Finn and I are so happy we found Happy Paws! Josh does an excellent job and is so friendly and professional. Happy Paws is very reasonably priced and the wait time is minimal in comparison to other local groomers. What I really like about this groomer is that he takes the time to ask how you want your dog to look and really adheres to your preferences. I used to pay an obscene amount and wait for 4 or more hours when I lived in the city of Buffalo! Finn and I strongly recommend Happy Paws!

Absolutely wonderful with my skittish shih tzu. He's had problems in the past with long stays (8 hours) and unprofessional groomers. I took him to Happy Paws, he was done in about an hour, and was so happy when he left. I highly, highly recommend. Staff was beyond wonderful and polite. We will definitely be regular customers. Such a great experience for my puppy! The owner josh was so friendly and answered all of my questions, and made sure my puppy received just the right cut I asked for! Not to mentioned he smelled so good and looked so fluffy when I went to pick him up! Definitely going back!

We love Happy Paws! Our dog always looks amazing after his grooming appt. We can schedule appts within days of calling and prices are very reasonable. Josh, the owner, is professional and takes the time to listen to what exactly we want. We highly recommend Happy Paws!

I used to love this place, but they must have recently experienced some personnel changes, as current staff seem indifferent & less knowledgeable. Shabby customer service (had to call multiple times to get an appt.), completely disregarded my simple grooming requests & then to add insult to injury, when I arrived for pick up, I found that my dog had to endure confinement in an inappropriately small crate. Not good, we won't be returning!

I have am not impressed. Our pupper has been here a few times now. Had to call several times for an appointment, 2 times they called me the day of the appointment to say they were very busy and wanted to change her appointment time. Why take appointments if your just going to call the day of and change them ? The last time our pup went there, they cut her with a grooming tool, they didn't tell us, she had a scab there and now she has a scar there. I am poitive this happened there as she had no wounds when sent there and came home with it. We won't be back. Very disappointed.

My dog, Jackson, came out of his appointment with Josh looking like such a handsome boy!! I was nervous bc it was our first grooming experience and I didn’t know how he would do... Josh was completely understanding and let me stay and watch throughout the whole appointment and was so amazing with my pup. Jax wasn’t even phased because of how awesome Josh was with him. I’d recommend this salon to anyone and everyone! Definitely won’t be our last visit there!
