Ordered online and requested curbside pickup. Walgreens emailed shortly after that my order was ready along with a "I'm here" link to press when I arrived at a clearly marked pickup space at the store. Within 3 minutes an employee came out wheeling a cart containing the eight 12-packs of soda that I ordered and loaded them into my car. Quick response and friendly service!

Called the pharmacy 4 times in the days before my prescription pickup to make sure the medication was going to be ready on time because I’m busy with school and there was a narrow window when I could get and use my medication. When I came I was told there would be an hour wait. My medication is prepackaged and commonly prescribed so I have no idea why they’d take an hour to get it to me. I waited 2 HOURS AFTER ARRIVING for my medication which made me late for my exam. They were serving other customers but they wouldn’t give me any attention. If you see a customer waiting you take care of them ASAP. This pharmacy ignored me and didn’t know what they were doing. Go somewhere else.

I like shopping there, especially vitamins, health & beauty, unique gifts. They have a lot of variety, decent sales, & rewards card for extra savings. When I had an online photo account, I picked up photo gift items in store, just so I could browse around. 😁

I love Walgreens. So close to the house, they always what I need and then some. The only problem with this location is Edna, the very pleasant elderly lady who has been there forever, and it takes her that long to cash you out. Nice and sweet, but I just wanna get in and out.

As of 8-11-19 Customer Service is usually pleasant; But not the change in pharmacy hours over the years!😟 It stinks every location in WNY has different Sunday hours now. 😫 And it really sucks there is ONLY ONE 24 LOCATION in the 716 area!!!😩

Girl at register on June 2 around 2 in afternoon was extremely rude with an attitude problem. I felt as if I was bothering her to do her job. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.
