I recently began buying my comic books here, and really enjoy it so far. Joe is great. He has my comics set aside for me, so I am in and out. Sometimes, I get tempted to buy a collectible action figure or two. Other times, I buy other comics. The Ferryman Cafe next door is always my second stop. Parking in the neighborhood is not too bad. I always find a spot.

A fantastic experience run by good people. Don't let the small footprint fool you - this place is stacked with comics, collectibles, and gaming stuff. So much awesomeness. And as someone who's relatively new to comics, I couldn't feel more at home - the crew is wonderful. So kind, patient, helpful, and eager to share this world. Highly, highly recommend!

Stopped by with my son today and we both really enjoyed this spot. This is a gem for anyone who enjoys comic books, Magic the Gathering, Punk/HC/Metal music, and other things that keep old people like myself eternally young at heart. Will certainly stop by again.

One of the most welcoming Magic the Gathering stores I have ever been to. Ryan who usually runs the events is the most chill and friendly person. The MTG players that frequent this store are also very open to new people and are more than happy to share their passion for the card game openly. Although the space is very cramped, there is some appeal to being crammed together, slamming cardboard squares against one another.

Yes!!! We’ve got our own local comic store!! They set aside comics for me. There’s always some table top game going on. Great movies playing in the background. Full of wonderful people. I love NYHC!!!

Some of the nicest, don to earth friendly and awesome guys you'll ever meet. They run a fantastic shop and are more than welcoming to new customers. You cannot go wrong checking out this shop. They know their stuff. A great new addition to the town. Kids and adults alike will love this place.

I love the selection of different graphic novels from the Marvel Universe but feel that there should be more Manga related titles available. I also enjoyed the addition of collectible figures but wanted to see more of a wider selection of these as well. I feel that the lack of physical space complicates things when one is shopping with other customers, but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience overall.

I went into the store almost by accident while visiting relatives in the area and now I want to live there!! It really is the complete package. Obviously, they have all the latest releases but their collection of back issues is nothing short of mouth-watering and the prices (whether you're after a single book, a story-arc within a run, a mini-series or a key issue) are just fantastic. The staff are as friendly as they are knowledgeable. You'll be made more than welcome and you'll DEFINATELY find something you want at a price you like. I genuinely can't say enough good things about the place. My only complaint? I had to fly 3,000 miles to visit so it's gonna be a helluva drive from Scotland the next time I wanna go there! Thanks a million, guys. And pet Spalding for me.

Dope vibes, knowledgeable, and his passion for everything in the shop radiates. Everythung is organized and theres a nice selection with dope art pieces and boards. Hubby just got back into comics and started bonding with our kiddos and getting them into the scene. The owners are three cool dudes who know their comics and plenty of other things! It's always fun stopping through buying books but also talking about anything including dogs, art, food, music, movies, summer camp, beer, etc.The point is it's not just comics. NYHC has a friendly fun vibe that's open to all ages and genders. The longer you stay and look around you will find something cool you will like! I guarantee it!You might see me there too!

Great place. Went there today 4/3/18 (April 3rd 2018) and me and my friends all bought playing cards. Was great service and had an overall great time. I recommend going there again for comics and other things.
