PSA: I Never post, but in this case, I am so upset, I felt the need to warn all pet parents. DO NOT Board with Four Paws Pet Motel. My baby was there for 4 and a half days, and when I picked him up, he, his bed, and his blanket were covered with feces! When We first went outside after picking him up, he peed so long that it seemed like he had not been taken out for a very long time! I prepared labeled bags of food, enough for the stay, and the owner only gave him slightly over half. To add insult to Injury, the owner was rude and tried to blame my dog, saying he was "high strung." My baby has been traumatized and has been vomiting the last two days since picking him up. The owner pretended to be a nice guy when my husband and I went to check out the facility before boarding our beloved pet, but trust me, he is not. I am pretty sure he put my baby in the kennel and basically ignored him. It makes me sick to think this "business" will get away with abusing my fur baby! If I could give a zero star, I would! Please stay away from this horrible boarding facility!!!!

DO NOT EVER take your pets here! My mom took her very loved baby here and thought her dog would be taken care of. She picked her dog up, covered in feces. His belongings covered in feces. She had individual bags of food for his feedings he didn’t even eat all of his food. She sent 12 baggies he came home with 5. This place is a disgrace. If you love your fur babies stay away from here! Pieces of garbage running this facility. You should be ashamed.

Our second time taking our pup here while we were on vacation. Our pup definitely remembered how much fun she had from her first stay. She dragged us to the building and was wagging and happy to see the owner. No hassle dropping her off. She was well loved, safe, and happy.

Such a great experience here, and I will continue bringing my sweet boy back when I can’t take him out of town with me. The facility is VERY clean and well maintained. The owner is very personable and takes amazing care of your pets.

The only place my boy stays when I go out of town, and have left him here multiple times. He always seems to come back happy, and Mr. Gary is very kind. Definitely recommend!!

I got my dogs after a 4 night stay and they and all their belongings were covered in urine. My dogs never go on them selves unless they have not been let out. I would never book here again.

Mr. Gary was a pleasure to work with. I was concern when the temperature dropped well below -20 while we were on vacation in Florida but he made sure all the pets had heating units in order to be comfortable. I have read some complaints about pet odor but honestly, did you expect your pet to smell like roses after being in a building with other animals? I honestly have no complaints and will use this facility again. Mr. Gary was very specific and provided me with all the information necessary to make sure my pup had a comfortable stay.

Left two cats with this place for two weeks. When I come to pick my cats up and one of my cat ended up dying in their care. The owner couldn't explain to what happened. Then he wanted me to pay for the days that my dead cat was in his care. Terrible place for your pets to be he just keeps them inside small cages while your gone.

Our boys absolutely love coming here, and are excited to see the owner who is the nicest person you could ask to meet. I cannot speak highly enough about this facility. If you need a reliable and trustworthy place look no further. We have used them time and time again and will continue to do so.

We always board our Pug here, he loves it at Four Paws with Gary! We also use their grooming service, they do a wonderful job. Even last minute trips that come up, they always answer the phone and accommodate us. Wonderful business, we always recommend Gary at Four Paws!

I've taken my large Chocolate Lab to Four Paws twice (the first time on very short notice because another kennel closed with no notice). Service has been excellent, my dog was happy, clean and in excellent condition. I look forward to returning many times - and so does Chippewa!!

Our Boxer stays at Four Paws whenever we travel. Because of Gary I can relax when we have a vacation knowing that he will be happy and healthy when we return. Our dog is taken care of in a caring and attentive way each time he visits and that means so much to me.

Called more then one week out and when we went to drop our dog off, no one was there and no one was answering the phone. Great way to run a business. Will never use or recommend this place EVER!
