A cute little grocery store with all the essentials! They have really good meat prices but that’s about it. The deli could do a little better with the salads. I think overall would come here to get good prices on the meat but not sure if I would buy all my groceries here.

Hometown grocery store with excellent butcher, deli and produce. Price and quality are hard to beat within a 15 mile radius. Not the only shop in the area but miles ahead of the big chains for quality.

Very friendly staff and great sale prices with a hometown atmosphere.Update: I've been using their home delivery service throughout the pandemic and its been an absolute lifeline - as no other place offers delivery to Salisbury. Certainly worth the $5 delivery fee to have groceries dropped on my door step.

The Dolgeville Big M has both good and bad qualities. For example, they try very hard to have all the necessary items in stock even during the Pandemic of Covid-19, and they should be thanked for their efforts. Hats off to stepping up to the challenge. They offer local delivery and that is a tremendous asset to the small community.On the downside, their prices are consistently high on staple items such as milk, eggs, bread, cereal and canned good. It is understandable that they cannot compete with large retailers in pricing. I do think they could invest in lowering their prices, or run more sales, because their local customer base includes many people who are on fixed incomes, elderly or disabled customers, and families who struggle with poverty due to persistent low wages and lack of economic growth in the area.The younger employees who often work in the evening could benefit from training to become more professional, and to focus on better assisting customers. For example, I stopped in recently to purchase some groceries and realized I did not have a face mask. I kindly asked a young man at customer service if the store provided disposable masks for customer use, and I received a curt reply of “No we don’t you have to buy one,” and he pointed vaguely.I left the store and they lost my business because they could not offer me a disposable mask which would cost them pennies.I will consider giving them another try because I have had better experiences in the past, and I believe this one poor experience does not accurately illustrate the BigM as a whole.

I love this store! I started shopping here when i lived in Salisbury Center; ive never been disapointed here. The freshest fruits & veggies, cant beat the meet department; such a large selection of all meets to choose from. The deli is quick & efficient. The store has a great new look and the staff are all great, very friendly. The Very best in customer service. I now drive to this store from Little Falls & its no surprise that i see many shoppers here from Little Falls.Thank you all for doing such a great job at making grocery shopping enjoyable and satisfying!

This is a very nice local market. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Need something just ask. They carry a good amount of local produced items. And their pricing is competitive with the larger supermarkets. We always go there first.

This is a nice, clean, and well priced market. You can stop in quickly to grab a few things or use it for all your shopping needs. They have organic, local, and many other options. It's not just shopping either. You can drop off dry cleaning, get kegs or platters for a gathering.

Rude customer service lady. She needs to get off her high horse start treating others the way she wants to be treated. Needs better management. Dolgeville Big M should be ashamed of the way they treat some of their staff. ASHAMED!!!!!! Very disappointed in what I saw!!!!
