I have been very happy with the clinic, the doctors, and staff. I've taken my cats there for over twenty years, and have nothing to say but good things. The staff has always been courteous, kind, and understanding. The doctors have given my pets lots of attention, and their advice has been sensible in all cases. Their prices are reasonable as well.

Dr. Wolf and her staff are absolutely amazing! Dr. Wolf came to my house last year to put my dig Angie down. She would not leave until she knew we were all ok and all questions were answered. A few days ago she took care of our cat beast. We thought the worst and it wasn't what we thought at all. She fixed our 18 year old cat. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Very poor experience. My cat was released to me in 2 1/2hrs from drop off to pu after getting spade. The poor think was still numb and couldn't walk and was confused. Never have i picked uo a cat so early to take home. Usually they are kept overnight or at least to the end of the day so they can be monitored. I changed vets the next day. I'm so disguised with that place.

This vet is so personable and down to earth, takes time to explain everything thoroughly. She always takes good care of my cat, is understanding of any concerns and addresses them clearly.

This animal hospital is under new management and it couldn't be better!! Doctor Reiller and the staff are an awesome bunch of animal lovers. I have worked with him to keep my pets healthy prior to him moving to this location. We are lucky to have him at our local veterinary hospital.

I woke up to our 16 year old dog foaming at the mouth and shaking so I really thought that he was getting ready to pass on. I frantically tried to call my husband at work to come home and he was not answering his cell phone so I had my son go get him. I was extra concerned because Bandit has diabetes as well, but he had eaten well earlier that morning and had his insulin. Anyway, my husband finally came home and I explained what was going on and we attempted to call our vet and no doctors were on staff....go figure?! So, my husband and son jump in the car originally headed for the Orchard Park Emergency Vet Clinic, but when they got half way to Derby my husband said lets see if the Derby Small Animal Hospital is open. Dr. Wolf took them right away seeing the state that Bandit was in (almost dead) and his sugar was not even registering on the machine. So we would have never made it to Orchard Park. She literally saved his life and got his sugar back in check! Thank you so much and we will now be bringing all of our animals to you from now on:-)

Very bad experience! Talk to girl on Wednesday for awhile on what I wanted done on my golden doodle, for grooming. Thursday brought him in at 8:30 went over it again. She was only to trim tail, even out test of his body. There where two Matt's under his chin told to brush out, they weren't bad. She shaved his entire body including tail. Called at 11:30 to check on him she said he was on second bath as he Diddnt like dryer and pooped and pied. Asked her to not use dryer on him, she still did. Then when he got home I noticed him walking funny. Looked under him, He had burn marks on his privates that where very red. Also where he pies. Called right away. Went in in morning asking for them to treat him, as derby animal clinic 82nd grooming salon, and he needed medical attention. They refused to treat him. They where Very upset saying they Diddnt do that. I said a mistake was made he needs to be treated. They refused. Asked for manager, she came out leaned on wall and said get out or I'm calling police. I immediately showed police pictures and followed report. Also called better business burara .can't believe they wouldn't medical treat him as he was in there care when it happened. Trying to post pictures.

Dr. Is friendly.dont remember name maybe Stephanie.Sandy takes appointments,I thought owned it but not according to web site.liked it much better when Dr. Brainard owned it.THEY ARE F@#KING PRICEY!!! To expensive.I may go elsewhere.And I just have one small cat to pay for.

Excellent! Highly recommend. Very patient and accommodating, very calm and fantastic with our anxious large dog. Price was very fair. Highly recommend.

The doctor and staff were very good with my cat. Every one was friendly and I was able to get in and out quickly which I appreciate.

The vet never tried to fix what was wrong with my dog... She just kept giving more and more medicine until my dog was so sick I had to put her to sleep...I will NEVER go back...

Our beagle got really sick had to get her to the vet asap they squeezed us in the doctor was very kind explained every thing that was going on with her took some xray and even though the news was grave she had a heart and even sent us a card when Sparky dued
