Plastic bags? I thought NY was being more environmentally friendly. Still, the cashier's are pleasant and they carry my favorite flavors of a few products which I can't find in many other places.

Stayed in dryden for christmas and went to this store whenever we needed groceries. It's very convient. It's just like a grocery store. It reminds me of a market basket. The prices are a little high on some things but overall it's an OK store. Everytime I went there everyone who worked there was very friendly.

Pretty standard small grocery store, reasonable selection and a good deli in the back. Not a ton of options for produce. A little bit expensive compared to shopping in Cortland but not unreasonable. Friendly staff, not usually too busy.

Not bad to come in for groceries. Employees are nice but could be better with focusing on their job, and learning communication skills. I love the donuts and subs they got, also the fresh daily chili and soups are good too. Plenty of parking outside and a gas station too.

This place is just “meh”. A lot of there stuffed is really over priced and it feels like they do this because they are the only store in the area without driving a good 15-20 minutes. Brownie mix that you can buy for $1.79 at Wegmans shouldn’t be over $3.00 in this store.Sour cream is not over four dollars. Taco sauce is not worth six.If you are going to charge what you do, you should at least consider fixing the floor that is falling apart. The cashiers also always seem like you are bothering them. I was just here to grab something and two people were talking about their coworker being late and how he should be written up.

Was on a road trip to a prison visit , it was early in the morning the guy working the counter was so nice and helpful every one should be like him , our little girl was sick and in hives and he was so caring thank you so much you are an amazing person

Small town local grocery with decent selection. Prices weren't competitive with big boxes but that's understandable and were reasonable despite the fact. Some ratings mentioned rude service but I did not experience that. Maybe it wasn't like walking into a Dale Carnegie meeting but I was only buying food so no worries.

Since the store was sold, it isn't a good experience. The new owner is nice, but the workers need help with Public Relations. There isn't any help with taking groceries to your car any longer. I no longer go there as the store is now run as a Convenient store. Workers are scarce, meats and subs aren't good anymore. Service has gone way downhill since the store was sold to a new owner.

High prices, but then it's the only grocery store around for many miles.Cashier I had didn't engage in conversation with me (fine), but did manage to talk to a couple of others in line behind me WHILE ringing up my items. Disrespectful and rude customer service.

This is close to my cabin so I go a couple times each time I am in town. The appearance is a bit worn but they have friendly folks on staff, and a decent selection of food items and other things I might need. I'm glad they carry 91 octane gasoline with no ethanol, it's all I use in my machines. Expensive, but saves a lot of hassles with small engine maintenance.

This Store has been around for years, I've been going there since approx 1996, it is family owned and operated. The owners are very friendly and always busy.They contribute alot to the area, not only for the Excellent Service they provide, but also to the young students from the nearby High School. They hire and train these young people, giving them their first experience in the working world, training them on how to conduct themselves in the work environment, and how to be courteous and professional! ! Hats off to All for doing such an Amazing job . KUDOS to all of the employees and the owners, and of course, the consistency of keeping items in the same place year after year...

Absolutely the best super market ever. Family owned, great employees, nice prices, lots of specials. Their meat sale is over the top. Freshest produce and meat anywhere. Their deli had the biggest large sub you have ever seen. Do not miss this place it's great.

Always always has a meat sale. Awesome deli staff and service. Service desk is helpful. Sam Adams beer is always on sale. Adequate parking. Produce section very good. They do a little grocery store right and it has a small business/ mom and pop feel. You can also buy gas for your car. Stop here. Good A/C too.

This store looks like the typical old style grocery store in a small town! But the meats and Deli options are as good as any of the high end stores in much larger locations. In addition the people who work there know the foods that are offered and they are helpful! Don't miss the opportunity to visit this store - small, traditional & it is quite incredible!

If you're looking for something quick, like a snack, drink or you need to pick up milk. It's great, but the prices are a little high for some items. Staff is really friendly though, many of them are younger, coming from either the high school or the college nearby.

Place is nice to go to for quick items. Seems a little over priced compared to larger stores. Though that's to be expected, not too much else near by so it's a life saver for quick runs. Great folks too.

The Dryden Sure Fine grocery store has all the basic food needs and seasonal fresh vegetables and fruit. Plus a Deli and meat section. Outside, fuel pumps and kerosene.They will help you out with the groceries to the parking lot. Easy in and out.

Be very careful of seafood, unless you want to become ill! Especially clams and salmon! Prices as advertised are often not offered unless you buy "half a cow". Much of staff are on their cell phones instead of stocking or cleaning shelves. It's only asset is that it's close to village. Owner and manager are absolute a holes! Best of luck!! Most recently the store manager, mike Clark, and the store owner dick clark, harassed an 83 yr old customer who suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia. They should lose every customer for the way they treated this lifetime patron of the store! They were cruel and confrontational to this man and in front of other customers! Hope they suffer the same disease!

Not Wegmans and not Aldi's either. Shop other stores for the best sales, but come here for the meat. Great quality meat at good prices. If I forget something at other stores, no worries, convenient and can find what I am looking for. Shur Fine products are the cheapest. Friendly and will take your groceries to you car. Can't find small town service like that anymore.

So many reviews on here complimenting the great meat selection, I worked here they dye the meat red, and will repackage spoiled food. The place has constant health code violation fines.If you go to the deli for a sub, check the floor and around the slicer as there is frequently meat bits covering the floor and counters. Flies can often be found the the coolers.Local hunters used to take in deer cuts to be butchered and packaged, the Clarks would steal some of their meat so they stopped bringing it in.DON'T GO HERE

The deli at this store is amazing and the ONLY reason I gave it five stars. The deli workers are amazingly hardworking, patient and always have a smile on their face. However, the rest of the store is wayyyy to pricey and the teens that are always cashier's or at least "positioned" in front are rude, have permanent attitude problems and seriousllly I am a grown woman. I most certainly do not need some 16 yr old kid taking my groceries to my car and loading them. It's awkward and uncomfortable and so unnecessary. But maybe you should have the deli workers give lessons to the rest of your unprofessional staff on how to treat customers, how to smile while working (fake it til u make it) or even better: clean house and hire some grown-ups who have a work ethic (which comes with experience) and would be happy to just have a job. But the deli-----keep up the great work. You are the reason many ppl return.

A great family owned market. I fail to understand why local citizens drive to Ithaca or Cortland to save a few pennies/dollars instead of supporting a local business that hires many local young residents.

I haven't changed much in appearance or the way the Isles are set up since I live in that town when should new years ago I appreciate it that being able to go into the store to get what I needed and know exactly where it was
