Have been to Niagara Produce a few times now and have yet to be disappointed! You can find imported goods mixed in with typical grocery fare as well as a lovely selection of produce and a huge greenhouse! There is also a section of tchotchkes which I don't care for, but to each their own!Always clean and well stocked, spacious aisles and a good variety. I don't fully understand the line system, but others do, so I typically just follow the lead but when no one is around, the signage is a little confusing.

I usually shop at the Lockport location. On 4/21, I decided to stop at the East Amherst location. I have never been disappointed before...from the produce, the deli, and the meat. The employees have always been friendly. Today was a different story. The line was long (and I'm sure it was that way for a while). The cashiers were doing a good job getting everyone out quickly. A cashier called the next customer..which was me. She walked away from her register..so I put my groceries on the counter. Another cashier told her we already put our items up. She looked mad.. wasn't very nice during the whole transaction. I noticed on the receipt that she rang something up for $2.99, I asked her if she charged $1.99 for the lettuce (there was a sign). She said no $2.99. And left it at that. I understand she might have been having a bad day and feeling overwhelmed by the line, but that isn't an excuse. I'm old school.. customer service goes a long way!!!

Great produce,it truly is the best in WNY. Their in house made sausage is great as well. When my girlfriend and I visit, we always stop by to get some.

Always loved this place when I lived not far away. Whenever I am in town, I pay a visit and get the tasty oil cured olives they sell.

I like their sausage. They had a great price on blueberries and asparagus. Asparagus is great, not so much the blueberries. Not much for savings tough, we were double charged for lettuce which isn't cheap. Other foods not inexpensive either, you really have to look and compare.

For me it's became a go-to place for fresh in season groceries I find quality / price matrix better than Wegmans selection is significantly better (especially on in season items)As far as I'm concerned it's like visiting local farm stands only a bunch of them in one place.Staff is highly trained, very pleasant and a joy to deal with. Every time I was in the store it looked clean and very well run.

Visited here today with friends and we were very impressed with their pumpkin selection. No lines to get in, and prices were reasonable. They also had stunning hardy mum plants that were very cheap for their size. If we lived in the area we would definitely come here for produce.

It's the best produce store around. We drive forty mins to buy from their deli during the holiday season. They have a huge selection encompassing meats, seafood, vegetables and much more. The staff is helpful. The prices are average but the quality is above standard grocery stores.

This Store Is Such An Awesome Experience! Because that's what it is everytime! The butchers know you by name, like it's the grocery store most comparable to spending time at "cheers"! I highly recommend the produce and deli items! Always Fresh!

A huge nursery/produce center, that expanded and now carries meats and other grocery items. You can find a few household items like cleaners and clothes. You have available to you dairy items, deli department, butchers section, and bake goods. You also have a large variety of honey, sponge candy and other local products There is a eating section, if you want some carry out food. Great location and a great stop before you go home.

The girls at the cash register never have a smile. It's even colder compared to Aldis cashiers. And they have to work very fast.Not because of me and other people!!

This was my first visit and I wish I was up in this area more often. They had the avocado oil I was looking for, and I picked up some delicious asparagus. The produce all looked great. They have a nice selection of gift items and a huge selection of potted flowers when I was there.

This place has a lot of rare finds. A lot of great foods. First time shopping here. Easily spent $100. Will try coming at least once a month. People were very friendly.

This place needs a security guard. I have -- somehow -- personally witnessed two shoplifters: One, a young man sprinting out with expensive meats, and another an older man with some wrapped fish.Excellent produce, great for locavores.

I shop here about once a month to pick up some chicken, cheese, olives, and honey. They have local honey, which I'd rather buy. The store is clean and workers are friendly. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and reasonably priced.The Elma location does have marinated chicken that I really like, garlic parmesan. The state fair sausage is one of the best I've ever had. They have both types, chicken and pork sausage.

Many empty spots for fruits & vegetables. No one seemed to be restocking. Disappointed. Usually selection is abundant. Beautiful and cheap poinsettias changed my mood.

Large selection of produce. The beer selection is awesome.Greenhouse is fun to walk through and found a few things to buy!Lines might look long, but they move so fast, you can't tell! Friendly employees!Little pricey but not awful.Bathrooms are always clean.

Great fresh produce with reasonable pricing! Reminds me of wegmans almost. Love that they carry boars head cold cuts. A girl from the south knows these are the best cold cuts around! 😊 . Their meats look fresh and priced great. This may be my new grocery shop for all my fresh foods. 10/10 recommend!

Great prices in the deli and meat departments with the added bonus of being able to pick up some plants. Great prices on mums today as it is the start of autumn, although I brought home African Violets
