Bad bad bad. They didn't even groom my toy poodle's face. I was told she wouldn't stand still. That's the part that needed grooming the most, she can hardly see. These people don't know what they are doing. And they aren't cheap either. Oh and they cut her leg too.

Great customer service with knowledgeable and friendly staff! Choosing PetSmart in East Aurora is definitely worth the trip if you need to drive to get to a pet store, worth going there either way!

Brought my dog in for grooming, asked them to trim around his feet and ears. They said it’d be extra, I said ok. They did not trim anything and there is still matting in his fur. For the cost I wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely delightful with people and their animals there although the line was extremely long I was standing out in an aisle it did move fairly quick they could have used another cashier but other than that they were super friendly and everyone seemed to know what they were talking about which is nice

My dog Peaches goes there for grooming She's a dachshund mix so doesn't need a cut but she gets full service besides cut. The groomers there are caring and knowledgeable. My dog actually enjoys going. They give her excellent love & care. My gog is never stressed or afraid & leaves looking & smelling beautiful Happy as she came in. Alysia was fantastic and we felt "special" when we left. I would recommend to anyone. Excellent service & care.

Had my dog, Cooper, groomed today. First time grooming appointment for him, I was a little nervous on how he would behave. Ariahna did a wonderful job with Cooper, he looks so handsome and his nails are trimmed! And Cooper was pretty well behaved, I'm sure because Ariahna is such a professional! Thank you!!

Brought our puppy and the only person that truly helped was another customer. At checkout cashier asked if we knew about their puppy book. Would have been nice if one of the 2 associates we walked past chatting would have said something.

Brought our Pomeranian puppy here twice. The first appointment we had an appointment for a puppy bath and hair cut. The groomer took it upon herself to switch it to a trim and we picked her back up essentially looking the same, even though we specified sanitary area, legs and an all over trim/shape up. We decided to give it one last try today with a different groomer same location (2 weeks later) and she looks absolutely awful. Her face shaping is awful and it looks like someone just took clippers and butchered her. We told numerous associates we were unhappy and they could care less.

Had the dog's nails clipped and shopped for pet supplies. The girls in the salon were friendly and nice to the dogs and the woman that cashed me out was outgoing and friendly. I had coupons to use and saved with my treat points. It was a good experience.

Love this place, the staff is great, very friendly, and helpful. Dog training classes are fun and they've worked for us. The only negative I have about the place is that there are a bit expensive. They do price matching, which is great but sometimes you just want to buy something and not have to grab your phone and check the internet for the best price. That should be built in at the checkout when you scan the item. It shirts tell you that is cheaper somewhere else and they will price match.

Incredible customer service. I have 3 guinea pigs and since I've gotten them I've stopped 6 or 7 times for food restock over the past 9ish months. No matter who's cashing me out they always ask about my piggies and love to hear about my life with them and seem thoroughly engaged until the conversation ends. Makes my day each time.

Highly recommend. I've been taking my Australian Shepherd to get groomed here for a few years now and they always to an excellent job. He's getting older now and it's difficult for him to stand still for long. They are patient and give him breaks when needed. They take great care of him!

Everytime I go in I usually get the same cashier, usually it’s bearable but today was the breaking point. I was standing in line for 20 min. waiting for her to cash out one person. Once she did I walked up, she talked off my ear before even ringing up my items. Once she finally did, she didn’t hand me my receipt for 5 minutes because she started talking to the person she had just cashed out.

Took my Coonhound there to get groomed for the first time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog. She's afraid of a lot but they were very good with her. She sheds a ton but when I picked her up, she was groomed perfectly and smelled dreamy. I'm going back. I was very comfortable!!!

I used Petsmart's online grooming scheduling. I made a few appointments and cancelled them via Petsmart online. Petsmart emailed me everytime and I have proof of all of this. I tried to make an appointment for my dog and I was denied access to the online scheduling so I called the store direct and spoke with Ashley. She informed me I had NO SHOWED NO CALLED for several appointments and they were not able to schedule another appointment. I said that is wrong because I did everything through the website. She said per her computer I NO SHOWED and NO CALLED. We hung up the phone and then it dawned on me I am emailed every time you make or cancel an appointment on line. So I called back and got Ashley and asked for her managers fax number because I can fax proof that their is a flaw in their online appointment scheduling. She transferred me to her manager. I asked for the fax number and then explained what had transpired. She said it was a new system and there are flaws and she apologized and she would go talk to Ashley and then call me back, that was last Thursday. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM MANAGEMENT. I won't return with my dog even if they lift the hold because once you get management involved you never know how your pet will be treated. My point is they are wrong and I have proof that no one is interested in seeing. So if anyone is using the online scheduling do not delete your emails in case you run into this issue.

Love having PetSmart in the village. So convenient and the prices really are comparable to other stores in the area. If you are willing to spend a few minutes extra looking around you can always find great deals on chew toys, food nearing expiration, or just clearance items to keep your pets happy. Highly recommend giving them your phone number to sign up as often get discounts and rebates from being a member. In addition if you get a new pup, ask for the new puppy discount book. It costs 19.99 but there are some huge savings and you make thst money right back in one purchase and can save lots more on followup trips.

My FAVORITE pet store to frequent! We have a cat and recently adopted a puppy and have needed A LOT of supplies the last couple months. I have been to other pet stores in the area, even other PetSmart locations, and none compare to this one. They always have everything I am looking for that I can't find at other stores, and everything is always very clean and organized, which other stores in the area are very lacking at. The most impressive is their section of frozen/refrigerated dog supplies! I stopped at 2 other stores in OP one day (another PetSmart and Pet Supplies Plus) looking for raw, frozen marrow bones for dogs. You'd think the stores near the city would have more options, but not the case (even though PSP said they had raw bones in stock but didn't!). I figured I'd swing by this location on my way home and I was extremely happy to find that they had frozen raw bones in stock.The staff is always very helpful and the cashiers always remind me about my rewards points, and are always pleasant. The prices here are also cheaper compared to the other chain stores in the area.

I love being able to take my dog here, even though he is on his leash he runs around and has a great time. Their products are vast and this is the only place I get my dog's food. The staff is phenomenal here anyways friendly and they seem to actually like their jobs. Great place, kudos to you!!!
