The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless and well thought out.We ordered a tractor trailer full and Ed took care of all the details. The hay was delivered on time and I couldn’t be happier with the quality! I received beautiful hay and my horses are loving it. I highly recommend ordering from NY Hay!

Showed up for a po load. Tried to give me a loaded storage trailer with no tail lights, deflated tires rust box with barely an inspection. Towed this trailer a mile to his shop in hopes of being roadworthy. Wasted 5 hours of my time, fuel, lost half day off driving to be compensated with $150 dollars….

I would like to say if you need hay, NY Hay sales is the best! The quality of hay is by far the best , I have ever had! Their delivery and sales are equally outstanding. This is my second time getting a delivery from them and I took a different route last year and I was very sorry that I did. Great company, great product definitely worth they money!
