This store has gone extremely down hill. The aisles are packed with unloaded items to the point you can’t walk down them or grab what you need. The grocery section has smelled like rotting eggs for months. The app is never correct on when items are out of stock. It takes forever for basic items to come back in stock.

I frequent this Target, probably a few times a week and every time there are carts full of unstocked items blocking shelfs and aisles. It is extremely frustrating and it looks so sloppy. On some occasions i’ve had to move carts out of the way to grab what i need, and at 35 weeks pregnant it’s exhausting trying to move some of them because they’re packed with stuff and heavy. I never see any employees actively stocking the shelves, the carts are just left there unattended. I love Target but it’s getting ridiculous…

The Losson Road Target should be embarrassed and ashamed. Dollies full of unstocked product in almost every aisle. Garbage and products on the floor. What's on the shelves are in disarray. One register open with a line 20+ "guests" deep. All of this while prices continue to sky-rocket. It's an absolute shame they started to care so little about the customer experience.

“Good & Gather” all of the Target products in our house to go straight in the trash. This is far from the first “surprise” we have found in Target products, but this was most certainly the last for our household!

had to return towels for my grandson and his girlfriend because they changed the color of their bathroom. went early in the morning nobody in line very easy i had my email for the return and counter person was fast and i was out very quickly

More cashiers or more self check outs. No reason to be waiting in a 40 person line on a Sunday afternoon.Found all my stuff in 5 minutes, waited 15 to cash out.

First time ever leaving a poor review for a department store. Shopping at this Losson Target and customer service desk was extremely rude.I was shopping in the store and passed by the gift cards. I was planning on going to the Apple Store after for a gift card but Target had them also which I didn’t realize. So I picked out a $100 gift card and saw 2 signs above the cards stating “Buy $100 or more in Apple gift cards and get a FREE $10 Target card” I cashed out and didn’t receive the $10 free card. The cashier said she didn’t know why and said to ask customer service. I went over to them and showed the customer rep Anna my receipt for the apple gift card and according to the signhanging above the card I should receive a$10 free card. Anna didn’t know so she called her team lead Surray. Anna walked away on her walkie talkie, so I could not hear her to speak to Surray, then came back and smuggle said “ her team lead said she can’t do anything for me” I’m like what?? Then Anna said “take a picture of the sign.” So I walked back over to the gift cards and took a picture. When I returned to cust svc there was a line. 10 minutes later I spoke to Anna again as she was the only person working. I showed her the picture of the offer and Anna replied “since Surray said she can’t help me she couldn’t do anything for me” Again What? Anna decided to called Surray up front and I showed her the picture of the sign and my receipt. As Surray walked away to look at the sign on the gift card wall, I asked Anna to speak to a store manager. This has gone to complete aggravation over a $10 gift card. Anna told me that Surray was the manager. And I said you called her your team lead. A team lead is not the manager. Anna again smuggled said “ we have EPI’s.” I asked to speak to them and Anna replied “no one was in the store at this time”. Really? So I asked for their name and Anna replied we have 4. I took down their names and stated I was going to file a complaint with their corporate office. And said I took down her name also and will include this in my complaint. Anna replayed “ you said that 2 times” Well good so I am and also adding a poor review google too!In the mean time Surray returned with the signs stating a free gift card and said the offer expired 8/28 and this was 9/5. That she would honor it. After over 1/2 hour going back and forth with these 2 girls they decide to honor their store offer.All this aggravation for a stupid $10. Never again. Done with this store and still filing a complaint with the corporate office

One of the best Targets around WNY. Calm and safe-feeling ones around. Always enjoy coming here to shop, eat and browse the store for new items. Even when it’s busy it’s still a great store. They keep it as neat as they can and are helpful to customers.

Not sure what has happen to Target’s standers.Went in to Target on Transit in Lancaster today. Only two human operated register’s open and 3 self checkouts in working conditions.The aisle are loaded with freight needing to be stocked on shelf’s. Men’s department was barricaded with boxes and empty pallets. I couldn’t even maneuver around to get into the men’s department. )Talk about an accident just waiting to happen).The store shelf’s are empty, I get that the products to fill the shelves are stacked in the aisles, but what a disappointment to see the decline in what once was a company who’s Brand of value and pride once shined.Store conditions are poor, and to be honest I felt embarrassed.Nothing and do mean nothing in the store is recovered. Kid’s and women departments have clothing all over the floor- not one table of clothing has been folded. What is going with the management, how is this acceptable?I picked up a few items needed for upcoming Easter holiday. When I got to the check out- again two employees working and self checkout with only 3 working registers, customers complaining how disorganized and the lack of staff and the time customers been waiting to check out. I pushed my cart to a closed register and left.Target what is happening to the standers? Where did your customer service go? When did poor store conditions become your Brand Standers!Have to be honest- long term shopper of Target, but today’s experience was eye awaking!Disappointed customer.

Bathrooms are gross. Store is so unorganized stuff everywhere. Merchandise in boxes everywhere , blocking aisles can't even get down. Complete disaster.

This was my first ever experience buying groceries through Target's website. It was pretty easy I just went on the site, selected the groceries I wanted and bought them. (They emailed me saying everything was ready) about an hour or so after I ordered everything, I went to my local Target, the young man at the counter was very polite, the Target on Losson rd was very clean inside also, I maybe waited like 2 minutes for them to grab my groceries, I went back to my car and made sure everything was right and I couldn't be more happier (Nothing expired, nothing rotten) all fresh stuff, all the brands I ordered and I didn't even have to do the shopping myself. Man I hope it's this easy every single time! Easily 5 stars!!!

Shelves are literally never stocked. Always random items everywhere. The picture attached is what most of the store looks like. Never have what I need. Not sure what the point of having a store is if there’s nothing to buy

Drive up took incredibly long. No associate came out to deliver, finally had to go into store to obtain purchase. Item was just sitting there waiting to be delivered. Constantly made to wait for orders and orders take forever to process and constantly get cancelled after waiting all day.

I arrived and waited 20+ minutes for someone to come out with my order. When I got the order, 1 of the items was wrong and they made me go inside (completely defeats the purpose of a drive up order) and then had to wait in line at customer service to tell them one of my items was wrong. Then they made me go look for the correct item, just to find it was not on the shelves even though the app said there were supposedly 9 left. Will not be returning to this target ever again.

Lesson Rd store is the worst. The ladies restroom was disgusting. No toilet paper in any of the stalls. All toilets clogged with hand towels. Paper towels all over the floor. The store isn’t any better. Carts and carts of clothes and merchandise all over the store. Merchandise just thrown all over the shelves and isles. Employees standing around point nothing or walking past merchandise on the floor and doing nothing about it. Clearly very poorly managed store.

I am finding more things I like about shopping here. There are some really good online deals which they will price match at the cashiers. Online pickup is a really smooth experience. I like many of their inexpensive tshirts. I love that there is a water bottle filling station near the bathrooms and will probably go out of my way to shop there just for that because I can buy a healthy snack at the grocery section to have after shopping.

Okay. Here goes. Target is a great company to work for AS A COMPANY. The fact that I was discriminate as a team leader, I was exclude from the team leader meetings, then I was treated like an ignorant when I didn't know what was discuss on the meetings I was excluded or didn't knew about the email i didn't received. Doesn't take away the fact that Target is a good company. Please, don't let the ignorace of certain group of people discorage you for working on Target.The reason I did not complain was because the ones I was supposed to complain to WERE THE SAME ONES DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME!!!! There I say it.

No parking when it's busy. Especially during the winter when they push the snow into about 10-20 regular parking spaces depending on the amount of snow, so I was literally forced to park in a drive up spot because that's all there was. I don't shop here usually, the men's clothing seemed overpriced, but I did buy a coffee table here that i still use today that is very high quality and sturdy and I consider it a good deal which earned this review 1 extra star.

It's a very convenient and safe way to get everything you need without being exposed to others. Orders are always ready quickly and brought out promptly. Staff are courteous (through the windows) and I'm very appreciative to have the Target curbside pickup service especially living so close to one.

It is a nice store to shop, always clean and very organized and shelves are stocked well, even with covid. The associates that I have encountered mostly the electronics dept. as I have purchased a laptop a month ago and an iPhone yesterday. The Associates that I have dealt with were both pleasant and accommodating. That alone makes the shop well worth the trip.
