I love this store. They carry a wide array of pet supplies and a very competitively priced. Most importantly, they provide great service. The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.BTW, I’ve found that once you account for Chewy’s delivery charge Pet Supplies is very competitive.

Dog Bath price went up $5 and the quality and cleanliness when down. Absurd how disgusting the self serve bath area was. Covered in hair and water, no towels, shampoo was almost out. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Walked in and first thing I noticed is how clean the place is. For a pet store that let's anyone with a pet walk through this was very clean and orderly. No deuce on the floor, barking dogs, or any disorderly animal. The staff were very helpful, prices better than the bigger box stores, and staff that actually know something about animals. Overall 5 star service.

Self dog wash is worth it's weight in gold. My dog is miserable but our "dirty dog card" includes 5 self washes for $25 with soap provided. Also has a shop vac style dryer to use if desired. I bring my own towels because sometimes the store's smell like they got left in the washer too long, but I don't mind that to take any stars away, I leave some in the truck anyways. Saves our bath tub and another is located conveniently by Ellicott Creek Dog park!

They typically never have the worms (hornworms or wax worms) that I like for my beaded dragon in stock. But it's closer for me to get a bulb or quick stop for something last minute. I always enjoy seeing the cats in the back for adoption and would be lying if I said I didn't almost leave with one 😺. Staff is nice and relatively knowledgeable.

My dog Izzy loves his groomer Mya.. she does a beautiful job on his thick Samoyed hair! When we enter the store he drags me to the grooming salon and jumps into her arms!

Our dogs got very muddy and needed to be bathed. They had everything you need at their wash station. The associate that helped only charged us for one dog instead of two. She told us we very efficient and fasr.

I just stopped by to get food. They are usually so well stocked so I found everything I needed. Everyone is so pleasant and questions are patiently answered. Checkout is usually quick ( once in a while you may have to wait a few minutes). They have become one of my go to pet supply stores in the area

Love the groomers!! I have a skittish shih-tzu that does not like new people and they are wonderful with him. It is the only place that is careful enough to never clip the nails too far where it bleeds. I have been coming here for years, and will continue to do so.

We're out of town for work. We live in Virginia. Went to a park where my heeler decided to jump in the lake. So she was in need of a bath. For $14 you get 30 minutes to bathe your own pup. Way better than the tub at the hotel!

I had to go get something for my dogs ear infection. They new exactly what I needed and I was in and out. This product also works well. My dogs ears were cleared up after 2 days.

UPDATE: because of my other positive experiences, I have now also used there grooming service and it was absolutely wonderful! So add that to the list of positive things about this location.I just came back from a trip to the location on Transit Road in East Amherst. All I can say is wow! I made a very incorrect assumption that the staff all looked very young to me, and probably wouldn't know too much about the products but I took a chance and asked anyway. Boy was I wrong! There were three employees who were equally friendly, super helpful, and I was really very impressed with their knowledge base on all three products I questioned! I had my dog with me on this trip, and they gave her treats, pets, and we're just so nice to both of us. I left the store with all of my questions answered, everything I was looking for, again extremely impressed with the knowledge base of the staff, and this is absolutely my new pet supply store! Highly recommend.

Better prices and more services than on line pet supplies. Free delivery (within 7 miles) of course order pick up. Additionally there is the do it yourself dog wash room. Let them worry about the mess & the hair down the drain. Great selection of high quality dog food at online prices.

I made a nail trim appointment for my dog and was uneasy because our normal groomer is out on maternity leave . My dog is fearful and has hip dysplasia so needs extra TLC. Lee did his nail trim today and was so kind and patient with him ! He was incredible! Highly recommend!!!
