It's the only local grocery store so I have no choice but to go there however they are constantly out of stock on a lot of items and you have to check the dates on all of your items because they always have outdated items on the shelf

It's tops in derby. It's been here for 3000 years. It's a little weird smelling, the aisles are organized kinda weird and get crowded, but it's an old store. Kinda to be expected.

This place brought back good customer service. People are so nasty any more. We had 2 very young men cash us out and deal with our confusion with a couple things. I was so grateful. They were amazing.

Stopped in so we couldn't cook dinner at the airbnb. Prices was ok. They didn't have many Keto options but we made things happen. Got seafood and veggies. The customer service was closed and the cashier didn't know how we set account up without them. I tried online and that didn't work. But a customer let us use there account.

Love that they are open later then the other tops. Wish they were open 24 hours. I was a habitual late nite shopper. Not having that anywhere is a bummer, but this place is at least open past 10 so I can keep that glass slipper on till midnight ;)

My older sister was in the hospital I drove her this Tops after she had gotten home. The cart boy Chris was wonderful to us he solved a problem with a lady who parked in lot but not a spot he was so polite and helpful such a great asset to Tops

Customer service is always on point. No one hassles me for bagging my own groceries at self check out, was given the alternative "scan and shop" app so I can bag as I shop as well, right in my backyard, I am grateful for its permanency on being there for my entire 30 plus years.... plus! ➕ only negar is some of the pharmacy staff could use some compassion/ less discrimination training. Actually there is only one employee in particular. She's hung the phone up on me before, like, actually just hung up on me. For inquiring on date of scripts refill, twice bc of differences in being notified of completion

I visited the China King Restaurant today and I was thoroughly satisfied. The people serving were very friendly and welcoming. The food was just great. I had the shrimp with garlic sauce. The portion was huge and the garlic sauce was stupendous. I would recommend this restaurant with five stars. It is most definitely not your average take out restaurant. Go there you will not be disappointed.

Tops, Derby, NY, Very poor fresh vegetable section. Specials are often worse. I'm a summer resident and it's been like this for at least two years.Often breads are at or near to use by date. This week the hot dog buns on sale were completely squashed and unusable.We feel trapped because there are no other grocery stores in Derby. The Hamburg Tops is completely top notch. Staff and management just shrug the issues off.Check out staff are nice.

Large super market.. need I say more? Food/medicine/ essentials to living can be purchased here. Also has a gas station in the parking lot. This place will be open when there's a blizzard. I don't know how the workers get there but it's always open. So if you need eggs and milk randomly because it's a dangerous blizzard and you must go out, chances are this place is open.

It's a nice town store, the people are friendly and helpful. Easy to find items looking for. It's clean & organized. They have many other service located there. Lottery ticket machines. The end of the year they give free calendars. Great place to get bulk candy, they have sponge candy, last time I get some they had 4 different types,

A little pricey. Average selection. Self-checkout is sometimes a challenge. It's the only store nearby that sells a couple particular items. I did take advantage of a great meat sale they had, so that was a positive.

Bathroom left hand side back corner. Ya know in case anyone was wondering.. Also very friendly and caring girl working in the fish department! Who did her very best to not laugh as while described where the aforementioned bathroom was to the grown man with no sense of direction. Thanks again...!

Ample parking. Good prices on gas. Great rewards program. Great COVID policy for elderly and those at high risk - dedicated early time for them to be able to get their shopping done without a lot of crowds. Staff are very receptive to suggestions about getting certain products that may not be currently available.

I went into the store to see if I could find a tea I like. Yes they had it.I was very surprised to see the prices of things and how much more expensive Tops is compared to other food stores. Clean store I do like that.

Passing through on our way back to Olean. It was our fourth tops of the day looking for our favorite d'italiano pepperoni. They had it got three of them. The store is always well stocked and clean and all the employees are so friendly and helpful.

This tops is always so clean and the employees are friendly. The fried chicken in carry out cafe is top notch. The salad bar has so many options and the hot sandwiches are to die for. I always do my grocery shopping here when I have the chance

By far the best tops to go and shop at! If you are close enough to it they keep everything the same in the island structures, and product placement- is the same -- so you're not searching all over the store such as other tops. The building for its age is very clean, renovated, and had a new looking pharmacy. Amazing staff- its out of this world, the efficiency of the checkout lines makes your in-and-out trip very quick! This is by far my favorite tops!

We dont shop at this location very often as it is out of the way but when we go to my mother's for a family get together we usually go here for food and drinks. They have a great selection and the store is very clean. Not a ton of places to get clams and other seafood in the area so this is the place to go and it's always fresh and delicious

Newly remodeled, the isles seem larger new shopping cart easily glide the shelves were stocked with all of my needs and there is SPOT Coffee. Can't ask for more than that.

Shop there a lot staff is not very friendly. When ordering take out nake sure its fresh. I had a tiny issue there at the gas station after contacting the manager he took care of it in a professional manner. He was very friendly.

The meat looks nasty, most beef is horrible quality.Baked goods are dry... Don't get me started on produce!!! Most fruit and vegetables are rotten and have bugs hatching on them...nasty.Eden Angola area desperately needs a Wegmans.
