Management needs to control the kids that come after school. Climbing all over the tables/chairs, yelling obscenities, trying to fight in the parking lot, etc... I mean, if you want that drama that's great. I was going to go in and purchase more than gas, but decided against it after the 20+ kids that were trying to fight one kid were ushered back in the store. Not saying the kids can't be there, but come on...

Always very slow to get orders and stromboli is tough and not good most times the ready to go pizza is pretty old already

As usual, I had to wait in line for more then 15 minutes to check out, because despite having 3 employees in the store and no food orders being made, they still had only 1 register open even with a line that wrapped around the back of the store. After 17 minutes of waiting in line to get two pieces of pizza, I watched in horror as the cashier pulled the whole pizza out or the display, took it off the display rack, and put it in a box to go for some guy who asked for it! I was not the only person to leave the store at that point as a result. How are you going to deny multiple customers slices of pizza so you could satisfy one customer who didn’t order ahead?

Okay ,I've ask and ask and ask for you to put columbian coffee In more than one machine as if the machine goes down your gonna lose alot of coffee drinkers ,In the last month and a half its been down for days and even a week ,they say it's clogging .guess what if ya had a second machine it wouldn't be as much of a problem. I buy at least 2 sometimes 3 a day up to 6 .add a 2nd already ughhhhh

Every single time I go in there there is not food hot and ready to eat. Not even one slice of pizza. There are trays in the rotator that once had pizza on them but that was a long time ago now it’s just dried up crumbs. Not one burger or chicken sandwich nothing. You would think at 5-530pm they would have something out right?? Wrong. If your hungry and are expecting just to grab something so you don’t have to wait do not go here you will be leaving hungry and disappointed.

I think people forget this is a gas station; let alone how nice having a Dandy Mart is in little ol Dundee. Very few of the bad reviews are even reasonable, the rest are Karen's. Grow up.

We love the food at Dandy, but lately it hasn’t been prepared well. My wrap hardly had anything on it with a pile of lettuce and my daughter had a hard eating hers because it was soggy with Italian dressing.

I like the Dandy Mart for subs. I usually get turkey, bacon, avocado, spinach, cucumber, banana peppers and sometimes red peppers and mushrooms. I also like their pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks are yummy also. Very friendly and helpful service. Great selection of snacks and beverages.

This store is a joke I asked the store manager for a Verizon gift card, she asks the amount, I get the 150$ card, it's a Verizon prepaid card, 150 dollar card I can do nothing with,..... asked for a refund because it's not what I asked for, nope, 150$ piece of paper hanging on my fridge, 4 kids at home I can't take a hit like that, then this morning I asked about the stash points, if I could use my points for the 5$ to get grizzly chew, yes you can........ until I ring up and it's a completely different story and can't be done. Some of your employees and managers have no clue what's going on, and are ok with ripping people off.150$ that just hangs on a piece of paper that will expire and be worthless.Then you email the,(OWNER) LIKE THERE RESPONSE SAYS AND YOU HEAR NOT AWord back

I love there food and never had a single problem and for some of the reviews giving one star are just Karen's having a fit over silly things. Dandy you're doing great and I'm sorry childish people are giving you bad reviews

The people the are very nice and helpful. The store is always clean and well kept. I love their subs the best. The other people wining about petty things are karens and kyles.

Clean store and friendly staff. The employees really seem to care of how they are presenting their store and nice seating outside to enjoy your sub or other hot food that you ordered as long as the weather allows.
