A decent neighborhood pharmacy with an array of health care products and part variety store. The store was clean and the people working there where friendly. They have a self check out but the staff help ring you out on it. Perhaps that is to assist those who have trouble with that.

Shorted me on my blood thinners and said they didn't. Been without for about a week and I understand I shouldn't miss even one day. Called corporate and still waiting for a return call. Will be switching to rite aid when they get around to doing the transfer. Store employees are great. Pharmacy should take lessons from them!!

Been out of my medication for what they estimate is a month. They said "some time april" when the origional estimate was the 15th AND the website said the medication was in on the 15th AND available for pickup. I had someone say they would check to see if they had any in and sent me to a new counter. It took over 5 minutes for the rude rep to come over and finally help me, getting testy when I said the origionsl guy who went to the back wasn't actually helping me like he said he was. I get yall gotta deal with ride customers that won't show ID, but I was more than understanding with you until you told me it's a problem I'd need to contact my doctor for and that you "didn't know what to expect of you". The answer was a suggestion of what to do or a person to call which only happened after you decided to get snippy.Update: I went to me specialist. Turns out they lied to me, never did what they said they would in their end. I have switched providers and informed my specialist and the location which I go to about the awful, gasligiting service at CVS. I'd say you'll never get a penny out of me again but with how you refuse to help me with needed medication for a chronic condition, you weren't getting money out of me anyway.P.S. tell corporate fix your online portal because either you lied to me about my meds being in, or that information along with the fact I "picked up" meds that weren't there twice is blatantly wrong and needs correcting before you catch a felony for allegedly overdustributing legally restricted medications... twice.

Pharmacy- the Pharmacists are great and treat customers with courtesy and respect. I've had 1 nice pharmacy technician, the others I've experienced are rude and don't treat customers very well at all. Have been using this pharmacy for years but seriously thinking of switching to a different pharmacy. I'm not sure if they need more training or are just unhappy with their job.

Awful pharmacy service all the time!! I was on hold for 22 mins and then they hung up on me. They have also shorted me on medication and I hadn't even left the store and turned right back to them and they were not happy about their own error! I'll be switching to another pharmacy ASAP!

The staff is unbelievably rude, the only thing they care about is clocking out and it’s obvious. I’m currently switching to rite aid and am looking forward to never seeing those lazy, rude, and inept people again.

yes @ customrer that talked being un comfortable. some of them are very nice. sometimes i see how they look at pppl and treat them. a gentalmen was giving the third degree about his script which was tramodol i think i heard. the script mind you is sent over electronic. so i dont think you are forging much of that. not from dr tremedi ?? neil or any of them. be kind to everyone. toeveryone youever know what ppl are going thru.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if that was an option. Constantly messing up insurance information and spend 45 minutes on hold to speak staff who were rude and another 45 minutes in their drive-thru. We switched over to Concord Pharmacy and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them instead of CVS.

Rather disappointed with the staff and overall appearance of the store. Cashier didn't know how to load paper into the printer, therefore receipt was ruined...and the cashier was unable to reprint. The store was dirty and not well organized.
