I got a home Depot credit card and every month I pay on time, I pay double to triple the minimum payment and noticing that my balance remains the same every single month. The interest rates are ridiculous, this card is setup to put you in debt, to put you in collections and to ruin your credit even more. I don't know how the reviews for your CC can say it's good for building credit when it's designed to hurt your credit and your wallet. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get one of these cards. I have overheard ppl through the years saying there rates are insane and I always denied getting one but then I had an accident at work that put me off work for 8 months and my water tank went and I didn't have a choice but to get the card to help replace my water tank which great it was there for me but now the interest rates are kicking in and I'm literally barely paying off the interest month to month

Always enjoy shopping here. Very helpful staff. The employees know their aisles quite well and are willing to go the extra to make sure you find what you're looking for. Able to order on the app or online and pickup in store or deliver to you.

I could wander the aisles of this store for days on end if they would let me. The variety of products in any Home Depot is as humongous as my curiosity. And while many customers would find the Home Depot environment overwhelming because of its size and the difficulty in finding the appropriate help when you need it but I find these things to be a challenge and something I need to conquer if I am to ever complete my project.My few experiences with employees on the floor were very helpful especially in helping me find certain things. I did notice however that most of these employees would take me to where a specific item is or should be located and basically move along. But when conducting searches of my own, I often find three or four different places that display both similar and the same as the item the salesperson took me to. And every once in a while, I will find something amongst these items that are even better than the original which are being displays in this place only. Therefore, most of the floor people that assist customers (on their own or because the customer asked them for help) would be of more use to the customer if they would just take the extra step and escort a customer to more than just one location.From a price standpoint, I would have to say Home Depot falls right in the middle. Like all stores, they have their high prices as well as their low prices. No surprise there.There's no doubt in my mind that if shopping for an item that you know should be something found in a Home Depot, then rest assured, you will find it. It is the other side of the coin that keeps me going back: the skill Home Depot has when it comes to supplying it's customers with things that you may not expect to find in a Home Depot. Or finding one of these unusual items at a price completely unbelievable.Lastly, my biggest star goes to whoever is in charge of supplying and maintaining the carts for those that have difficulty covering the entire site on our two legs. Stores such as Walmart could learn a thing or two from Home Depot in this particular area because I've yet to get into a car over there that it wasn't dead in 10 minutes. If I'm lucky to even get a cart at all! It certainly doesn't do my knee any better to see youngsters using the cards in Walmart, sitting on them as they play in the arcade area or just racing around the store and parking lot on them. Home Depot not only has enough carts to go around, they keep them charged and in decent running order.

SHOUT OUT TO JASMINE @ the JAMESTOWN, NY HOME DEPOT!I received a call regarding an order placed on Black Friday, not yet received at my local Home Depot. She caught that my order was in NY vs. MI, reached out to the correct people to have it redirected to my local store.I APPRECIATE her catching the issue, and the time she took to making it arrive in time for the holiday.If you know Jasmine, please give her a HIGH FIVE & tell her she is doing an AMAZING JOB!WHOOP...WHOOP...JASMINE!

My experience at Home Depot was simply one word. Awesome!!!... I went in there to buy a weed wacker gas powered. Started looking at the battery ones. The salesman that helped me knew everything about this particular model and told me I would not be unhappy with it. He is absolutely 100% correct. I'm very happy with the product that they sold me. Also very happy with the level of attention that I received, even in today's day and age. The salesman went above and beyond looked up stats got reviews. Me everything I needed a model number to look it up on my own phone. I praise the Home Depot in Fredonia New York.

This store manager is not helpful at all. I bought and paid for windows 2 weeks in advance and they cancelled the delivery one day before. Blamed it on one of the employees and said, he didn’t do it right in the computer. I told him I had people installing them the next day of the delivery and the store manager says, it wasn’t his problem. That store lost that order ($4500.00), and a cabinet order ($5500.00). Plus I won’t go there unless I have to. I’ll dive 5 miles further and go to Jamestown. Screw Dunkirk Home Depot!!

Do not order custom doors or windows at this location they don’t stand behind what they sell! And they try to charge you double the prices they have listed!!!! I ordered a $4000 dollar anderson door that doesn’t lock because the lock is broken and they refuse to do anything about it! Plus they keep sending me to Anderson doors and window that have also done nothing!!!! So now I have a $4000 dollar broken door that won’t lock on the back of my house!

Dean Brown is the money behind the Fredonia Home Depot. This employee knew where everything was without even having to look it up. He knew about everything I needed to find, even outside of the section he was working in. Great customer service, you can tell he knows how to work with people and that he’s definitely a handy man outside of work too

We were greeted at the door. They didn't have what we were looking for in store, but it is available online; not helpful when you want to see the product. Floor and shelves were clean and tidy, and we were asked if we needed assistance once during the 35-minute visit.

Meh, the expectation i had going in there is higher than what i had gotten when i went there. you would think that they would have more things to choose from than what they had. I also felt as if i was being profiled, constant people asking me if "i found what i was looking for" instead of do you need help finding anything. maybe im just being too critical. who knows. its okay

Usually, I have a great shopping experience at this Home Depot. I tried to replace my failed refrigerator. I was seeking stainless steel, 32.5" width, refrigerator/freezer with the freezer located in the bottom I found exactly what I wanted. It was not in stock at the time and the staff could not predict when it would become available I was disappointed, but was willing to purchase the store model on display. The store could not sell the display it was the property of the franchise.I explained my refrigerator died. I had already lost the refrigerated food and was hoping to salvage the solidly frozen food in the freezer. It was my only refrigerator/freezer. I could not wait for the refrigerator to become available. I am elderly, a diabetic and need to eat a well balanced diet every 4-5 hours. I was paying a small fortune to eat out I could not bring home leftovers. There was no way to preserve the food.I would have preferred the model not to be on display since it was not available. I would have preferred management to have contacted the franchise owner for special permission to sell the display model under these circumstances.

Make sure you open any items that are shipped, we ordered a refrigerator, smaller 1, and did not open on-site, to check it over. It had a crack and dent in it when we got home, and we had to use a friend's truck to get it already, so could not bring it back. Don't assume just cuz it's sealed it's not damaged!!

From the management to the cashiers, this is a great Home Depot. Always willing to help. They have a rental department as well that is super reasonable and has all the tools one might need to get the job done. Highly recommend the Dunkirk Home Depot team.

Went to buy a dishwasher and it was ok. I found someone to help so that was a surprise. Although apparently he didn't know anything about them and thankfully kept quiet. He got the order done efficiently.

The costumer service was great! Brenda at the front desk was very pleasant on the phone, and had everything I asked for waiting for me when I drove in from Hamburg. Brenda even remembered my voice from when I called earlier in the week. Joe that helped me load my truck was very pleasant also. Highly recommend shopping here!

Penskie truck rental was horrible, was told that any extra mileage would be taken straight out of my deposit, but when it came time to turn the truck in and collect my deposit I was told that In order to even receive my deposit back at all that I would have to pay a additional fee for the mileage separately (not taken from my deposit) and upfront before they would even give me anything at all , which of course I didn't have the additional funds to pay that because I was under the impression that it would simply just be taken out of my deposit....... long story short had to wait in another state sleeping in my car for 2 days attempting to get MY DEPOSIT back , not to mention the penskie customer service representative was absolutely a nightmare to speak with , I highly recommend to spend the extra time and find a different service!

The Safety Glasses that cover glasses are over twice the cost of those that don't. I'd get 1-2 bucks more maybe but it's around 5-7 dollars more.

A great place for the fixer up in you. Help is always around a corner with staff whom help and recommend or they will get you assistance. The place is always clean and clearly marked with signs, no clutter and speedy, friendly check out services! They will assist in loading you goodies. And for our men and women in and out of uniform ask for a military/Veteran discount. Go ahead and browse, order on line or have it delivered your way!

This time it was better than our last visit we went to Lowes to purchase a new shower and doors. Home Depot did not offer to help! Told us we can order on line and look up information on line just like they do. So much for customer service. I now prefer Lowe's. They are very helpful

Associates are very pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable in their departments and some in multiple. Store is always clean and stocked to expectations. Also one of the few places where you can go and them not have a parking lot full of carts instead of cars😁

I went into the store the other day in Dunkirk New York.. went in there for four different items, I asked an assistant don't remember her name although I do know that she was not wearing a mask which if you're vaccinated fine, she had no teeth again no judgment. I asked her a few questions and it seemed like it disgusted her for me asking simple questions. It got to the point that I walked away and asked another Clerk where are the items were. I tried to explain to the manager how upset I was and she said it will be dealt with. On top of all that the items I went in for everything I wanted I now have to order online no big deal just means I have to play on the computer LOL

Purchase of washer was fine. Delivery and installation service stink. Drain hose was not connected properly. Doing second load it came off and flooded my laundry room. Had to move it to clean up the water. And get someone to fix it on a Sunday. Really need to find a different delivery service. They really are not that good.
