Do yourself a favor and drive to Greenville instead… their store is clean and organized. This store is disgusting! First of all you can barely walk down most of the isles and have to turn sideways to get past all the stuff just sitting waiting to be put away. The employees are always outside smoking and get annoyed when they have to stop and ring you out. Maybe they should spend their time putting things away and cleaning up the store instead of chain smoking and things would actually improve in there. Need new management and a corporate walk once in a while!

The woman who cashed me out was extremely rude. I'm not sure if she was the manager, she had black glasses. Common courtesy should be given when dealing with the public. I will not be going to this store again. The store is in disarray as well!

The worst dollar general I have ever been to all they do is sit outside and smoke cigarettes and none of the associates are in the building customers wait for 10 mins bc they are outside. They always have attitudes, they slam product that people bring up to the registers to check out on the counter when they scan it. I have never felt so much disrespect from so many people just in one small store before.

This place in the winter is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The sidewalks are never shoveled and are inaccessible most of the winter. I have literally had to walk senior citizens arm in arm so they can get into the store safe. This is not the staff with in the stores fault. They are already busy to begin with. This falls on DG for refusing to pay a contractor to plow and manage the sidewalks. Disgusting considering how busy this store is year round! We're in the Northern Catskills so proper snow removal is essential. Shame on whoever is in charge of this and I hope you have good insurance.

Great prices especially the deals on soda only good ones around I buy them out every time the new shipment arrives. I met someone here who gave me an hour talk how I have to shape up watch out because we’re the chosen people serious musser shmuz.

Good store for all daily need. Everyone's always nice to me but omg is it hot in there, I can't imagine working in the heat that those ladies work in. I hope dollar general fixes their ac system soon before someone passes out.

Usually have no problem. But tonight I bought 2 bags of lays chips at 3.50 each or 2 for 5$ the clerk I haven't seen before rings me out of the and the chips came up as 3.50 each. So I bring it to his attention and he very sluggish like meanders over to the chip display and points to another sales sign under a different bag of chips. Says that's what's on sale. I point to the sales sign I'm referring to and he just cuts me off and insisted that that was what the sale was for and points to the sign he originally mentioned which was for a different bag of chips. About 5 feet away from the chips I bought I will mention. He was rude and honestly sloppy and sluggish. Customer service sucked.. may 18 right before closing. Big lazy guy!

Ok all I wanted was a propain exchange simple ring it out walk outside (short walk ) unlock cage take tank out put empty tank back in lock cage . Go back inside . I was at store 2 days earlier watching the propain being delivered . I was told they were out of propain because the clerk was to lazy to go get one . You could see the full tanks with new seals on threw cage . There is no standards at this store as well

I love the store and your core staff. But the clearance stuff is never priced right and I never get my coupons. Like sat. I didn't get my $5 off. It's very frustrating

I visited the store in Durham NY serial times a week as I am a local resident. Most of the employees are rude and you stand at the register waiting for said employee to check you out while they are either smoking or in the back of the store doing who knows what.

This store is a joke. Some Associates are lazy and nasty towards customers and you cant walk around in there with a cart cause there is so much stock and clutter all over the place. Definitely avoid!!

I like this store because it has everything from dog food, detergent, junk food and basic essential and alot of other items. They employee are also very nice.

Employees are always unapproachable, or seem to be bothered by customers. It’s happened 5+ times at this point that I’ve had to go into the store and deal with a rude cashier, who seems annoyed to do their job.

I like that they have more then a regular dollar general. It has a heavy vibe though. Like its a ghost town. Add a little cheer is all I can add.
