Pizza is good but I asked for extra ranch in my order, I was asked how many and said 6 or 7, assuming I would be charged for the extra ranch, no biggie. I paid by card over the phone, pizza got here, no receipt so I don’t know if I’ve been charged for said extra ranch and I have NO RANCH to show for it. Lil disappointment but pizza is good like I said.

No napkins. No forks. No spoons. No knives. How are you going to sell me a salad with no fork?! Sell people wings, but provide no napkins. Totally ridiculous... Apparently they expect everyone to go straight home with the food and use their own silverware or have these things in their car. Why bother having tables outside then?The salad was very fresh. The pizza was just okay. The mushrooms were canned, not fresh...

Excellent pizza and other foods. Don’t be put off by the look of the building. We generally opt for a 24-cut pizza but have had thin crust as well. Very tasty!We travel from Glenmont to patronize this place so you know it has to be worth the travel!

Not sure why this place gets such high reviews - it's just not that good. The pizza toppings were decent, but it was not made well at all. The crust might have been too thin, or it was too oiled during prep because the toppings kept sliding off, no matter how hard you tried. No one in our party had luck eating their slice normally. I had to go in and ask for forks to eat our pizza - this isn't Chicago deep dish style! It was a hot mess to try and eat. Despite this sloppy situation, they had no napkins to offer diners...The place is kind of rundown and dingy, to boot. The mudroom as you enter has a broken screen door just resting against the wall, completely off of its hinges. The front screen door (that is still in the doorway) doesn't close properly, making me wonder how many flies and critters are just making their way into the kitchen. Owners don't seem to be putting enough of their profits back into upkeep and maintenance, which shows a lack of pride in one's business.

So grateful they were open today. It’s a holiday and a Monday snd most places are close.being home lazy search for someplace to deliver. And found this Italian so thought we would try. Delivered within the hour, fresh salad, garlic knots wonderful, eggplant parm and chicken parm was delicious. Also huge quantity for the price. 4 dinners in one.

Their pizza, knots and sandwiches are always good.I’ll usually swap between just a cheese pizza or a pepperoni pizza, every now and then I’ll pick Buffalo chicken pizza. I’ve also had a turkey sub that I’ll always get whenever I’m in a sandwich mood.The staff is friendly every time I’ve gone to pick up, and accommodate whenever there’s an issue.

I've tried this place numerous times due to convenience but every time we go it gets worse and worse. The pizza really has no taste and is never cooked enough so its soggy, greasy, gross. Usually we throw it back in our oven but last time it was so bad we didn't bother. Usually the chicken tenders were at least good but last time they were so burnt we couldn't eat them. I kept hoping it would get better but last time it was so disgusting we couldn't eat any of it and threw everything away and threw our emergency frozen pizza in the oven. Needless to say we're done, won't be going back.

I have never had a problem with an order, an interaction or anything in general; the staff all seems young, and every single member that I have had contact with is always professional, friendly, informative and personable, which is so refreshing to witness. We absolutely love this place, we order almost every week! Great food and great customer service! The wings are the best! For example, on one occasion it was very busy and i received the wrong pizza by mistake. They not only caught the error but they gave me a credit as well even though I didn't want it. Highly recommend!

Honestly this place makes some great take out. Portions are over stuffed, price is fair. Pizza is really good, get the round 12cut much better. Some reason the round pizzas are so much better. I found the 24 cuts to be a little thick, although after ordering a few the kids and us like them now.Point is this place is really good, there's a reason they lasted as long as they have. Lot is always busy.Doesn't matter where you go there will always be at least 1 person with a bad experience. It's the nature of the game, it happens!Keep up the good work guys!

I went to Rosa Villa by a recommendation from my neighbors. I moved here from Syracuse 10 years ago and have been searching all this time for a decent pizza in and around the Albany area. A couple of years ago I came across one that was close to it. Unfortunately I don’t live as close. Tried several in the area, but all a no go...... until now. I ordered from Chris and I had gotten the Manhattan pie and the regular 8 cut. I told Chris of my journey. He knew his competition of the one I found. Boy, were my neighbors right. Chris makes a comparable pizza. I brought it to my 93 year old mom, she ate 2 pieces with leftovers for her next dinner.Definitely go to this place, it’s worth every bit!! Thanks Chris for delivering a great product!!!!🌈🙂

Hit and miss. Food is decent most of time, but customer service is poor. I've been put on hold, then never heard back; told that it will be 75 min for delivery (we live 2 miles away); and been told it will be 45 min for delivery, then not received my order for over an hour. Usually I ask for the pizza and calzones to be cooked a few min longer or they are undercooked. I keep a menu on hand, but usually have a better experience elsewhere

We Ordered there large 24 cut & 24 wings. The Pizza was dough was way under cooked & very gooey totally discussed The wings where way over cooked & hard as a rock. Gross food we will never order food from here again they suck & don't have a clue on how to make good wings or Pizza The Best Pizza places are Marino's on state St. & Rensselaer sliders well worth the drive vs buy gooey slop.

This was one of the best restaurants that I have been to in a long time! Their food is fantastic, comes in large portions, and is reasonably priced. While the look of the building from the outside may seem odd or unappealing, I assure you that this place is a hidden gem worth discovering for yourself!

Rosa Villa, What happened? You’re food was amazing about a year or so ago! For example; first time I’ve ever ordered from your menu, I got the baked ziti and meatballs and was blown away!!Now? Pizzas are undercooked, orders come in with missing food (GF ordered a meal with fries and never got the fries..), Burgers are cooked like burnt hockey pucks, and wraps look like they were drenched and soaked in dressing/sauce and aren’t even wrapped properly. I’m scared to order the baked ziti with meatballs just for these reasons! Did you guys get a new owner or new staff, or maybe even understaffed? Because it is definitely showing!Also, I don’t mind waiting for my food.. but an hr and a half is ridiculous! A few times I’ve ordered, they have taken so long to deliver that my food comes in cold... it’s a real shame. I was really impressed by your food at the beginning. I hope you guys can bounce back again!
