We did a kitchen remodeling with Universal Kitchen Design. From the very beginning they were super engaged and responsive. Enver was very patient answering all our questions, never pushed his ideas on us. Above all, he provided solutions that matched our style and needs. He did multiple 3D renderings that helped us visualize the models we needed and finalize the design. When everything was approved they coordinated the whole process of order placements, delivery, demolition and installation without any problems or delays. From design stage to final details they had everything under control. Special thanks to Vani and Fadil for bringing the design to life. These guys are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were detail oriented and worked efficiently. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. The job was done on time, and as promised.The hardest thing in a kitchen remodel is coordinating, aquiring all the materials and getting it done with minimal down time. That's exactly where a full service company helps. We love our new kitchen. We are extremely pleased with Universal Kitchen Design. We highly highly recommend them.

When I had issues with the cabinets when they got damaged during delivery, they quickly handled the replacement in days. I'm very grateful for Universal Kitchen Design for an amazing renovation in my kitchen. I had a small outdated space - a total gut job - but Enver's design made my kitchen look and feel triple the size. His design software also helped me visualize the final layout, which I had struggled to see prior.I compared a dozen companies (large and small), and received 6+ quotes...UKD was the most cost effective, but even more importantly to me, provided the most detail and attention to my project. They are a full service company who helped with everything from the original design, ordering the cabinets/counters, subbing out the electrical and plumbing, to the actual installation. And the end result was amazing.Enver provided us with a 3D render of the design which really helped us to visualize what our kitchen could look like. My experience with Universal Kitchen Design was an excellent one. I trusted them with the entire project. During the time of my kitchen remodeling, Universal Kitchen Design provided me with beautiful and elegant cherry cabinets, all thanks to the employee Vani. Vani was constantly extremely helpful throughout my entire process of re-doing my kitchen. He came up with a beautiful design, and constantly kept me up to date on the status of my cabinets. Regardless of the amount of times that I would come in even to just ask a question, Vani was always there and always ready and helpful. A great employee like this should really be recognized for their hard work and dedication. The cabinets were in great condition when they arrived to my house. I would recommend Universal Kitchen Design to anyone who is remodeling their kitchen and bath, 10/10.

I am very happy with my experience with Enver & UKD. The cabinets came out very nice and make a small kitchen space look much larger than what it is. I received them in a timely manner without any hiccups, and they even advised me on a gas pipe relocation that was a potential safety issue as well. What a fantastic job by Enver and UKD team. They have transformed our kitchen and taken us from the 70's into the 21st century. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service was impeccable throughout the job. They were also very CLEAN!! After payment in full, UDK sent me faulty cabinetry. Then when I called them on it, they said they would issue a partial refund if I did not report to my credit card company. Well I did report it, and they did not stand by their word of refunding a portion of the total price.Then they piecemealed the cabinetry delivery, paint, shelves, hardware etc, which ended up costing me thousands of dollars due to the general contractor having to come several times to install. I'm still waiting after eight months for a full kitchen.
