The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. I am always asked at least once per visit if I'm finding what I'm looking for, and the checkout experience is always a pleasant one. Definitely my location of choice!!

Store is clean, staff pleasant. I am very disappointed in the lack of care for the animals in this store specifically the Green Cheek Conure currently there. This bird could use a beak filing/trim and needs nails trimmed, too long! Water in dish low and needed water change, food in dish mainly seed, no pellets. If staff is not knowledgeable or capable of proper care of this/these birds and if PSP does not have funds for this bird to go to an avian vet for beak, nail trims and health check, PLEASE DO NOT have these birds for sale in your store!

The way they neglect their animals for months claiming they are "working on getting it to a vet". Flat out lying to my wife for months, then I come in to rescue said bird from this horrible establishment to take home and to the vet myself, they wouldn't even give a discount on the animal nor the used cage she was in. This company is a joke when it comes to animal care. This birds beak was damaged and will need constant vet care. The nails were so overgrown its toes were curling around its leg. Clipped the nails myself at home to try to alleviate some of the damage from neglect by this company. Staff just continued making excuses on her neglect and wouldnt even stay near us when filling out paperwork.At least at petco when i mentioned a bird looked like it's wing was broke they immediately took action to get it into their vetrinary care to make sure everything was okay.I did not purchase this bird to support this horrid store, I purchased it to make sure it got the vet care it so desperately needed.Do NOT buy animals from this location as they are very neglected. Spend the little extra to go to Petco in Batavia or on Walden as they actually DO what they say they will when it comes to an injured/sick animal.Already had a flock of 12 birds so I had no intention of adding to mine, except due to the willfull neglect of this bird, I had to take it home.

They have a do it yourself Dog wash area. Which is fantastic for the winter months. And only 14 bucks for a 1 time use or a 6 pack price , that's right a 6 pack

I brought my dog Rex in with me to pick out a tug rope, although I wish they had a selection of destructive/large breed ropes, we picked out a large rubber Kong tug toy that Rex loves to play his fab game with! Friendly staff as always.

The Depew Pet Supplies Plus is super. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. When I went to pick up my online order, they got it for me within seconds, no joke. They even offered to carry it to my car for me. It wasn’t a huge order but I did have my dog with me that day and he can be a puller at times. I love these employees. They have given me great advice on dog food and other items.They are super, with no hassle returns. I bought a bag of dry dog food that was a little too big for my little guy. I didn’t realize the dog food came in a size for small breed until I had opened it. They let me return the open bag of dry food for the small breed size without a problem. Great job! *****

my go to spot for pet supplies.. they have an overall great selection. a wide variety of dog treats & toys as well - they also have dog desserts in a case near the registers with super cute birthday cupcakes 😍

Love pet supplies. Their pricing is MUCH LOWER than Pet Smart and they have a wide range to choose from. I look forward to the $20 off $60 online or in-store. I have cat litter delivered right to my door. I'm getting too old to lift it myself. Great staff.

I always like going to this location, place is easy to move around, staff is friendly, and love the convenience of the dog wash. My dog especially likes that PSP sells Benebone.

Been here a few times. Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing really bad to say about it. One thing that can be tricky as an FYI, is making a left out. You may be better going into main Wegmans lot to light if traffic is heavy. Safety first!!! Don't be "that person". :)

Staff is excellent and helpful when trying to find a specific brand of food or a particular item. They're always friendly and never seem bothered when I ask for help. Normally stocked well and very clean. Love shopping here for my pet.

Got a couple of Oscars here one of which had ick then before I noticed it all my other fish were dropping and I’ve now lost my whole tank about 17 fish which I’ve had for years, I’ve also had family have problems with ick from their fish as well. Never getting fish there again

Everyone was very friendly! The cashier was ready to cash me out! There wasn’t a tag in my one toy for the dogs and she ran over and grabbed the barcode! She was happy to do which is sometimes rare to find in customer service! Store was stocked with what I needed, and the best part is, dogs are welcomed!

They usually always have the dog food I'm looking for in all sizes of kibble and bag size. Our Chewy order seems to always be hit and miss with the days that we expect it to be delivered. Often times we run out before the next bag arrives. Pet Supplies Plus is just around the corner.

I like the store, love the selection but mostly love how everyone tries to help. For example, some kid named Alex came over when I was looking at the fish tanks and gave me the most detailed explanation of the fish, where they were from, which fish work well with others etc.Anyhow, out came my credit card and I left smiling.I would highly recommend

Solid location, I used their curb side pickup today as I forgot my mask and heard it was convenient, wow! I called as I pulled in, it looked super busy so I was prepared to wait a bit, to my surprise they come barreling out the door within 30 seconds. Quite impressive ! ThanksAnd oh, I’d like to add that the Redford Naturals LID I use, cured my dogs food allergy 2 years ago, and his skin has never been better. Thanks!

The store is very well kept and has friendly staff. They also have a good variety of products. The cost for items could be more reasonable, especially the toys, but I feel that is an industry issue. They gave my dog a treat when I was cashing out which he loved!

One of the team members there was very nice on helping me get my live plants and was thankful for when I pointed out that the betta fish needed a water change. Everyone is very nice.
