The selection in this store is HUGE. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable if you're looking for recommendations. They often do tastings so you can try something you might not otherwise get the opportunity to. Its extremely clean, bright and organized so you can easily find what you're looking for. They even have a whole wall of coolers, which no other liquor store around here has. Ten stars.

Employees in here are really trashyThey've become worse over timeIn the evening the girl tattoos on her hands always hanging out with some old lady up the register and always looks like she doesn't want to work. Attitudes are hit and miss as well the old lady during the day seems impatient also very trashyUpdate I received a replyThe owner doesn't seem to take any complaints seriously. The employees here are definitely not always wonderful and I guess the owner just covers for them if theres a problem it does seem odd that this store has so many good reviews, whenever I go in the people in here don't seem to want to help are and preoccupied

This is one of those businesses I consider to be a gem in our area. We are in no shortage of liquor stores around here, but Sheridan goes above and beyond all the others. Not only is their selection HUGE, but every single employee I have ever encountered there has been helpful and pleasant. They always answer questions and make great conversation. I absolutely could not recommend them enough. They will always be my go-to store!

Staff is always friendly. Especially the one lady with the dark hair, she's super nice. Store is clean and prices are lower in the liquor store then all surrounding stores. The store it's self is clean. Some prices don't match the signage, and their a bit pricey, not much different from my Kwik fill store, we just have better sale items.

I've been to Sheridan L&W several times now. The very first thing I noticed was that it has the best bourbon selection in the area; none of the other nearby liquor stores come close. Their commitment to stocking quality bourbons seems to have translated into a higher number of allocated (ie. more rare) bottles that aren't normally seen in smaller population areas (like Fredonia, Dunkirk, Silver Creek, Forestville, etc.) Again, the same cannot be said of the other nearby stores.I've also found the one lady who works there to be extremely friendly and talkative. She's been helpful in pointing out new bottles a may have missed and is more than willing to chat about stuff. Last time I was in there she confirmed my suspicion about the allocated bottles, which was good to know. Apparently the owner is a bourbon enthusiast, which explains the stocking.Their bourbon prices appear to be in line with the standard Western NY pricing, so it isn't like they're gouging you just because they have a better bourbon stock.This has become my favorite liquor store in the area, and would strongly recommend that bourbon drinkers in the area skip the other options and head directly to this location.

Nice selection to choose from, everything from alcohol to gifts. There's also a small convenience store that has a little bit of everything. The staff is pleasant and very helpful.
