-time thing. Almost every time I've had a prescription I've had a problem.

I am so disheartened. This is the third prescription that Iā€™ve tried to fill with CVS. Their prices are triple what it would cost at another pharmacy, and it is free with Optum Rx. Whatā€™s the problem with CVS?

This is one of the worst run pharmacies I've ever been to. No notification that a prescription was on hold. Show up to pickup and they tell me to wait 15 minutes. It's now been 40 minutes. Everyone else in line is being told to wait 15 minutes as well.

The people who do not like CVS in East Hampton need to visit visit other drug stores in the East End to understand the difference between good and bad service. I have several homes and when I call CVS in East Hampton they are helpful and refill my prescriptions from other states with in an Hour! Some time there is a line but shorter then most.

One of the only big box stores in the area that I saw on my recent trip. It seemed a bit out of place among all the other mom and pop style stores on the strip. But since its a bit off the strip I guess its ok.The staff seems nice and let my friend us the bathroom in the back area that is usually off limits to the public.As I walked around the place was hopping with people and staff, the shelves were a bit in disarray though it was late in the day and I would think they would clean up after hours,

Opening hours on the website say 7am-11pm every day. I went there at 10:30pm tonight and the guy by the door was like ā€œweā€™re closedā€ and said theyā€™re only open until 11pm on weekends which makes no sense.

Had a vaccine appointment. Came at the appointed time. No vaccines - the person giving them didnā€™t come in. No alert in advance on the situation. Totally irresponsible.

Went here to check out the cookies for my trip back to NYC via the train. The store is packed in the aisles as if the NOT busy staff has something important to do. They seemed lacking interests in their customers and just let you wander around the store. No one approaches if you need help.What a shame for staff to treat staff, with the I don't care attitude.
