This specific rite aid is unbelievable. My prescription doesn’t get filled unless I call and ask about it then you get an attitude from whoever answers the phone. When you go to pick it up you can expect to be treated like trash from the older lady with the blonde hair and glasses. She has ZERO customer service skills and should not be able to work with people. I will be switching pharmacies along with all the others who have the same complaint.

All the reviews about the rude staff are correct. I switched our prescriptions to the location because it was much closer, used it once, and will be transferring them back to Wegmans. Staff was rude/belitting to the person on front of me and then to me (in phone and in person), it was no mistake. With all these reviews, management should address this.

Dealing with the pharmacists here is like pulling teeth. Rarely do I have a good experience with them…When I was notified that my prescription was out of stock I called right away, was told it would be ready at 4pm today. When I got there I was told it was “never called in” and I was sent 30 minutes out of my way to a different location… This is not the first time this has happened either. Please save yourself the frustration and go to Tops Market across the street.

If I could rate a 0, I would. EVERY time I come here to pick up prescriptions, the pharmacy staff are rude and give me an attitude. Not a single pleasant person working there. Today was the last straw. Not only was my prescription not ready (I received the call that it was ready late last week), but they wanted me to come back after 5pm. I am tired of feeling like I am an inconvenience. Yes, I lost my cool today, but honestly I am sick of being disrespected and wasn't having it today. How about this, don't give an attitude and then you won't get yelled at. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. And if you look at the reviews, apparently they only care about the positive ones. Not a single comment on the complaints. That says a lot. They really don't care. Don't waste your time here.

Just switched to Rite Aid in Derby. This morning I had the NICEST most CHEERFUL young lady helping me at the drive thru! I believe her name was Emily. How nice to encounter someone like this at 8:30 in the morning!

Went to pharmacy to pick up medicine for a family member, not one person even acknowledged me, one even walked by and said nothing! Sick of waiting for them to get done “talking”, and no it wasn’t work related. Exactly why I left yrs ago!!!!
