Most the staff are stuck up besides one gentlemen! I would rather take a longer drive to give other big lots my money due to this issue. Management needs to put people in check . And or the franchise owner needs to overhaul Management. Either or. All I know is if I'm walking In to spend over two thousand dollars I'm not going to when someone has a attitude over a question.

Every Single time I shop at Dunkirk Big Lots is a pleasant experience. The store manager Gary is amazing. His employees are just so wonderful. They are gracious and courteous. Everyone there is helpful and happy to be there.

My 5 stars are based on two wonderful employees who recognized that the heat outdoors had affected me and I didn't look well.I paid for my items and the cashier invited me to sit down until I felt better, another lady brought me a bottle of water. Their kindness was so appreciated.I wish I had gotten their names what a refreshing experience. Thanks ladies!

Selling used and damaged products as new is bad business. A couch is not easy to move up a flight of stairs only to find it damaged and store management brushes it off, I worked at Lowes, Walmart, home depot and we never treated are customers like there stupid. Never offered to make it right.

I usually love shopping at this store BUT... don't bother going in there during the summer time. I went in today, and it was so warm & stifling in there it was difficult to breathe. It seems they have no Air Conditioning or even any fans running to circulate the air. I felt like I was suffocating and couldn't wait to get out side. I really felt bad for the employees. Not a good way to run a business.

It's Big Lots, what more could I say? This place has cleaned up quite a bit since it moved into the area however. Great selection of snacks and home goods.

Went in while on my hunt for a little box for my cat. This was my third stop. Wow I found a good one at a great price! They had so much stuff in there but I only had so much money. I don't go into big lots often but I should start to!The cashier was awesome too! Great personality

Prices are lower than other stores in the area. Products offered often change such as available beverages. Sales on mattresses and furniture often make for a good catch. No loyalty card is required to take advantage of discounts however extra sale days and more can be gained via email. lastly they have occasional weekends with 20% off entire store purchases, worth taking advantage of.

I like this store. Its been nicely renovated for 2018. Well organized store. Friendly service. It's sad though that they no longer sell rock salt or shovels for our northern weather. Apparently it's a HeadQuarters thing. If you see Richard just say hi, he will always brighten your day.

I really can't stand this store. You can never find help and even the mail manager scoots away as fast as he can if he sees you looking his way. I constantly ask myself why I don't just go straight to Walmart around the corner instead of even stopping here. The prices are certainly nothing special nor discounted. Too many other places with helpful staff and an easier time finding things then here. I'll be skipping Big Lots from now on.

HUGE store. Looks new. Very organized. I didn't see a lot of staff the day I visited but people where on the floor stocking and at the register. Although I like Big Lots in general it is no longer where i go to find a bargain unless it's after a holiday for clearance. The prices have gone up over the years and are comparable to Walmart or Target. Great if they are having a sale but otherwise, still shop around.

Great deals especially on summer items. We got very nice zero gravity chairs for $33 & nice outdoor plates & dishes. Also the employees are helpful & friendly. One of my favorite stores.

This place is amazing. They have remodeled the store and expanded their selection, since I was there last. A great place to shop. Clean, well lite, nice aisle and checkouts.

The store has a very unique odor to it. I think prices are very comparable to Walmart's depending on what you're looking for. Make sure to check over items you are buying as some things are junky. Bathrooms really need to be redone as well.

Plenty of food plenty of isles lots of deals always on usual stuff many times they have it on sale. I go in there for chips one of many area pre janan work in in that area for weeks at a time and I'll spend a lot of money just on junk food and snacks and all kinds of stuff. Usually have pretty good prices always have sales worth a look

Bought a stand / dresser combo for full price. They give me 1 already used missing parts. I finally after 9 attempts (proof for all 9) get the parts I go to put together and a piece is broke. They won't send me the 1 piece. I will never buy there again. Credit card is paid off and canceling on lunch break. They are so cracked out they sent me ALL the hardware 4 times. I need letter Q only and they won't send that.

I love big lots. Not just the great prices and varietybut how helpful and kind of the workers are. It seems like people really actually enjoy working there which makes for great customer service.
