If you're looking for an "upper crust" pizza dining experience, then look no further than The Parlor. There are few other options on the menu, other than pizza and salad, but that's okay, as they do both superbly. I started with a side house salad with the optional crispy chicken. The chicken was amazing. It was light, crispy, and mouth watering. I still can't stop talking about its incredible flavor. I then had the pepperoni pizza. Incredibly delicious. Fresh ingredients, doughy, tasty, and filling would be the best way to describe this culinary miracle. It was simply divine. In addition to the food, the service was very friendly and attentive. Reservations highly recommended. If you're a pizza person, then you must stop at The Parlor.

I travel quite a bit and get to eat in a lot of places. I'm also a chef and was intrigued by the menu. OUTSTANDING! Loved everything about The Parlor. Semi-dive atmosphere, non-pretentious, comfy, all about the food. Creative, simple, and done right. The staff was perfectly friendly, proud, and attentive. Coming to this area I had high expectations of eating great pizza and had one of those lucky moments of finding a place that I will remember and tell stories about. Parlor Pockets: soft boild eggs in a crispy, salty crust with house whipped ricotta..... OMG! I think I used my fingers to swipe up the last bit of ricotta/ egg yolk jus. The pizza was smoky from the fire, crisp and accented with the perfect sauce. In true fashion they don't cut the pizza straight out of the oven but, provide scissors for you to cut your perfect slice when your ready. BRAVO!

Okay, praise for this crust because it was everything I wanted and more. Don’t mind the reviews that say it’s “burnt”—that’s what wood fired pizza is, so if you like that style, you are sure to love this!As for the rest of the pie: I got the Lemonator because it sounded unique, and it definitely was! If you really love lemons, you will probably like this, but it wasn’t for me. The lemon flavor paired well with the basil and garlic, but my pie had only 2 slices of garlic and just one leaf of basil, which limited this flavor balance to just a few bites. This was disappointing. I’d say 90% of the pizza tasted like straight lemon, which, for me personally, was much too overpowering.I would definitely come back and try a different pizza. I will also say I appreciated the large selection of vegetarian pizzas to choose from.

We had an excellent time tonight. It took awhile to get our food but overall the experience was great. The food and flavors were outstanding. We had a special Italian combo sandwich as an appetizer and for pizza we had the meatball and the lemonator. The ice cream sandwich for dessert was by far one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time.

Very pleasantly surprised by the flavors and unique options. So happy with the chicken fried eggplant and the sprouts. Love the charred flavor mixed with sweet and savory. Looking forward to visiting and trying new dishes. The staff was also extremely friendly, thanks for a nice evening!

Came here with a group of friends one OMG DELICIOUS. We family sized everything. I would say it would be better to get an order to yourself because the portions are a little small but the vibes were amazing and the waiter was amazing giving really good suggestions. The mushroom pizza went CRAZY and the eggplant cutlet was so good. It’s a little bit pricey but the food is high end and plated beautifully. If you are thinking of coming do it!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars ✨ I’m not kidding you it is THE best pizza I’ve ever had. This time I also ordered the brussel sprouts salad and omg! My favorite pizza is The Lemonator and the burger is pretty nice too. The ingredients they use are undoubtedly of the highest quality and so is the service. The staff is attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Go go go now! 😍

Food, atmosphere and staff were all fantastic.Brussel sprouts are served with rice Krispies, and sweet chili sauce - mixed together it's delicious.The everything bagel pizza tastes just like a B.E.C. - the Lemonator tastes almost like a lemon square. Wouldn't recommend if you're in the mood for pizza but totally try it if you want something a lil sweet like a pizza dessert.The staff was very friendly and did a fantastic job at recommending dishes.

Pizza is not my go-to, but I’m so glad I decided to have some today. I ordered Parlor Pockets and the Lemonator. Both were GREAT!The Parlor Pocket was presented beautifully, just oozing with the yoke of the egg. The creamy bright yellow against the white of the whipped ricotta made for a very appetizing look. I couldn’t eat it fast enough.The Lemonator was not your typical pizza. I would have never imagined this combination on a pizza, but it just works. No, the lemon was not tart or bitter after being singed by fire. It’s hard to describe. It tasted slightly caramelized and honey like, yet not sweet as if a dessert. The extremely thin sliced lemons also tinged the smoked provolone to create an interesting taste. It’s a definite must try and honestly, I would never have guessed I would love it so much. Yes and yes, I will definitely be back and I will definitely try everything on the menu!Huge plus was Sklar, my waitress, she was so sweet and helpful - a pleasure to have been waited on by her.

Wow we had to make a reservation for a pizzeria. Trendy Dobbs Ferry, very limited parking. The pizza comes out in a minute you should fast, not so tasty once it's cold. The 2 slices of beats where delicious but pricey. The food had a nice Twist on it but the pricing was rather steep for what it was. And to boot, on a group of 8, they had a 20% mandatory tip which would be considered a customary, but a 3% kitchen tip has anyone ever heard of a kitchen tip?The drinks I thought I was getting a little bottle to take home I guess not a $12 I don't know if I'd be back.

After 25 miles biking from Manhattan, we were starving. The service is amazing! The apple cider slush with a shot of bourbon was delicious! You get a cute mini apple pie as well. We ordered the BLT pizza special of the day and pastrami wings. Amazing as well! I'm coming back!

The Parlor knocks it out of the park every time. The appetizers, pizzas, and desserts are incredible. I love that their menu features unexpected choices, like an "everything bagel" white pizza, tater tot "croutons" on a cesar salad, Calabrian chili garlic crunch on a couple items...it's creative and bold while still appealing to less adventurous diners. My personal favorites are the Lemonator pizza and the chickpop salad. I've had some really amazing specials there as well, and wondering what's new each time always makes me excited to return. Service is outstanding. They remember repeat customers, are friendly, and are also very knowledgeable about the items. Andrew, a longtime server, once gave a great tip on how to replicate a recipe at home. Special shoutout to Andrew! I absolutely love the ambiance as well. Casual with nice lighting, and background music any "elder emo" like myself is bound to adore. The Parlor does a really stellar job of appealing to a wide variety of people. It's a great date spot for young people, I frequently see families with kids there, and I've brought my own grandparent-age parents several times as well. I think the only aspect of the ambiance I'd say could use a little work is the bathroom.Vegetarian options: My girlfriend is a vegetarian and she loves this place as much as I do.

I came from CT to New York to visit family and we decided we were all in the mood for good pizza. My sister-in-law recommended The Parlor. We walked into a fairly empty restaurant and were seated right away. We placed our drinks and food at the same time. Our apps and drinks came out at fairly decent time. It wasn't until we noticed other tables who entered after us get their full meals and had already left that our main courses still did not arrive at this point. it was over an hour that we waited for our pizza. Then heard one of the workers yell to the kitchen to start making our order. when the first pie of the table arrived. My Sister-in-law asked our waitress" we've been waiting over an hour for our food can you please explain why we just heard our tables order being placed with the kitchen" our waitress who seemed startled by the question said " well it's because of you and take out orders" at that point I was disgusted and lost my appetite and no longer interested in eating there. Management never came to apologize for the long wait. Unless you are willing to wait for subpar pizza and horrible customer service I would not recommend The Parlor. The only highlight to this place was the bus boy . He made sure our water glasses were full the whole time.

The food and service here were fantastic. We tried shrooms pizza and wonder woman cocktail.This is a great place to get some delicious pizza. I will definitely go back. This place is my best reason for my next visit to Dobbs Ferry.Definitely recommended.

My pizza was interesting, my friends Caesar salad and pizza were good - but overall, it didn't seem like they really wanted our business.We arrived at ~5:30pm on a Sunday and there was only 1 family seated outdoors and at least 7 empty tables. Despite this, they seemed reluctant to let us sit outside since "they had reservations" but eventually let us sit. It was sunny and hot out and after about 5 minutes the 1 family that had been sitting outside left and so after they cleared that table we asked if we could shift to that table which was more shaded. Again, they seemed reluctant to let us shift because "they were booked with reservations" - I was puzzled by this and said "well, can't the people who come take one of the other 8 tables?" and they did let us shift. [Note during the entire ~1 hour that we sat outside, there a total of 2 other couples arrived - leaving at least 5 empty tables.]The food was delivered promptly and my "lemonata" pizza was definitely interesting - flavorful and the dough was good. My friends got the Caesar salad which was good but too salty - the highlight was these delicious "tater tot" croutons - they asked for a few extra croutons and were initially told that they'd need to be charged for a side order of tater tots - which seemed ridiculous but they reluctantly agreed. Fortunately, when the waiter brought a handful of croutons he said "I was able to get them for you for free". My friends also had "the balls" pizza which was average - nothing special.We checked out, gave our credit cards (a bit surprised by a 3% "kitchen share" that had not previously been disclosed), added our tips, signed our slips and left the signed copies on the table. Later that evening I received a call saying that "you left the restaurant without closing out your check, did you want to leave a tip?". Sigh.

About four years ago, we had the unique experience of hosting our friends children’s birthday party in our backyard and they had the Parlor’s Pizza truck providing the most exceptional pizzas I’d ever tasted. If you are ever feeling like you want to have a great party in your backyard, call and reserve their “ DOUGH NATION “ pizza truck and you’ll make all your friends and family really appreciate you! Over the years, we have periodically gone to The Parlor for their wonderful pizzas, salads and other exceptional “ Starters”. Of course when the world was altered as the Coronavirus came barreling into New York, everything changed. The Parlor quickly adjusted to the New Normal and began delivering hundreds of pies to our Health Care Heroes! People could order pies and donate them which was a brilliant way of staying afloat and bringing lots of needed nourishment to our dedicated hospital workers. I became a loyal customer of The Parlor! Today we had a fantastic meal, starting with their Mission Fig Crostino: ricotta, truffle honey and pistachios! We also had one of their house specials: a corn salad with fresh tomatoes and herbs and one of our favorite pizzas:The Lemonator with cured lemon, scarmarzo, garlic and Parmesan.Everything was delicious!

Finally checked out The Parlor, having heard many good things. Tried the Pear speciality pizza, a few drinks and a cappuccino. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful and it stays open later than most other options on the street. highly recommend.Cappuccino was shockingly good for a pizza spot, and they can make an actual mixed drink, which is surprisingly hard to find in the area.

I have been to the parlor many times!Love their pizza! The crust is absolutely amazing and their tomato sauce is super tasty! I always take margarita. For me pizza from parlor is a benchmark of how pizza should taste! There are only few places I know which get close to this standard.Great place, friendly people, best pizza, what else is needed?
