They have a very very small office supply isle when compared to Dollar General or Dollar Tree! I often wonder what the true price of the clearance clothing rack is because there was no sign. No one likes surprises, but there seems to be an issue getting the boxes out of the isles! Management should hire 2 people to work night shift ONLY to stock so other workers can stock the front and get rid of all them cats and boxes in the day when you walk right in the door. Seems like a fire 🔥hazzard, GOD forbid if you had to run out the door you would NEVER make it dodging the boxes!

This location specifically is always a mess. I’ve been here a handful of times and each time was disorganized and hard to shop. There is a lack of respect for hardworking employees, and that alone should be the bare minimum standard. Thoroughly disappointed in this location and will be taking my business elsewhere, as well as spreading the word to family & friends to do the same.

If I could give less than one star I would. I work out In Dunkirk on Saturdays. I stopped into this Family dollar today to pick up some snacks for work and my card declined. I then realized that I brought the wrong card so I asked to step aside to move over money to the card I currently had. While dong so another customer came up. An older Hispanic man and he asked to put items back because he didn’t have enough money. The cashier then proceeds to say, “You people need to stop coming in here knowing you don’t have money. You people are the 3rd time today in a row I’ve had you customers not pay.” Mind you I am also Hispanic. She was trying to allude to the fact that the Hispanics that come in don’t pay for their stuff. I’m not from Dunkirk I come out here for work. I then proceeded to let her know I transferred my money over but due to her comments I would be going elsewhere. She tried to back track and say she was just having a bad day. I let her know I have a 2 year old, a job, and my household all adding to my stress yet I don’t make nasty comments to people and I especially don’t lump people together due to prejudice based on their race. Disgusting. Do better it’s 2022.

This place needs to be turned around before it’s ran down. The manager, “Ashley” is absolutely appalling & very rude to the employees IN FRONT of customers. I will not be returning & I will make sure everyone I see knows not to return as well until she’s gone. I’m disgusted.

I needed something last minute and I went online and saw they were open until 10pm. I go all the way down there and to my surprise they closed at 9. They need to update their website ASAP

This place has poor management, Ashley, she’s rude to her employees and could be heard saying mean things to them while in store. I will NOT shop here again. What a poor establishment

This place is dirty, the customer service is awful and when brought to the attention of the manager she was extremely rude. If I could leave no stars I would.The manager needs to be replaced or retrained!

Horrible serves dont even bother to buy any electronics, if when you open them they dont work them that is it you lost your money they dont care how much it was they wont replace it or refund your money. Your better of buying elsewhere.
