Loved the ice cream! Actually the soft serve custard was a wonderful surprise, it was amazing!!!I was in town for a family reunion and unfortunately discovered this place with a few days left in our trip. I say unfortunately because I wish we found it at the start of the trip we would have been there every day. In fact, we had to visit on our way out of town on a cold wet day when ice cream really isn't what you want to eat, that's how good it is, I just wish I lived closer!

The soft serve is really good! Did not love the flurry but that is just personal opinion. The location is great right next to lake/river. My husband thought the prices were high but I thought they were comparable to nearby locations.

If you're up in dexter, this is a must stop. Amazin and friendly staff, and the selection of ice cream and topping was great. Wasn't to sure on the swirl black rasberry and dole whip, but let me say that it was perfect! They have patio tables right next to the water for everyone to enjoy.

Awesome ice cream served by great people. The portions are large. A medium cone is a challenge with a large just intimidating. Sundaes and flurries have plenty of options to satisfy any cravings you might have. Hard ice cream selection is pretty good too. Lines are common but move quickly. Worth the wait and I never stand in line. One of the best spots in the area.

This ice cream shop is by far the best in this part of New York State! If you live within 50 to 100 miles of this shop you must come and indulge yourself with the best soft served custard ice cream that I ever tasted. I like most ice cream but this is a 5 STAR rated product. The employees are very nice and greet you like family EVERY TIME!! They are so gracious and make you feel that you are their best customer. Eric is by far one of the nicest people you would ever meet. MAKE THE TRIP!! IT IS WROTH EVERY GAS DOLLAR!!

Talked to our local retired person in the parking lot, and he knowledgeably explained why in regards to quality and fat content etc this ice cream shop rated number one in the county for him. After trying the soft and hard ice creams from the lovely server Ashton, we were super happy to have had such delicious ice creams on a full moon by the lake!

Best soft serve around. If you order a large, you better have a MASSIVE APPETITE!! Place is also so clean you can tell at the window. Stop there at least once a week with our father 😊

Best I’ve cream around. Lickety splits is almost always very busy and it is for a reason. They have so many options and a large area for seating with multiple picnic tables, and a view of the water.

While we normally are loyal Pennocks customers for our soft ice cream treats, they aren't open yet...so we drove the extra distance from Sacketts to Dexter. The vanilla is terrific, and perhaps similar to Pennocks cream. So very pleased this place is open in April

Highway robbery!!Ice cream costs $5.50 if you pay with a debit cardThey will charge you $1.00 fee I understand 3-4% credit card fee but not a whole dollar fee on $5.50Charge, ain’t stopping here again for sure

Got in line on the right side window with my two daughters behind two patrons. We waited patiently for them to be served as we browsed the menu. The young lady working was taking orders from the right window and handing orders out of the left. As our turn approached a family of 5 walked up behind us and then merged to the left window and their order was taken! I typically wouldn’t sweat such a thing but I am purely irritated that we had been standing in the correct line as the gentleman in front of us had just ordered from the same window I was waiting at. Your staff member saw me standing there and chose to switch taking ordered in a different window.I left extremely irritated (one lovely woman saw what happened and told me to go ahead of her as she too began forming the line on the left side.) and explained to my children why we were leaving. I took my business down the road to Jodi’s dairy bar and will continue to give them my money.I hope you speak with your young staff member about this incident as it’s a lesson learned for her to be more observant of faces waiting in line to be served. And to the family of 5 who blatantly cut my children to be served first I hope it was worth it to teach your little children to cut people in line. First time at your business as I am new to your area and it most likely will be my last.

I e cream stand with the addition of a Hoffman hotdog lunch special. Multiple flavors of both hard and soft ice cream with the addition of frozen yogurt and frozen custard. The vanilla is particularly creamy.
