Won't be shopping here again, this marks the third time grocery items were clearly mislabeled and didn't scan for EBT.. when I asked to see a manager a I had to empty my whole cart showing all food items. Manager Fahad extremely rude and unhelpful even in their error and return. 2 counter girls also proceeded to go to the main desk and laugh. With rising cost in food the amount overcharged was more then enough for another pound of hamburger or some type of meal. Owner and Family that he hires should respect their small community money spent

Traveled thru Dryden to get deli meat. Stood at the counter a good 15 mins while being completely ignored. Woman looked our way and went back to a personal conversation. We left and went to Price Chopper where we are always treated nicely. Lot of items unmarked and store was dirty. Won't go back. Shocked upon entering at the lack of cars in the lot but now we get it!!

Used to be a great sub place! Just finished half and couldn’t eat anymore. Asked for a little Italian dressing and by the time I got to my vehicle, the sun paper was completely soaked. The amount of spinach they put on my sub was ridiculous, couldn’t even close the sub. Very very messy sub. Will think twice about coming back. Such a shame

Employers were kind, store was clean and organized. Their sandwiches are great to get, $12.99 for a 2 foot long sandwich is a great deal for a small family or just for yourself. Evenly loaded with meat and toppings that I requested. Nice place to shop if you live in town.

Daughter stopped in other day to get mandarin oranges, NO PRICE listed! Cashed out $7.99, I would have left them there!! Since new owners took over I refuse to stop in. Place is a rip off now. DON'T SHOP THERE!!!

The store is a handy place to stop when in Dryden. It has a smaller selection than a full sized store like Price Chopper but sometimes I need just a few things and don't need a long drive. Prices on produce are a bit higher but I can accept that. Their submarine sandwiches are famous but I wish they would add wheat or multi grain rolls for improved taste and nutrition over the white rolls.

I really try to support this local place, but man everytime i get a sub i want to rip the skin off my face customer service is not great in deli which i dont get everyone else is friendly I've never been greeted with a smile there and not to mention time!!!! 15min for 3 delimeat subs. If you ask if i could do better yes and i live down the street what an unpleasant experience

Every time I go here the workers are always less than pleasant. During my most recent visit I asked a cashier if they sold 5 gallon jugs for water coolers. Instead of just telling me the cashier with busted eye makeup said " The water is over there did you look?". - very nice people working there.

This store is not what it use to be. Prices are way too high on many items. Meats are lower quality. There are too many items past their expiry date. I’m elderly with mobility issues. Super stores the size of Walmart, etc., are difficult to maneuver in. Clark’s size suited me with its selection. Now, it seems it’s struggling. This is very sad to see.

The workers at the deli can't seem to keep an order straight. No exaggeration, the orders we have gotten are flat out wrong literally half the time. Not even the meat is correct.That being said, the, prices are good. I find myself going back despite getting the wrong food half the time.If you order here, best to just treat it like a grab bag. You might get what you want, but atbleast its pretty cheap.

Typical small town grocery store. Some good deals, some expensive ones. Used to be a great place for a sub, but cut backs and price hikes no longer qualify this as a "go to" sub place. All in all a decent place to shop.

Love this store. Caters to locals. Has a butcher in store and very competitive prices. A small deli slices a variety, makes deli sandwiches. Frequent sales and many local products.

Cashiers are snotty and rude as hell one got pissed that she had to bag 4 small items the other employee was on her cellphone texting the only nice employee was the women in the deli she was polite the rest can kiss my a$$

I like shopping here till recently when I noticed most of the stuff on the shelf was expired and the stuff in the freezer wasn't frozen I called to let them know and they told me to bring the stuff back I did and didn't even get all my money back and they didn't seem to care and they are still selling what's in their coolers and on the shelfs. I won't shop there again

This is about the third time we've ordered subs and one of them has been wrong. You gotta teach them to repeat the order so that nothing is wrong.Also.... They are selling rotting product.

Dirty and outdated. The girls are more concerned with their own conversations between each other than being friendly with customers. Ordered a sandwich from here and the meat was bad. I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes out of business soon.

Nice sized small town grocery store with a nice deli. Prices are much higher than what youll pay at the big retailers. Employees all tend to be a little on the grumpy side

Prices are outrageous. The new owners fired all the teenagers, which was a staple for kids in our town. The woman are not that friendly, the guys just don't even talk to ya.

I went in to clarks last night to grab a few things before heading home. I had my 2 week old son with me and grabbed a cart and put him in the back so i could put the few groceries i needed up front. Well when i went to check out the young girl was very kind but a young man came out from the back and nastily told me that they don’t allow the carts outside (as he had seen my son in the back and i had 4 or 5 bags to carry). Instead of offering to help me with the bags like they always do here, he watched me walk over and put the cart back and struggle to carry my son and all of my groceries, then proceeded to follow me outside and pretend to lock the bottle and can return that was clearly already locked. I have been going to clarks for years, i grew up going there with my parents and i have never experienced something like this. How rude and unprofessional. That young man should be ashamed and hopefully sees this and learns how to treat women with children..

We stopped to order subs after work. The subs have were the same price as always but there was hardly any Turkey on the sub, and so much oil that they were dripping. They have really gone down hill the past year.

Clark family has sold. Subs are not what they used to be. Prices are high. Customer service has diminished. I won't be shopping there as much as I did.
